Short and sweet. One of, if not the, best chicken sandwich . I got a Dave's #2.. big enough to share, mild flavor and it was awesome.

Got 2 tenders+fries and a top loaded Oreo shake for an Iftar, 2025. They went all out on portions. Couldn’t be happier to order ahead using the app and pick it up in store right on my arrival, perfectly in time to take it home and break my fast. Truly, it made my stressful day so much better. Every item tastes so good. I don’t know if it’s the lack of food and water that does it, but the Oreo shake was perfect, Hot and Lite Mild sliders were delicious, and the fries really well seasoned. The prices have increased a bit recently, but I cashed 600 reward points to get the shake free so, I am happy as can be.

First time visiting and the cashier was great. She offered suggestions and explained options very professionally. Food took a very reasonable while considering the number of customers ahead of me. The girl that delivered my food was helpful, offered me options for sauces and suggestions. Very professional. And the sandwiches were AMAZING!!! I am definitely returning!

This is my new favorite spot. My daughter best friend told us about this place. We were not disappointed. Anytime my wife goes and hangs out with her girlfriends on a Friday night, I’m going here. Lol!!! Thanks again for the good food and vibes.

I absolutely love this new fast-casual spot! Two visits in just over 2 weeks and both experiences were great. The first time around, I ordered at the restaurant, expecting a wait. I was there about 20 minutes, which was a little longer than expected for 1 meal, but not too bad. The 2nd time I ordered ahead online and it was ready when I arrived. Macaroni and cheese is terrific, both the slider and the tender were excellent. I have ordered, will be bumping up my heat choice next time. Can't wait for the milkshakes to start up soon! Service is also wonderful. Staff is so friendly and kind, it feels like a throwback to another time. A must visit.

Food is always fresh, good and hot! The service is good and ambiance bright and colorful!

The only issue i have with this place is the tight entry/exit of their location in Albany and people parking in the exit lane so they can run in and out but it blocks the ability to enter and leave. Otherwise its so good! Get extra Dave's sauce!

One of our brothers introduced us to Dave’s Hot Chicken, mentioning that their chicken items are halal certified. He also bought sliders and fries for us,items were absolutely delicious! He chose the medium spice level, which was perfect. The fries were also amazing, as i love seasoned fries, and with their Dave's signature dip, they tasted incredible. However, we didn’t notice any halal tag like other halal restaurants usually display. When asked, they explained that while the chicken itself is halal certified, not all menu items can be categorized as halal due to other offerings. Dave’s Hot Chicken’s founding anniversary (23 Oct 2025), and they were giving out free sliders to customers. We visited their physical store for the first time in the evening and saw a huge crowd. Regardless, the slider was just as delicious as before!

My family lives down the road and I hadn't tried Dave's yet until my recent pickup visit. My brother frequently goes and helped me decide what to get. The inside was extremely busy and chaotic and people kept budging me as it wasn't clear where the pickup line began. All our food was correct though and absolutely delicious. I could've gone without the mac n cheese but it wasn't bad, just not my favorite. Next time I want to try their Lucky Charms milkshake

Waited at the counter (pick-up) area for a good 10 minutes before Norma? (I believe that is what her nametag said) came to assist me. There was a lot going on. Customers in line, the other employee attempting to re-fill the frosty station. Norma finally greeted me I told her my name, she gave me my order and I went on my way. I get to work and am livid! My lunch is over and the order is WRONG! I have attached the pictures. Where is the cheese on my chicken and fries that I paid for?!! Please also see the receipt!!
