Great donuts at a really reasonable price. I recommend going early though, as they can be a little low on inventory later in the day!

Our gym opens late for Black Friday so thought we would treat ourselves to a little guilty pleasure, and not only were they open but, just bring out fresh batch from the kitchen. A new joy spot added to our places to stop!

Donut Star is THE BEST donut store in Woodland. We recently moved, and have not found another donut store as good as Donut Star! The only drawback is they don't have enough available parking to accommodate how awesome they are.

Love the donuts always fresh. In addition to that I requested for my daughters birthday pink sprinkle donuts and they wore tasty and delicious. I just called and they did them gor me with out so much questions. I will always appreciate that

I used to go here often when I lived in the area. Then I moved to Nashville, which is a barren wasteland for donuts. Every time I come back home, I hit up Donut Star for my maple bar fix. There is no equal.

Best donuts in town, great selection too just try to get there earlier because the favs sell out fast. There's a group of old men that hang out and give it the 'barber shop' vibe. Makes this place more inviting and kind of makes you take a step back in time with their grumpy old men comments and talks about the weather. 🙊🙊

These guys have been open forever, since I was a young boy. I've had donuts and a lot of places and I'm not just saying this, but these are probably the best donuts anywhere. Perfectly soft and fluffy, airy, not heavy so you don't feel so bloated, and the dough is nice and soft almost stretchy, very amazing. The service is always spectacular, and I really really really appreciate them being open on chinese new year. I’ve even given the so-called “giants” like Dunkin’ and Krispy Kreme a fair shot or the up and coming fresh to order Duck Donuts...but nothing, Absolutely NOTHING, comes close! Donut Star is UNMATCHED! No gimmicks. No neon signs or overdone branding. Just pure, nostalgic, made-with-love, wake-up-early-and-pray-they-haven’t-sold-out-yet kind of donuts. It’s more than just a shop — it’s where my love for donuts began. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1997, and now I get to share these same donuts with my kids every time we come into town. That’s something special, something those big-name spots can’t touch. Donut Star isn’t just my favorite donut shop — it’s the gold standard. Im talking Dubai Gold standard (yeah, ive been there too, still doesnt compare to this.) 🫶

I often visit the Donut Star early in the a.m. to get the best fresh still hot Donuts that melt in your mouth . .the family establishment is clean the staff are courteous and very nice men that are down to earth solid merchants and in fact ..I'm here now as I post this rating. This is my spot. Love it.

Good service donuts are really good and they truly appreciate their customers my grandson loves it they always sweeten up his huge chocolate donut with whip cream and anything else he wants added to it

Donuts are good, maybe better but I'm no expert. Service is quick and place gets plenty of business, they don't need my recommendation.

The donuts are great but if you dont get there before 9 its a limited selection. Also parking here is so compact im always scared of someone hitting my car. 😬

I have never eaten a donut that I should like that I haven't liked enough to still finish it. Did that make sense? I don't throw away donuts I had two bites I threw the rest away it was gross. I don't know whether the oil is old or the batter was off but it tasted terrible

Worst place to get doughnuts. Showed up at 9 am and they had no doughnuts left. Ask manger when they would have more and he told me they were not making any more. Ask why and he said we don't make them here we make all of them at home and when we run out that's it. Also told me I should have been there earlier than 9 am. This is the worst place to get doughnuts especially if they are making them at home and not following health codes
