Despite of the very great price the pizza was very well done. The place is very well cleaned customer service very good and I am very happy with my pizza. It's highly recommended for everyone no need to pay the high price for a pizza

Stopped in on our way home and picked up a hot n ready pepperoni pizza and pepperoni crazy puffs - both were cooked to crispy perfection and definitely hit the budget spot - just over $11.00 for our dinner (w/ a lunch leftover). The employee was very friendly and polite.

Our order is always ready on time through the app. It's constantly cooked the same every time and it's a really good deal for how much you get. I order here probably twice a month and i haven't had any complaints or issues. Overall I prefer this over It's competitors.

Was great other than they will show some favoritism if you are a regular and jump your order to the front so you don't have to wait as long despite others having already been waiting for almost 10 minutes.

Depends on who's making the pizza as to how fresh it's going to be. The people are really nice and very patient. The atmosphere is really good.

The cheesy bread is awesome. Girls at the front a polite, helpful and cheerful. I do miss the stuffed crazy bread though. Pizza is really hot and made to order most of the time, if not they are happy to remake it.

Food & experience was as expected. This Little Ceasers did not participate with other area franchises in the stuffed crust pretzel offer, which was disappointing. That is the only reason for a lower score than other area LC's

Price is good but my bunch said the pizza was not so much.

Pizza could have been better. There was too much sauce to the point that it gotten too soggy to grab a piece. The crust wasn’t salted enough. The stuff crust also wasn’t worth it.

We love this place and the workers are always awesome. They were not even that busy so I am leaning towards they forgot to add it and just threw it on after. It was not melted in at all just rolled right off.

I used to love this location and spoke highly of them. But today was probably the 5th time I've come by over the last 2 months that they never have any hot and ready available and if you want one, you have a 25 minute wait for it. I don't know if Management changed or what happened, but your company is failing at the very model its been created for and this location doesn't seem to care. This has happened at multiple different days and time of day with answers like; we are just busy with other orders to have anything ready, we were slow and didn't think we should keep anything ready, or just no reason and you'll have to wait for us to make one and 25 minutes later you get one if you're lucky. I doubt leaving a review will help. - a local who wishes you'd get your act together.

The young person at the register clearly has no customer service skills. And I walked out with one item less than what I asked for. The reason for this is because I just didn't want to deal with her anymore. It has deterred us from going back anytime soon. Otherwise the pizza was was great.

So I ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, along with other things. When I got home, I didn’t have a pepperoni stuffed crust, I had a plain stuff crust. When I called to make them aware of the mistake, I was informed that , although you can order that online, they don’t serve that at that store( which I ordered online directly from that store). I politely said”okay… but I paid extra for that” she then explained to me “ we just add extra pepperoni and cheese to make up for the difference” I said thank you, but that still isn’t what I ordered. She said I could call corporate and complain so they can take it off the order menu, I then asked her “ umm… how hard is it to put pepperoni in the crust with the mozzarella and roll it” I was again informed… we just don’t make that here…

Well, yet another eating establishment in the area gone to hell. Used to be good.... tonight I ordered the two topping online ... bacon and mushroom .... the pizza was only about half cooked ... which matched the toppings ... only shrooms on about half the pizza and bacon was practically non-existent. Four hours later and I still feel sick...not digesting ... I think it's the shrooms ... I hope it's not food poisoning!

The pizza is not "hot and ready". I waited 20 minutes for an original pepperoni. Come to find out the cashier forgot to put my name on my order and gave my pizza to someone who came in after me. When I brought it to her attention she said it was in the oven. They called on another man who came in after me who ordered a classic pizza as well. He also brought to their attention that I ordered ahead of him, which I was thankful for. But the cashier told him to take his because mine was in the oven so he left.... It was another 10 minutes before I got my pizza. This was atleast the fifth time that I had come in the door to wait for a pizza that was supposed to be "Ready". This all happened a couple months ago, I haven't been there since and won't go their again.

Been in the store 9 times between 8:30 PM and 9 PM over the past 2 months. Not once have they had a pizza hot-n-ready. Their bins are always empty absolutely nothing.

This establishment is loosing alot of business, not just by me but others as well. Have stopped by many times for just a pepperoni 🍕 and am told it will be a 10 min wait. Have been there when others have come in and they are also told 10 min wait. Hot & Ready means Hot & Ready. Pizza Hut you do place an order and wait. Maybe Little Caesars should drop the Slogan and add tables and chairs.

New team doesn’t like answering the phone to take orders, they don’t cut the pizza all the way there kitchen is not clean they sale 3 hour old pizza and if you ask for fresh they won’t say anything. The owner is fully aware of what’s going on and doesn’t care at all

Worst one I've been to. I don't expect much from these types of places, but fully cooked, and sauce is a plus. What a terrible experience. Skip this place and go to the one in mount pleasant or something.

Tried to order online but apparently site was down, so had to call in order. The woman on the phone was short on conversation, and rude. After 20 minutes I go and pick up my order which was completely wrong! Ordered a deep dish meats, got a pan crust, ordered a thin crust sausage peppers and onions, got sausage and jalapeños.....

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pretzel crust pizza but of course they messed up my order instead I got a disgusting pepperoni pizza that was so greasy the cheese was sliding off . The crust was part thin crust and the other part was thick. Will never order from here ever again . Disgusting!!!!

They advertise, hot and ready but it’s actually cold and not ready if I’m going to wait on a pizza like any other pizza place then I’m gonna go find a better pizza place do better people

Our experience with the girl working the front desk was very unpleasant because she had a bad attitude. In fact, a coworker of hers even proceeded to yell at her and cuss her out due to her poor attitude. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Several cat fights broke out and multiple customers left while we were waiting on our order due the hostile environment.

First time we ordered a pizza it was great. This last time, awful. The pizza was hardly cooked. Cheese was not even melted. There was a pile of shredded cheese on mine that was still cold. Slimey mess.

It's a shame your paying for the pizza and you can't even get it the way you want it. I will never by little Caesars again. I will go any where but Caesars in gilmer

Can't get to the food or service cause they Never answer the phone. Was a manager for little Caesars for years. Want to know how long it takes to cook a pizza in their oven? 10 minutes. Kinda makes you wonder huh? Crazy bread 4 minutes. Yet this location can't keep hot and ready, ready and 25 minutes for a pizza that takes 2 minutes to dress and 10 to Cook. Y'all need a new manager.

This place has went down hill. Its just a bunch of high school kids that do not care what they serve you. The pizza is just not what it used to be. I hate that.... because we actually love little Caesars. So now when we want pizza we drive all the way to Longview at 300 and the loop where they care about customer service and quality pizza.

I stand at the counter for 10 minutes while there’s no cashier and employees are walking around when I finally make my order. She doesn’t tell me that there’s a wait on it so now I’m late going back to work from lunch. There’s no one greeting anyone coming into the store and the employees seem like they do not want to be there. Maybe that’s why there’s no one at the counter when you walk in Little Caesars you need to up your game. This is not good at all. I will not recommend anyone to come to the Little Caesars in Gilmer, Texas, as they will be unhappy when they leave.

Two of the workers (males) were sitting down goofing off and another guy was pulling pizzas out of the oven. The female is spoke up to and said "excuse me, can I please get some food" she reply with "what do you want" after I paid, she went to walk away without even greeting or helping the next gentleman in line, AGAIN the males are still goofing around off to the side so I spoke up firmly and said "is anyone going to help this man standing behind me?" And they looked at me like im crazy! The management needs to teach these employees properly food service etiquette. They looked miserable and acted like they dont care.

Website is rediculous. Try to order a thin crust supreme and it's nowhere to be found. So order it as a custom pizza and end up with half supreme half cheese . After calling I'm told that's what the order showed . Only reason I ordered online is phone kept ringing busy. Think I'll just find somewhere else to get pizza from now on.
