I've been going to jumburrito for years. I love their rewards and food is always good and hot
The burritos are nice and filling, and there salsa add a nice fresh kick.
I always love how fresh the food is. Always clean bad thing only is that the rr are outside.
We visited on 3/8/25, ordered the Nacos, mixed burrito, potatoe and egg breakfast burrito, and bean and cheese burritos. Everything tasted good and at good value. The place was clean and staff were inviting. The woman who I think was training a new employee was especially pleasant and helpful. We will visit again when passing through Odessa
I hardly ever come to jumburrito since I don't have one where I love, but when I'm off 8th St and looking for a quick bite to eat that's decent in taste and size I come to this jumburrito. I usually get the stew meat with beans and a bacon and egg with beans. They're not the best don't get me wrong, but they're good enough to make a turd and make the belly happy. Although they're on the pricy side for the amount of burrito you're getting it's still worth eating there if you're in a hurry!
Today all the hot sauce was left out of my package of food after they asked me repeatedly how many hot sauces I would like to not have any in my bag highly disappointed.
Jumburrito 8 th St., Odessa, Texas The staff is friendly & helpful. The food is good but over priced. The Hot Sauce is the best in town !!! This location regularly gets the order wrong unfortunately, that is why I gave a 3 star rating
Ordered five fries smothered in queso I paid $14.99 for five fries and then $14.99 for the queso so $30 for this slop plus not to mention the burritos were also slopped together. I usually go to the one on West County, but their fry machine is getting clean of some sort so I had to drive all the way across town because that’s what I was craving at the time and get this slot is not even worth it specially, paying almost $60 for all everything that I ordered. so basically, I had to come back home add more cheese to the fries,
Great food but there is no jumburrito.. the reg and the jumbo are same size just bigger tortilla and couple more bucks out of your hard worked money
Yesterday morning, I visited your location while in town from Austin to surprise my cousin with her favorite burritos. I placed two separate orders: one ticket with four ground beef and cheese burritos, and a second ticket for a stew meat and avocado burrito with queso. I even shared with the cashier how excited my cousin would be when I surprised her, as I was en route to the airport to return to Austin. The cashier handed me a bag containing both orders. Upon arriving in Austin and opening the bag, I was shocked to discover that instead of the ground beef and cheese burritos, I had received two bacon, egg, and cheese burritos and one bean and cheese burrito—none of which I ordered. I called the restaurant to advise them of the situation. The same cashier remembered me, was sincerely apologetic, and confirmed my order number and what was supposed to be in the order. She explained that the manager was not present but would relay the issue once she returned so I could be issued a refund. Later, I received a call stating the manager required photos of the incorrect items before a refund could be processed. When I asked to speak directly with the manager, she stated there was no record of the order number or items that I received, and that no one else had called to complain of receiving a incorrect order. As if that matters!! I found this response baffling and unacceptable—especially after the cashier had already confirmed the order details. As a restaurant owner myself, I find it extremely concerning that a customer with a valid order number, a confirmed mistake, and a credible explanation would be treated with such doubt and lack of professionalism. The manager’s behavior—refusing to take responsibility, requiring unnecessary proof, then hanging up on me—was completely inappropriate. Ultimately, the cashier called back to inform me that the manager agreed to issue a full refund. However, it was disappointing that the manager did not have the courtesy to call me directly to resolve the matter. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. While the cashier handled the situation with grace and professionalism, the manager demonstrated poor judgment, a lack of customer service skills, and an unwillingness to own the restaurant’s error. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope retraining in customer relations is considered for management.
Jumburrito has simply become too expensive for what you get, it's a terrible value. 2 burritos, 1 was large, 1 was small, were a few cents shy of $16 dollars with no drink. I don't have a huge appetite and I'm still hungry. A sit down restaurant is a vastly better value. Also, as usual, the stew meat was excessively salty. I've avoided them for awhile because of inconsistent size fillings in the burritos, saltiness and cost, but was in a hurry and went again anyways. My previous concerns were again confirmed. No thanks, I'm done, I'm out.
My experience today was pathetic. Spent $45 on garbage. Ordered 2 stew meat nachos, expressly said no jalapeños 3 times. Got home, both orders had jalapeños and virtually no cheese. Paid for a lg sweet tea and had to wait for tea to be made, was assured that it was sweet. Found out it was not. Called and spoke to Victoria who offered to remake the nachos. Spent another $12 on uber to get there only to receive the same garbage excuse for nachos I've ever seen. $57 dollars on a meal I ate and drank nothing from. Hands down the worst jumburrito in midland/odessa. Pics are first and second order of dry, no queso nachos.
Today was by far the worst experience I’ve had at jumburrito. I ordered a smothered stew meat burrito and was served an absolute mess. Soggy food with hard over cooked stew meat. The drive through staff was extremely rude and only stuck their hand out for me to give them my debit card and give me my order. This location is an absolute joke for a food establishment.
So. I drove 8 min from local HEB to try and grab a quick burrito. They had high ratings and thought with a name like jumburrito, you'd think they knew how to make a decent breakfast burrito. A +25min line later (too hungry, and now late for errands...to return the food), here is what I got: al dente potatoes (gross), no avocado that I ordered (and paid for, see receipt), powdered eggs?, garbage tortillas (with handmade fresh tortillas at HEB down the street????) I paid $18.51 expecting two jumbo sized burritos and got bity burritos...when there's a taco food truck across the street that I missed until at checkout for half the price. The foil broke apart (cheapest), and 25 cents for the water. $1.75 for a baby sized coffee. This customer journey was one of my worst.
