Even though there are only 2-3 people working here the service is fast! the only thing that keeps me going here is the chicken they serve.

The service and food is always good , and the store is always clean. My husband and I eat there all the time.

The food is always delicious here and the service is friendly and efficient. Melissa took our orders and has a great disposition and friendly smile. We eat here at least once a week.👍😋

Tried the new chicken tenders box and it's pretty good for a taco focused fast food restaurant. Will probably order it again, but not my first choice.

Best and tastiest food I’ve ever experienced at a Del Taco. It was like my first time ever trying there food compared to the other ones I’ve been to that were Garbage. Guess it’s all about who’s working at the time but Saturdays. The morning shift, whoever that lady is who makes the food shes awesome at her job great food and great service.

Tamale season is back and here's why Del Taco is supreme over Taco Bell... The tamales are fresh and lots of meat inside. The masa is moist. Really good deal. Fast service in drive thru.

Always good fast food! And they have these mini soda floats for $1! A lot of people I talk to weren't aware! They're a nice treat when you wanna indulge but not over do it!

Nice and friendly staff they didn't speak like their programed from corporate with the fake friendliness and they didn't skimp on my food which was nice instead of having nothing but tortilla and no meat or beans like most other places.I give them a 👍

Really good place I'd you want a delicious burrito on the way work or even at night I usually get something after midnight because I work late so anytime you get a great bit thank well recommended.

I love the fact I can use my receipt for a dollar off 3 bucks or more, and to top that off they allow coupons through my phone or through the weekly coupons delivered to my front door. I like that my fiance and me can enjoy a wholesome lunch or ready made dinner for way less then ten bucks and my fur babiie loves taco Thursdays definitely a great fast food establishment and the workers here are super cool and the chef hooks it up for I know the one in Yorba Linda skimps out and that one on Rosecrans too doesn't exactly gives you what you pay for , so this spot is perfectly great and amazing!

I'm a plant eater mostly, but not strict about it. The bean and cheese burritos, cheese quesadilla and french fries are a fast, easy and delicious way to catch a bite. Definitely my most frequently visited fast food place. If they offered a meat free breakfast burrito, they could take even more of my money! 💰

Oh how I love the burgers at del taco they are the best and only made from the freshest source of beef and you can tell by how amazing they taste i truly recommend this place if your craving a burger

Got to love the 6 dollar burritos, with so many to choose from. The sauce is the secret to Del Tacos success. If you didn't know they have amazing sauces and the chicken recipe is really good. Recently I have getting steak meals and I like the value soft tacos. Although fast food does make me feel uncomfortable at times, I have to admit it's my weakness. In this day and age you have to find time to sit down at a restaurant and most times the drive through is the easiest and the quickest. Very good

Great food but the Carnitas loaded fries was that bad came out to $4.36 but it did not have enough meat in it and too many fries otherwise it was okay did not expect the leafy greens in it and onions that's okay

I like the strawberry lemonade. It has real strawberries in it. And the del taco. They put a lot of cheese and tomatoes in it.

Quick service, food didn't take long after ordered. Restaurant was clean. Cook unfortunately put pico de gallo in my burrito when I asked for none since i do not like raw onions or cilantro.

Love their French fries (well done). Liked the expanded menu. Miss the carnitas burritos. Why is the soda bar still closed?

Their dollar ice coffee is good. I think people don't know they have it. They also sell a bun taco. It's pretty good. They are open 24 hours.

The service here is Hit or Miss depending on who is serving you at the counter. Some days the person is friendly and gives you a smile while ordering and other days it's your typical teenage / young person that really doesn't understand customer service. It doesn't hurt to at least show you care about your customer because it makes a difference in how you perceive the business. Bottom line is fast food so there isn't much expectation but I think a little customer service goes a long way.

What can you say about Del Taco? It's just plain, "GOOD!" I really like the extra extra meat and cheese tacos. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the taco shells this time were a little stale.

A different take on the Taco. I like the parmesan cheese on the outside of the shell. The American cheese made it taste like a burger. But they do have a Monterrey cheese as a different choice . Would I go back yes. Just a basic taco, meat cheese and lettuce. A good alternative.

It one of my favorite fast food American -Mexican . I love the shrimp tacos they have available around easter they shredded cabbage in creamy sauce on a flour tortilla or crunchy taco (your choice ).The bean and cheese burrito is really good and del taco which has generous portion of ground beef lettuce,tomato and cheese .they have decent quesadillas .and i love the real ice cream shakes ..they real good at doing custom orders for Gringos amongst us . Service is fairly consistent no mater the location .

Dell Taco is Dell taco. This place is clean and friendly but this type of fast food doesnt warrant any higher than 3 stars

Food was good but I was in the Drive-Thru so long I ended up late to work. Now I know why they put bushes on the side, I would have taken off if I wasn't trapped in there.

I had a carnitas burrito, a little bland but nice size n not too bad. The fries were nice n hot with just the right amount of salt.

Food tasted ok. But service is better when you drive thru ..they only have 2 people preparing breakfast. It seems dine in service slower to serve.

I tried their shrimp tacos. They would have been better if the cook had made sure that the tortillas were warm . Tacos on cold tortillas does not work for me.

The drive thru was really slow if felt like I was getting slow find instead of fast food and the food wasn't worth the wait. I recommend they get more staff at that restaurant to speed things up

No need to really describe Del Taco..its a good location, never had any bad food from here and you get what you want from cheap Mexican American food. I do miss the old MACHO burritos but I guess the new Epic ones will suffice for the time being.

Another dud Del Taco. They’re so slow here and if I ask you for change give it to me don’t say the drawer is closed because if you messed up my money return order you could give me proper change you slob grimace looking weirdo.

The worst location I've been to. We go to this location only for convenience but their drive thru is extremely slow and many times aren't accurate with our orders. A lot of the employees also have a bad attitude most of the time. I would definitely not recommend.

the lady that works the drive thru is pretty frustrating, she tries to rush you out her line before she even knows what you entirely want. then when she gets the order wrong she wants to have an attitude.

Went to get some late night grub w my girl only to be disappointed by a cold a** burrito and a dry a** quesadilla... Im making the trip to imperial and la mirada from now on because this place is trash....

Not great, the meals were coldish and they had to bring out to my car even though no one was behind me in line - which always takes longer, which means less hot than through the window. Also they stopped serving Turkey so the food has more fat. Got the new Boba cherry drink that doesn't look anything like the advertising when served. Plus, the soda was tasteless, no Sprite flavor, like bubbly water and few cherry balls. No, not good and I'd always preferred this place to Taco Bell. Oh, well. Update 4/27/22: Went back to another Del Taco location in town: •Asked for a Del double cheese burger plain, came with no cheese. •Asked for a chicken Ranch taco no cheese... had cheese anyway. •Asked for 3 hard shell beef tacos...plain, came with everything on them. •Asked for 3 large fries... they got that right guess they need to promote "Fry Guy" to cook. Food was pretty bad, salty, over cooked meat. But at least I don't feel sick this time. Guess now days they should get 1 star if you don't get sick from the restaurants food. Advice, stay away... Unless you like to clear out a room an hour later... Don't forget the Tums or some Beano!

What is going on the the taco meat, almost tasted like soap mixed in? The last 2 times I couldn't even get though 1 taco it was bad.

Came late at night through the drive thru. Absolutely the worst drive thru service I've ever encountered. Pulled up to the speaker and some young girl said "What do you want". I was pretty shocked. I thought they were trained to at least pretend like they want to be there!

Left my wallet at the counter and it disappeared, they wouldn't look at the security tape which I sort of understand why that might not be in the best interest of the store but come on at least pretend like you found the ID and health insurance cards in the trash and mail them to me. Also this is the worst del taco in Fullerton for every other reason besides the above anecdote.

The chicken was dry and overcooked, while the rest of the ingredients were just thrown on in a hurry. It seems like they needed to refresh the entire prep line. The portions were very small. I think they were rushed and just scraped what was left over to complete the order. Unacceptable. Please do better next time. The server was nice and professional, she was very patient with an older customer who was having difficulty with ordering. It wasn't very busy so I'm at a loss as to why the food was so poorly prepared and presented.

It shouldn't take this long to fix, I feel the just list online and through the state of California EBT website that they take it to get people to come there, only to find out they don't and they must pay out of pocket. It's unfortunate because several of my disabled friends would like to go there if they took EBT....its shameful and I've reported it to California EBT so hopefully they take them off there website

They took forever in the drive thru. The grilled chicken taco had no chicken. The asada fries hardly had any asada.

Food sucks. The flour tortillas are like rubber and the chicken tastes like it used to meow. Horrible

Consistently Worst service of any del taco ive ever been too! I live one mile from u and now will gladly drive any distance to any other del taco to avoid this terrible service. Workers chit chatting about going to there cars drive thru into street always forget to give me straws or napkins or give me wrong sauce get it together!!!

Drove thru a few days ago. Was shocked. Profanity over the intercom, and trash all over the food prep area. There were young adults laughing, talking profanities, like they were having a party. Seems things are in disarray since no one is watching. Very sad situation. Don't plan on returning for a while.

Taco Tuesday - my food was in the bag and not sure why I had to wait in drive through with staff having a puzzled look. It was sitting on the drive through counter and not handed to me. They finally figured it out why I was waiting

i went to this del taco for lunch in the drive through and the workers inside were just standing there for a good 10 minutes not doing anything while i was waiting for my food. slow service and they were acting like nothing happened. i’ve had other good experiences here but this time i was disappointed.

Not sanitary! I was there December 21st 2020. Workers are delivering food in and out of the public door and returning to the kitchen not washing their hands or changing gloves afterwards and then working directly with food (such as the french fry machine.) I spoke with the manager who was not concerned. A great place to pick up covid.!

Came in on December 30th. My whole order was cold. Very disturbing and a usually don't have this problem.. Wake up you guys. Check the temperature of your food please before serving. Thank you

They have changed their taco shells to this really nasty thick shell and the ground beef is not the same. It's dry and fiber like. Del Taco what the hell did you guys do? Bring the original taco shells and beef back!

Del taco got our order wrong 2 times and the first time was when they forgot the sodas and put bean burritos instead of beef we ordered 2 small fries they only put 1. Then they still forgot the 2nd fry and I had to ask for the 3 sodas we ordered it was a new person on the register and it was really busy so the manager should have helped more than he did.

Food wasn't bad, but took 15 minutes in drive through with no one else in line! Cashier rudely handed our food to us and just slammed the window... not going back!!

My order was taken incorrectly it wasn't repeated to me at the window they didn't tell me how much they were charging me and we found a long hair in their burrito had to bring it back they asked me to show them the hair that I found I gave them the hair that I found and they hesitated to give me a replacement but did with an attitude I'm never going back there again. The manager that was there in front kept touching her hair playing with her hair and touching the food when I asked if she was the one that bagged my food I was told no and ended up finding the hair in the rapping of the burrito., the french fries weren't fully cooked and some were overdone and tasted old we bought three orders of fries with our meals

I politely asked for the meat to be heated up because every time I come the meat is basically room temperature. As a business Owner, management should be on top of this health concerning issue. Shows that the store doesn’t care about health. You need to educate your employees!! The food temperature danger zone is the range between 40°F and 140°F (4°C and 60°C) where bacteria multiply rapidly in food, potentially causing foodborne illness. Perishable foods, especially those requiring time and temperature control for safety (TCS), should be kept out of this zone as much as possible to minimize bacterial growth. Claim is submitted with health department. Time to do things the correct way.

The table behind me only had mild and medium, I wanted the hot and after I informed her of this she just asked how many and handed them to me without a simple apology for her own mistake. We all have worked in stressful and understaffed areas before, but that doesn't give an excuse to treat your customers like a nuisance.
