Went on a Tuesday before they started their open mic. They have new vegan food here and HOLY. Buffalo is severely lacking in the vegan/vegetarian food realm and this was perfect. I got a 'chicken' and waffles and it was incredible. They also had curry onion rings, which I've never seen before (not pictured) and were also bangin'.

This buffalo staple has a fresh and newer approach since the unfortunate passing of the original Owner. Clean, affordable and great service. If there was ever a bad experience You had in the past, I suggest You stop down and give it another shot.

Great Dive to chill... it's got a good vibe to it. Went for Open Mic and it was just nice to hear some live local music. Also... they put a lemon on my drink <3... updated and still agree : )

Best dive bar in Buffalo. Mike, the owner, has got a great story and his place lives it. Went in by accident because of rain and brewery down the street not being open yet. Glad we did, best place we went to all weekend. I wish we could have stayed for the live music, hip hop and comedy show. Will go again when I'm in town.

Stopped in to see a friend's band play there. Place is very roomy, and if it's too loud you can go into the pool table room. Place is clean, adequate space in the bar area makes it easy.

The venue is very quaint. Always Meet my creative friends there for local hip hop events. Fun Trivia Nights and Tasty Treats. The Drinks are great and the patronage is inclusive to all walks of life. One of my favorite places in the city of Buffalo

Randomly dropped in to just get a beer and something to eat. It turned out they were having live music, so I stuck around. Glad I did; the Daisy Chain played a great mix of cover tunes from the Beatles to Metalica, and some fun original tunes. Meredith & Nikki were great behind the bar, and overall the vibe here was... energetic and welcoming. Totally recommended.

I went here to hear the band Five to One last week. It was a fundraiser so it was very crowded and took some time to get food. The atmosphere is simple and the bar is comfortable. No frills! Decent menu!!

Went there to hear music doors open at 8 I left at 940 and they hadn't even started yet they just stood around talking and honestly the guitar player sitting at a table behind me stunk so bad I had to leave , service was great the drinks were great maybe just not the vibe for me

Kinda weird, beer selection is sub-par and overpriced. Open mic night has improved dramatically however(much more professionally run) which is why I changed my rating from 2-3 stars.

Came in for the "8pm" comedy night at 7:15pm. The idea was to have enough time to order and eat before the "8pm" comedy. Upon ordering, we realized the menu was bare bones (fingers, tater tots, etc). 8pm came around and we saw that nothing was happening. At 8:30 we asked the server what was happening and she told us it starts at 9:15. We showed her the sign and she became flustered and didn't really know what to say. I informed her that the website also indicated an 8pm start time. Still flustered, she apologized. We came to the conclusion that they tell people 8pm to get them in and get them to stay. More time in the bar, the more drinks you buy. The more you wait for the "8pm" comedy show, the more drinks you buy. We left at 8:30pm. We were a bit annoyed because we passed up the 7:30pm improv comedy at the Road Less Traveled Theater to be here as we thought it would be nice to do something more "Elmwoody". Blatant lies. Not coming back at all. Just know if you're looking for the Wednesday night "8pm" comedy, it starts at 9:15pm.
