Had just a few minutes to grab breakfast for my son and I last Tuesday. The customer service here was excellent and quick and the bagels delish. The person at the register was especially delightful and brought me several smiles after a tough morning.

They have Caribou Coffee!!!! The girls were great! Come here for less bitter coffee than you know who. Great usual selection of breakfast carbs and delicious coffee. Zebra mocha, iced or hot, no whip. Do it!

Overall good bagel sandwiches. The bagels themselves were great. I felt all of the sandwiches needed more spices/flavour in general but they are great for a breakfast that is filling and feels good.

The bagels were great - exactly what we wanted.... the service, though, was like the girl behind the counter was bothered every time a customer came to the counter. Another person in the party grabbed a 6 pack of assorted bagels and instead of getting to pick what he wanted in his 6 the *happiest of all customer service workers* handed him a bag with 6 random bagels- 3 of which were plain. When asked why he didn't get to pick the girl pointed and said, "That's a bag of assorted." And promptly turned and walked away. If you don't have access to Einstein bagels at home (like us) this place will do the trick and get you the fluffy bagels your looking for. If you readily have access to a friendly Einstein bagel joint I advise sticking with that one.

A little bit of a wait to order, but patience is a virtue. However, here was not the case here. Seating arrangements are a bit weird in places of this establishment, especially when you first come in to the right. They didn't get my girlfriend's order right, and that's on me for not making sure before I left. The cashier heard exactly what I had ordered and repeated it back to me twice. However, that communication didn't convey to the people making the order despite asking me if I wanted it toasted. Instead of the cashier who heard what he was asking, she just smiled and assumed that, like I did that, the communication of items not wanted on the order was not heard. The food was nice and hot and the presentation was good. Will make sure on my next visit that the order is what I came in to order. No customer service as soon as I walked in despite 3 people behind the counter and 1 customer in front of me. A simple hi at busy times would have suffice. I'm debating on visiting here again. After a 3rd visit to this place after getting my 2nd visit free because of the first visit didn't go well in my thoughts. They made up for it kind of. Overall they put more focus on making a great bagel sandwich and if that's the focus than I will take it over customer service. Will visit on a occasion. I gave them a four star from my 2 star originally.

The coffee was ok but overpriced for what it was. The staff was nice but seemed a bit out of it most likely due to the woman who was rambling on to herself about whatever it was she was dealing with in her head. I was mainly there for a door dash pick up and that took forever because they took everyone's order first rather than handing me my pick up real quick. I might try a bagel at some point. 🤷

We ordered like 10 breakfast sandwiches for a work meeting. We all ordered different bagel sandwiches and none of them labeled. It’s customer service 101!

The young women in the gray hoodie was very rude to me and several other customers. When asked a question about an online order she replied “it already got picked up” and then walked away. Didn’t try and resolve the issue. All the employees were on their phones even at the self checkout. They had messed up my order but made it seem like an inconvenience that I asked them to remake it. The only nice employee was the girl with long brown hair. Also I ordered a chai latte and it was 90% milk.

Came in to pick up an Uber eats delivery order. The woman at the counter said it would be 10 minutes and that’s fine. When I followed up with her at 10 mins she had frustrated tone with me. And then another employee started barking at me and saying I was harassing them and that she had been up since one or 2 AM. As a driver, simply asking about how long an order would take is not meant to offend or criticize, but only to decide whether I want to stay for that long. I know staff is working hard, but the rudeness is what bothers me.

Found a strand of hair in our cream cheese and another on the sandwhich. When I asked the employee for a replacement cream cheese (a side that we paid nearly $2 for) he didn't apologize for the hair and just gave me one that was half filled even though we hadn't eaten any of the original one that we paid for. The staff clearly didn't care about food safety protocols and the cashier had an AirPod in the whole time. Food was decent but not worth the trade offs of the staff and their carelessness.

Whoever poured my coffee didn't put the lid on all the way so when we picked it up it spilled all over my hard wood floors...then the breakfast sandwich The all Nighter is falsely advertised...looks nothing like the picture they have advertised..barely toasted that cheese they use idk what kind it is but it tastes gross & the bacon? Like what bacon? Two very very thin slices of microwaved bacon for that whole sandwich...it was basically a cheesy egg sandwich with the essence of bacon. I will not be repeating my business here. Wasted 35 bucks for nothing. Nothing like having your heart set on something & then you get let down...it sucks.. I'm left still hungry & dissatisfied...
