Needed lunch after picking someone up at the airport and on a whim stopped here. They had an impressive selection of prepared pizzas you could buy by the slice and heated up. I tried the chicken, bacon ranch and my son enjoyed the pepperoni. Best of all were the garlic knots!!! This was a pleasant surprise.

The prices are very high for such little food. We paid $25 for a 12” 2 topping pizza. It wasn’t that high quality to cost that much. My usual spot costs $25 for a large specialty that’s easily 2x the size! The people are always very nice though, service is great.

I placed an online order for a pizza, cheese bread, and 10 boneless wings. When I arrived to pick up my food there was a line to the door of people waiting. I stood in line and waited, I was asked my name and told they were waiting on the wings. No problem. 10 minutes later and I’m still waiting, all the other customers have gotten their food and left. I’m told the wings are coming right out. Now the guys in the back are fighting with each other, you can hear the yelling and swearing. 10 more minutes pass and I’m the only person in the store, still standing there waiting for an order I placed 40 minutes ago. My pizza and cheese bread have been done and sitting on the oven top since I got there more than 20 minutes ago. It took another 8 minutes for my boneless wings to come out. I was offered a free 2 liter of soda but refused. I’ll take my cold soggy food home and never come back. The pizza should have been remade. OIP has always had great food, but with service like that I’ll go elsewhere. There are many good pizza places in the area like Palidinos and pump pizza.

I've ordered from here many times,and haven't had an issue but last night's food was awful. I had ordered a calzone with broccoli and they had sent me an email for a free cheese pizza. Delivered hot and on time. The calzone was big and looked really stuffed. I ate half last night and the other half tonight. Totally disappointed. The calzone was filled with more stems of broccoli then the florettes, no real flavor from broccoli. Stems were hard and chopped up into squares. I had to dig them out of cheese to eat it. Just too hard. Pizza was ok, I've had better from there. The calzone was the main issue. Won't order a broccoli one again!

Chicken and cheese stromboli, no chicken but an inch and a half of pepperoni fold it over into a tight roll. From now on I have to ask who's making the pizzas if it's one of the two old guys perfect if it's the young kid with the plug in his ear that is rude as hell I won't be ordering that night.

My original review is too long for Google which is sad, but speaks volumes on how horrendous my encounter was/how I was treated from the worker tonight when picking up my order. The most vile, unprofessional, disgusting behavior I have even seen a “worker” portray to a customer let alone human being. This worker needs to be fired, and OIP needs to reconsider whom they allow to represent their store.

They made my order wrong charged me more than what they were supposed to argued with me about wanting my Money back that they had overcharged me then when they went to refund me they refunded me the wrong amount so I had to be charged twice and one refunded back . The customer service was not even remotely ok and I’m someone who always gives someone the benefit of the doubt and when we finally got things somewhat sorted out I turn to leave and the employees all laugh at me and call my an idiot when it was there mistake to begin with :(

Disappointed, ordered the new grandfather,pizza looked, excellent,had it delivered, it was the wrong topping on the pizza,i brought it back, No, apology nothing,sad,got great service,all the time, from OIP, & this one time, they made an error & they argued what was ordered, for a one topping ending a 20 year customer, for a 3$ topping & No future sales, (poor customer service)" its make it right" with the customer, its rude & poor manners arguing its the principal of doing business, (How about repeating the order, back,?? So there's Not a mistake To your customers during the ending of ordering of EVERY Order, so both parties are correct common sense,

Tonight we ordered a sausage calzone, 10 wings, a medium pizza, 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 cheese and 10 garlic knots. The calzone was very greasy. Inside, the sausage was on one side of the calzone and the cheese was on the other side. It was not at all enjoyable eating it this way. The sausage and cheese are always mixed together. The garlic knots were saturated in whatever garlic mixture they use. It was as if they poured it all over the top of the knots. We couldn't even pick them up to eat them, as they would slid right out of our fingers. We had to use a fork to pick them up and also to eat them. Other than the amount of grease on it, the pizza was ok. The wings were good, so, yay for that!!!! All in all, not a very good meal for 3 out of 4 people in our family, especially when it cost us $54. 😢

Don't bother their food has gone downhill, the sausage is no longer in in crumbles which was the best that way. But that not the worst of it. I put in my order online at 11:13 am for 5:10 pm. The order was not ready on time!!! It was a half hour late pizza was cold tried to give it to me without reheating it. Unacceptable no apology no free pizza. This is a garbage place full of garbage employees with no customer service.

This is usually a go to place when we are in mattydale I don’t know what that HELL was wrong tonite first of all no lie I was extremely tailgated by an OIP driver all the way down Brewerton Road until we turned into OIP. a young kid in a very old Cadillac with a OIP sign on top , we get inside the place was very crowded hot and chaotic. None of the pizza slices looked appealing at all however, my nine-year-old selected the pepperoni. I could not pick any of them so I opted for a meatball sub. I waited 20 minutes for a meatball sub that has been cooking all day. That ended up tasting like meatballs No sauce and 2 pounds of cheese on top the people behind the counter or none of the ones that I recognize they all were confused and trying to be a boss. I actually made a friend while I was waiting for our food that she ordered 30 minutes prior. I am so disappointed in this place right now, I’m not sure if I will ever return and it’s pretty messed up because this is one of my granddaughters favorites !

The most horrible delivery ever had ! Pizza is bad ! Bad dough bad sause. Steak sub was eatable I guess not good. Definitely not smootherd in cheese and peppers mushrooms and onions ! The wing rbdisgusting !!! Indid notnask fo charbroiled ( burnt ) wings!!! Taste like chewing on a wood cinder !!!! Just a horrible $50 experience!!!!

I ordered chicken tenders and they put the Sauce in the container because plastic doesn't melt and I don't like the sauce and it got all over the tenders. When I called they would not give credit for it said they would replace the sauce.
