This place definitely lives up to the hype. The food was exceptional, with the famous artichokes being a real highlight. The service was great: quick, professional, and friendly. Plus, most of the staff we interacted with spoke English, so there are no language barriers to worry about if you don't speak Spanish. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely return when I’m back in Zaragoza.

La Flor de Lis truly impressed. The service was top-tier—staff replaced plates between courses and kept the table spotless throughout. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented. A refined, high-level dining experience worth every moment.

I was able to dine in without a reservation and was seated at the bar by the window. Despite this, the overall experience remained thoroughly enjoyable. The food was good, reasonably priced, the staff were friendly, and the establishment was impeccably clean.

I had a lovely dinner in La Flor de Lis, in the old city of Zaragoza, just a few steps from the Basilica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar and La Seo. The location may not be very big, but it has a fancy design and decorations. The whole atmosphere is very welcoming. I sit at one of the tall table next to the counter. The menu looks quite rich and shows some traditional dishes with a touch of modernity. I went for a tabla de quesos aragoneses (table of Aragonese cheeses), solomillo de tenera y helado de borraja (beef sirloin with borage ice cream) and bizcocho de almendras con helado de avellana y espuma de castaña (almond cake with vanilla ice cream and chestnut mousse). Everything was extremely good, especially the sirloin, whose beef was incredibly tender and tasty. Dishes were very fancy and good looking. The staff was really gentle and helpful. The food was served almost immediately. Prices were not high, especially compared to the great quality of the food. I'd say it was totally fair. I really appreciated the whole experience. I recommend it.

Ambiance good. Service fast, attentive and correct. Good size portions. Fresh and piping hot. Prices very reasonable. I enjoyed tasty dumplings and sweet potato fries. My friends enjoyed various types of half chickens. Will definitely visit again ☺️

This is my favorite fried chicken spot!! It’s a traditional soy after church. The chicken is amazingly crispy and stays that way even after you reheat it in the microwave. All of the sauces are delicious. The rose ddeok bokki is the best I’ve found in town! Worth the price. Pieces are HUGE

We walked into bb.q Chicken expecting disappointment—because, let’s be real, most spots let us down. But tonight? Game-changer. From the warm greeting to the smooth ordering process, the whole vibe was on point. And the customer service? Next level. Instead of the usual counter setup, they actually seat you, take your order, and bring your food like a full-service restaurant. Now, the food—Secret Sauce wings and sweet potato fries. Crispy, saucy, and packed with flavor. I’m a drums guy, my wife loves flats, and somehow, our box was almost all drums—fate? I think so. And the portions? Generous. Our 9-piece wing box was more than enough to share. Bottom line: bb.q Chicken is a must-visit. We rarely go back to places, but this one? We’re already planning our next visit.

Boneless chicken is big don’t over order. They are 2x the size of a regular wing. We had the honey, caribbean and the cheesling. The cheese is a classic in Korea but it is sweet so it may not be everybody’s taste.

bb.q Chicken Plano serves deliciously crispy fried chicken, but the Original Chicken here is noticeably spicier than at other locations. If you enjoy a bit more heat, this spot is perfect! Great portions and friendly service make it a must-visit.

I ordered hot spicy chicken and cheesling and Ddeok Bokki. It was 100% authentic Korean fried chicken. Food was very fresh. It’s much much better than Carrollton location. Servers are really professional. I am definitely going back here. I highly recommend it here. ( soy garlic , honey garlic, cheesling and secret sauce is my all the time favorite)

If you've ever order the chicken wings from your favorite Chinese restaurant & loved them....well say no more....BBQ Chicken is it & has so many flavors to choose from. I tried these little white cubes that were surprisingly called Pickle Relish, but so freaking good! Yes I'll be driving 30 plus minutes to hit this spot up to ultimately try every flavor. Ms P even took in a XX Equis....she said why not?...She's not driving!

The best Korean fried chickens I've had so far. So crunchy from the outside and moist from the inside. Very flavorful and tasty. I love the pickled daikon a lot. Fried chicken with daikon is a great combination. The price is a little bit pricey but with it is definitely worth it. Nice and clean place. Staffs are friendly and attentive.

At the price point I expected a bit more in terms of the quality of ingredients and especially the service. It is a great location, interior and atmosphere inside. Fun menu, the flavours in the tomato were awesome but the chunkiness felt lazy… How do you eat that? The accompaniments to the steak were also fantastic but the steak itself was a jaw workout. I couldn’t finish it.

Original tasty dishes, well presented. Service very friendly and efficient. Good vibes.

First time at this location, I’ve been to multiple bbq locations around Dfw and I will say I like the chicken at this location the most. The chicken and batter were extra crispy and the sauce on my honey garlic wings was the perfect amount, even coated and not heavy. Other locations over coat the wings and make them too salty. The portion I will say though, I felt that my first waiter taking my order was a little rude and rushed me when I was ordering. A plus , the water here tastes filtered, not tap water like some restaurants.

The staff was welcoming and polite during the brief interaction when picking up. The order was ready by the estimated time. Bold flavors in their sauces and seasonings. The honey garlic and their special sauce were on the sweet side and had a notable garlic flavor, which I like. The crust was very crispy with the white meat pieces having a thicker crust. For the dark meats, they were fairly juicy but o have had juicer Korean Fried Chicken. The white meat pieces were on the drier side and combined with the thick crust, it was more like a chicken nugget candy.

If you are a fan of Korean chicken, this place is for you! I got the Soy chicken and the special sauce chicken, very impressive. It was so crunchy and not too oily. The meat was not too dry. Also, try their Rose Tokbokki. It’s a mix between spicy, salty, and chewy. I love it!!! Will come back here to try out other dishes!

Spicy garlic, cheesling, and soy garlic flavors are great! Some of the best korean fried chicken in Dallas. Service was a bit slow though.

I travelled nearly two hours to try this place, and honestly, it was a rollercoaster of emotions. We started with the tataki and wow. Absolutely stunning. The meat melted in the mouth, packed with flavour, hitting you from every angle. Cooked with precision, full of confidence. Brilliant. Then came las pilaritas… and that’s where the night fell apart. No flavour. No soul. No care. Just a sad pile of bones buried under a mountain of fries, clearly thrown on to distract from the lack of meat and effort. More bones and potatoes than anything worth eating. I’ve had better ribs in strip clubs and for a better price. Such a shame, because the highs were high, but that dish completely ruined the experience.

It's our first time in Zaragoza and this place was walking distance from our hotel. We didn't have reservations but we were early so they were able to seat us. We had just sat down and a male server came up to ask for our drinks so obviously I couldn't answer since you also need a QR code for English menu. We finally ordered and the artichoke appetizer came out quite quick. That was pretty good. I ordered the tataki beef but there was no indication on the menu that it would be served pretty much raw. I also didn't realise how much salt they put on it, ugh! (see picture) Dessert was a disaster. The panna cotta had more gelatin in it than cream. It was tasteless and texture was all wrong. I tried to eat it cuz I hate wasting but I just couldn't do it. The host was very nice and so were the wine we ordered but there is no way I would come back or recommend the place.

Service was awful. 2 ladies was not friendly at all not sure if they r like this to only Indian but they were definitely nice to other customer sitting there’s there. When I ask for recommendations she just said with rude gestures these r popular and kept pointed on same. I really wanted spicy not sweet. They definitely went and ask other customer not once she came and ask us if we needed anything. I had to wait for them to pass by to ask. She didn’t even offer me ranch just got out food on table n walk away. Definitely not recommending any 1. When we walked out we saw a board of lunch special she didn’t even told us that. Definitely please have kids meal coz it not okay for us to order 8 pieces for kids. And please give option to do 2 flavor.

Ordered a couple things including a to go 6pcs original whole chicken and got not one, but 2 pieces of chicken butts. These taste odd because of the oil gland at the tail of the chicken. No one else was in the restaurant too so it's not like there were busy and accidentally do that. spent $42 to receive 2 pieces of chicken tails is unacceptable.

Ive been disappointed with other bbq chicken locations, but i believed this preston location was the best until today. It wasnt my first time ordering food from here, and other days were excellent. However, when i picked up the chicken today, soygarlic boneless chicken, it was too firm like a stone. I used to work as chef previously and i know exactly what this texture means; overcooked. Most of restaurants tends to keep their misorder for a while. And when they receive the order, the same one kitchen mistakenly cooked, they usually try to reheat. I believe this case was try to reheat by putting it back to frying pot. That resulted the firm texture and it was even hard for me to pick the chicken with plastic fork they provided. I understand you were little busy when i came to pick up my order, but this is about integrity. Dont just throw away your integrity to save ingredients that costs only few dollars. People routinely go back to the restaurant where they have good memories about either food quality or service. You guys just gave up one of them, and its literally telling your customer not to come back. If you guys just want to assume that it is because of the time i traveled from restaurant to my home, i just want to let you know, i live in 6 miles radius. And i waited for your food, which means i was there before you have your chicken ready. Meanwhile, the secret spicy chicken was good. Anyways, i might not going to come back to your location for a while because of the disappointment i had today.
