Great place! Perfect place for those who are into fitness and wants to know all the macros. They're listed on each item on the menu and recommends post workout, energy and recovery smoothies/bowls. The people are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

Tried their protein smoothies for the first time on Tuesday, enjoyed them so much we went back a few days later to try other flavors on Friday. Appreciate that the macros are listed on the menu. Carlos was very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Ordered the peanut butter protein shake and it is amazing. Not gritty from protein powder, no bad after taste, and it is delicious! Will definitely be back
