Great tea variety. Tea quality is top notch. Zen music and space. I ordered the flight which had 4 tea options. I wanted to try a variety and they were all so good! They also have single serve or multi person tea pots and wifi is available.

Friendly staff with a good variety of teas. I really liked how they’re presented - easy to smell and visually inspect in the sample tin. They do offer tea flights if you’d like to try a few before buying. It’s a nice spot to hang out. Food is not for sale besides a few small snacks to go with the tea but there is an upscale food court in the same parking lot.

I came here to celebrate a recent achievement and it was the perfect choice! My family bought the tea flight, so we could try many of their different teas at once. It was so fun and delicious. I liked the white pomegranate tea the most. Can't wait to return! Great prices, kind staff, and great atmosphere. Thank you 🙇‍♀️

This place is so cool! You can order a tea to go, share a pot with friends in the tea room, or enjoy a cup alone. They have tons of flavors of loose leaf and tea bags to purchase, along with tea accessories like cups, tea pots, pitchers, and other stuff. I got the pomegranate white and my husband got the vanilla honey bush. Both were amazing. We also got some tea to take home and make! Can’t wait to come back!

What an experience! They have a vast selection of teas to suit every taste. Kenny and another lady was so gracious and introduced me to all their products. I received tea education, got a tea sampling, and left with a wonderful wrapped gift for my friend. Such a lovely and calm place. Thank you Kenny for wrapping up my gift. This place is a gem! The lady working was so sweet and helpful. This was the perfect tea experience, if you like tea, you have to check it out and try the flight! It was $15 for 4 8 ounce glasses of fresh brewed tea of your choice, there were so many to choose from! They also offered honey syrup and the lady made us a stevia syrup with real leaves. It was definitely a 10/10 experience!!

We love to drink Zhi Tea, and while visiting Austin, we stopped by the shop for the first time. It is a great little shop where you can drink tea on the spot and also buy some of your favorite blends. The lady working there was absolutely wonderful and plenty of help, so much so that we thought she actually owned the place!

Fabulous experience here. I visited Zhi Tea, this adorable little Mom and Pop tea shop🍵 directly after doing a special tea ceremony/ meditation healing session. 🎑 From the moment I walked in I immediately felt super zen and just at peace. 🙏 I was greeted sweetly by Janna, who was not only super friendly and professional, but also Extremely knowledgeable about all things tea, especially pu'erh tea which I came for, and alsoanother herb I was searching for but couldn't really find elsewhere. From a variety of herbs to a diversity of All different types of teas, to freshly baked yummy goodies, this is a magical tea house that Totally rocks. I would go back "just to see Jana!" The tea was just a bonus almost as special as she was. I will DEFINITELY be back again and highly recommend Zhi Tea!!

Love this place! They have dozens of organic tea options. They added pistachio milk which goes great with the matcha. You can buy any of the teas in bulk to take home. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tasty, refreshing drink.

Finally getting around to writing this long overdue review for Zhi Tea. I have been going here for several years now, and it has now become a place that makes me feel like I have roots in Austin. Words cannot fully capture how grateful I am that this place exists, and Jana is such a lovely human being. For the experience and offerings, everything is fairly priced, and it's clear that the team behind all the blends really cares about quality tea. A tried and true local business run by people who care.

I’ve lived in Austin for many years and have been there several times, even before they moved to their current location. In the past, the owner and staff were polite and friendly. However, recently my friend and I went there, and one of the female staff members had a bad attitude. I should have asked for her name or recorded the interaction so I would have more proof to include in this review. Anyway, I won’t recommend this business anymore.
