I stopped by In-N-Out and had an amazing experience. The service was fast, friendly, and everything came out fresh. The burger was cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy, and you can’t beat the quality for the price. The restaurant was clean, the staff was polite, and the overall vibe was great. Definitely one of the best spots for a quick, delicious meal. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Had such a great experience at this In-N-Out! I ordered a 3x3 burger animal style with animal style fries and everything came out hot, fresh, and super delicious. Owen took my order very quick and effecient while remaining very kind and respectful, and Ameerah was just as friendly and welcoming. The food came out in a timely manner and the customer service was excellent. Overall, really happy with my visit — I will be revisiting

Stopped in here while on vacation and now I see what the hype is all about! Burger was very fresh and crispy around the rim. Fries were fresh out the fryer and everyone was very kind and service is very speedy. I see why there’s always a line here! The sprite was very fresh and crispy which was the best part of the order. My daughter loved her little burger and let’s not forget how great the shakes are here!

This location is always busy. But their popularity doesn’t sacrifice their service. Orders are always correct and the food is always great. Sauces are gluten free. I brought in my own gluten free bun.

For the first time coming to this location and definitely is one of the few best locations around DFW, staff nice and helpful, place busy but clean, service friendly and quick, every single employee welcoming customers with big smile, also the last is tasty burgers!! Highly recommended and 10/10 Way to go In-N-Out we love y’all!!

This is fast food done right. I’m a Texas boy through and through, I love my Whataburger BUT….In N Out is something special and unique. The menu is simple, the prices are about as reasonable as it gets, the food is fresh and high quality. The fries were my favorite part. I had a double cheeseburger, way too many fries and a chocolate shake. We showed up after 9PM and the place was packed inside and out. It was hectic but not chaotic, the employees are obviously used to this pace. The order was correct, everyone was polite from the employees to the customers. If you’re one of the few who has not been yet, GO and take the family. My daughter is a die-hard chicken strips/nuggets kid and even she was impressed with the cheeseburger.

Consistent quality. Delicious fast food. For a fast food restaurant it's good. I recommend In-N-Out Burger.

I went to In N Out with a friend of mine for the very first time in my 18 years of living, and I'm definitely not disappointed. The burger was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was very old diner-esque, and I love it! My only concern was that the fries were a little bit dry, but are definitely better with a dipping sauce. The lady at the counter was super attentive and was very patient when I was ordering, so awesome!

Although I do not intend to be critical, I would decline the opportunity to return. Despite the widespread acclaim surrounding this franchise, my initial experience was met with immediate disappointment. The fries, which I likened to being stale, failed to meet my expectations. Furthermore, my double-patty burger arrived simultaneously charred and room temperature, an accomplishment that seemed impossible. I trust that this is not a typical occurrence. Fortunately, the staff’s friendly demeanor prevented me from leaving completely disheartened.

I usually have positive experiences here, but today around 4 PM the staff were unexpectedly rude. The employee taking orders outside repeatedly said “What?” to us in a dismissive tone, and the person handing out our food gave us dirty looks and seemed irritated when I asked about sauces. We noticed she was very polite to the customers in the car in front and behind us, who were both white, while we, as people of color, were treated unprofessionally— even though we had a big order for our office. Being openly obvious that we were treated differently is crazy. This is the first time I’ve experienced this level of unprofessionalism, and I hope management addresses it. The girls today need to go through another training asap and I truly hope other customers do not experience this..
