Fast drive thru service compared to other locations. I love that they now offer oatmilk as a dairy alternative as well as having the best seasonal coffee flavors.

Mmmm...drive-thru ice coffee. Only way it could be better is if Dunkin offered coconut milk as an alternative creamer. Almond milk is a great dairy substitute in your morning coffee unless you also cant do nuts. Just a thought.

We love coming here to get a couple quarts of the best mint chip ice cream in the area and a vanilla chai tea latte The vanilla chai could have a little bit more chai in them but they are still delicious.

Shout out to the employee who works at this store. I was picking up an Uber and the food wasn’t given to me. The employee ran from the store to the intersection of Wilson and Randall to give me the food.

Can't go wrong with dunkin.. the drive through was pretty fast but my egg and cheese wake up wrap was a bit cold.

Personally had a fantastic experience. Mainly because Jeni and Tony were exceptionally courteous. They were lively, let me try a little sample of drinks to determine what flavor I wanted and then even cooked my hash browns exactly how I love them. Just over the top service for Dunkin’ I felt. Plus they helped me find a plug in to work and let me stay a little later as they cleaned up and locked up so I could complete my work that night. Thanks Jeni and Tony. Love employees like them.

Everything is get is yummy! I've tried many different flavors and styles of coffee and they are all amazing! Plus, 2.91 for a large iced coffee beats 5 bucks at Starbucks any day and it tastes much better!!

My dad and my dog go here every Sunday morning. They always give my dog donut holes. They are so friendly and kind here. We always look forward to going here and seeing the employees! They are great!

We stopped at Dunkin Donuts in Batavia on our way out of town to get some coffees for four of us in the car. Ashley and Nelly were awesome!! Not only were they super friendly they offered us everything to make our drive thru experience fabulous! They should be managing a store if they aren’t already! 💯💯

Ashley and Nelly and many of the other managers and workers there are absolutely fabulous. I have been going there for over a year and they have done nothing but provide wonderful customer service! If they don’t have a donut I model ordered, they’ll happily offer another kind or two for it. :)

my favorite dunkin’! the drive-thru crew is friendly and efficient. i stop here in the morning before work and my order is always correct. they also get my food and drink to me quickly, which makes a huge difference when you’re on a time schedule. i will continue going to this location and recommend it to everyone in the area!

This place gets 5 stars mainly for an employee who made me and my sons night! Ashley, it was so refreshing to have such a wonderful interaction with a drive thru employee! Me and my 5 year old went here for some ice cream the other night and right away she was just such a delight to both of us. On days I do get coffee in the morning, I’ve never had a bad drink from here. Always perfectly made to order! I ordered an iced Chai Latte with whip cream and honey but he understood cinnamon. I’m glad he got it wrong. It was sooooo good. Maybe I’ll ditch the honey from now on and get it the way he made it. My daughter’s frozen hot chocolate was made just the way she likes it. It’s always hit or miss with her order. Glad we gave this location a chance with the 2 stars it was showing. Some people only comment when something’s wrong. It’s a risk we take when giving a place a shot. I’m happy I did.

Staff is great, location is clean. Has a drive up window. Good place for a coffee pitstop.

Overall a fine store, sometimes doesn’t get the order right but always corrects it.

Usually the coffee is fresh but I always ask! Nothing worse than driving on the road and finding out that it tastes like Starbucks!

When I went it was clean and got attended fast I only had a coffee can’t say anything about the donuts etc.

So bummed they don't make their donuts in store anymore, But... You have to try the GRILLED CHEESE! It's awesome. Who knew!? Also, they have great ground and whole bean coffee bag sales frome time to time. Dunkin coffee is sooooo much better than Starbucks!

Nice Dublin Donuts. Normally would give a five-star to this location but the service was extremely slow this visit. There were enough employees working except they only had one doing the counter. Everyone else was focused on the drive-thru. Still would recommend though!

This place has gone down hill in the past year or so. I don't know if it's new management but all the helpful people who didn't screw up my orders are now gone, replaced with people who do screw up your order. Been here many times to get a bagel sandwich and a medium vanilla iced coffee. Done that order at least 10 times since they've been open, now they tell me that it isn't possible to swap in an iced coffee for the normal medium regular coffee. What? They have messed my orders up the last 3 times and I'm done with this place. Hard to communicate the order through the speaker when the person is really hard to hear. Edited: Years later, it's gotten better

All depends on who is working at the Lake Str. (Rt.31) location to what your coffee taste like

It's not the best place but between the overpriced coffee and cheap junky microwave sandwiches there not much of a choice for fresh breakfast sandwiches. Maybe one day there be a better place then running on Dunkin 😜

will throw your donuts into a bag willy nilly if you order more than one and less than six. I don’t want a donut with my husband’s donut’s icing on it. And it just looks dilapidated and unappealing. Also, coffee is either good or tastes like battery acid. No in between.

I went in with my reusable cup and one of the employees accused me of stealing it and the other employe said that he shouldn’t be accusing costumers like that and I did not get an apology or anything

This is one sad looking donut ): I've been to this donut roughly 6 times, and they have messed up 4 out of my 6 orders. Not great.

All of the regular Dunkin’ things are fine but their customer service is not great. I had a simple question about a special they were running and the price being shown to me on the ‘amount due’ display. He was very rude and could of simply said ‘the price will change once you pay with your app because it’s specifically for perks members’ instead he offered a short rude remark. I wouldn’t complain but customer service has been bad at this location every time I go. Doesn’t name a difference if I go inside or use the drive-thru.

Been there a couple times at 415am (Says they open at 4am) and every time im told I have to wait 10mins for the coffee to be ready.

On the way to work (4:45am) I realized that my beagel was hard and my matcha latte was bad, $9 dollars wasted 😟🙄

This place is horrible charged me for hashbrowns I didn't order and never got either the manager there is a thief and refuses to give my money back will be reporting this matter to the B.B.B so they can investigate this issue and do something about it!!!!!!!

I’ve been to this location three times and every time I have notice that the owner/ manager of this particular location DOES NOT wear a mask when servicing or when he is around the food. We are in a Pandemic and I would rather have someone that wears a mask serve me my food than someone that could potentially be spreading the virus. Even if you go through the drive thru he doesn’t have a mask. Yesterday on Feb 7th, I notice he was behind the counter and not wearing a mask.

Asked for a large hazelnut nut coffee and he only put 1 shot of hazelnut. They stingy as hell with their products. Worse Dunkin the coffee tasted old as well. Go to Starbucks

The one star isn't for the coffee, service, or even the prices. It's because they don't enforce masking even though the state of Illinois mandates it. Do better, DD.

Today I had the worst experience. I paid 3.01 for a coffee that wasn't even hot, it was barely. a little warm and when I told the person at the window she told me that he couldn't do any more because in a few minutes they were going to close and he put my coffee in the microwave, he gave it to me and it wasn't even hot. when I tried it it was the most horrible coffee I have ever tasted. If they are going to close, don't sell coffee anymore.😡😡

The caramel latte was negligibly sweet & tasted of old coffee + chemicals. Paired with an floppy, untoasted avocado "toast", I am at a loss as to how this place has a rating as high as it does. Incredibly unlikely to return.

This used to be a good place to get coffee and donuts. Last week I had to spit out my latte it tasted so gross. Then the creepy rude man running the drive thru window who enjoys slinging personal insults at woman and children for no reason. I will no longer trust food or drink from this location.

Never going to this Dunkin Donuts every again!!!! Everytime me and my family go here we are always ordering anywhere between 5-6 large coffee drinks and even more. So we're spending $25+ everytime. When we are ordering we get rushed to order when there is no one in the store. The last time that we were here I was getting 6 large coffee drinks and a bday cake for my brother. The girl with the short brown hair is always giving me attitude everytime I go there. Well this time she was so impatient that she ended up taking her drive thru head phones off and started giving me attitude. She told me that the coffee drinks that I was getting were too sweet and she couldn't put my brother's name on the cake. Than she saw that we were getting disappointed and she says hold on and went to go grab a Asian worker there and I had to explain to her what we wanted. We're Asian also but me and my family speak good English because we were born here. So it wasn't like she couldn't understand us. I felt like we were being discriminated on. Than when we finally got our order the cake was right but the iced coffee weren't because she made them. My pumpkin iced coffee was completely wrong. I did not say anything because I did not want deal with it. So yes we will not be going back to your store no more. So you have lost good loyal paying customers. I would rather go to the Dunkin Donuts on the west side of Aurora which is 15 minutes away rather than go to this one which is only 5 minutes from our house.

Visited this location after my daughter’s dance rehearsal. I bought 2 donuts, I was overcharged (I paid $10) I didn’t get a receipt since I didn’t think I needed it for 2 donuts. I called to get this resolved, didn’t receive a call back, but I was asked why didn’t I get a receipt. (I wasn’t asked if I wanted one) if I knew they were overcharging I would of asked for one. Beware.

Do not bother wasting your time coming here or ordering ahead. I get that they are remodeling but why tell people to order ahead through the mobile app if you do not have anyone that can bring their drink out instead of them waiting 18 minutes in line for something they order 20 minutes prior. Total waste of time regardless of how well the drink is made. Bottom line and children done remodeling don’t waste your time going all the way up there🤬

Holy cow what a disappointment!!! Have some integrity about your business and take a minute to make sure you’re actually presenting your food and company well. Never going back and truly hope others choose a better place in the future. This is not the first time they have given incorrect items (given caffeinated coffee vs decaf), smashed items, and a man who looks at you like you’re expected too much. Seriously this is a chain/franchise that does not hold up to other locations. What a shame.

Nearly $15 for a dozen donuts and got them home and they were all wet from humidity. My 7 year old son refused to eat one. Better off going to Jewel next door and get a dozen baked in store for $5.

Always mess up my coffee and has nasty food... They old staff was great, but the new staff is questionable, sometimes the Indian lady and man are rude when they are taking your order, and they always give old , burnt or undercooked hash browns

Female employee was sitting "talking a break" with her friends for the entire hour I was here. She then came over and accused my farther of taking a picture of her and her friends, when he was in fact taking a picture of my son. Extremely rude employee that came over and ruined the rest of our visit. There are plenty of other dunkin donuts, so I will not be returning to this location.

I bought a ice cream cake and the cake had horrible taste, tasted like metal, probably the cake was old and sitting uncovered inside the freezer for months, very very bad experience and I keep calling the manager and They keep telling me that the manager is not here, all day long the manager is not there. Do they even have a manager ? Nobody even return a phone call to take care of the problem, so I guess I need to call the Better Business Bureau because no one has returned my phone call in three days.

Usually this Dunkin isn't too bad; however, today I ordered two medium hot caramel craze signature lattes and they were awful. The coffee was off, possibly old or burnt, and there was no caramel or espresso in the drinks. I was halfway home before I tried one so I couldn't even go back to get them remade. Worst coffee I've had in a long time.

I Order the coffee at 7pm and it tasted like it was yesterday’s coffee warmed up. When I told the guy it was old he gave me an attitude and didn’t seem to care. I told him to provide me with a new fresh one or a refund. He gave me a fresh one! The job is the same no matter what coffee you hand out. I guess the guy likes to make people upset while he is working???

I made an order in the drive through. I get home, and discover 4 wraps missing. This was on mothers day. I call and get no answer. I leave a message and receive no call back. I will never go there again. Apparently orders that are large enough for a family of 5 are too difficult to fulfill. A business that cannot answer the telephone, or at least return a call to a unsatisfied customer is one that does not care about its customers.
