We went late in the evening to celebrate my sister's bday, and Andres was our server. His customer service was spectacular, he was very patient and attentive. We never felt rushed even though we left 15 mins past closing. Big thank you to him!
Just had lunch, here and the experience was wonderful, last time, 6 or 7 years ago, stop going because I have a bad back and the chairs, don't not like me, came again, and fine out they hav booths now. The service was excellent, the food is alway excellent. Will be great place to eat now.

Very nice evening. The staff was busy with others but courteous and attempting to be as attentive as possible, the poor 👦. I digress! The meal was tasty and filling with many of the Olive Garden favorites like soup, salad, and bread sticks. In addition we decided to partake in desserts and coffee. Dessert was great. It was hard to choose which one would best glaze my taste buds. The strawberry cheesecake was the choice that proved most tempting to my pallet. The coffee ordered with Dessert needed to be a spot hotter. Nothing worse than coffee that is not piping hot. Not burn your tongue hot (worse than chilled coffee) just hot so can feel it go down the Ole esophagus! Anyways slightly chilled coffee took my attention off the magnificent dessert. All said the evening was fat above satisfactory. We enjoyed ourselves and had a lovely drive to the second residence!!
Our family has been to OG many times, but our experience at this location took the cake for all of us! Our host was kind and got us in earlier than expected, and our servers - Cynthia and Yulissa - were TOP NOTCH! We never once asked for waters to be filled or bread or never ending dipping sauce! They worked together like a dream team and were so kind/happy. I shared a meal with my husband, and they brought it out already divided and plated which I appreciated. The manager came over and made sure we were happy, and many servers gathered to sing to our brother for his birthday. They had the most beautiful “happy birthday” written in chocolate on his free dessert which we had never seen! The food was prepared perfectly, and we had zero complaints about anything! Truly our best Olive Garden experience of all time!!
I have gone to many olive gardens in my lifetime, I had stopped going to them because of food quality and customer service! This place did not seem like an olive garden..... this place was beautiful as you walk in.... get greeted by your waiter/waitress and they introduce themselves at your table. Our waitress was super attentive... met our food needs and special requests! The place was clean looked bright in the areas it had too, but private in dining areas! I wish other olive gardens used this one as an example for the rest of their chain restaurants! We usually go to locally owned to get great service, but this one exceeded my every expectation for our restaurant experience in a while! And we eat out a lot 😁
Wow! The calamari was cooked to perfection! The cheese ravioli and meat sauce 😋 and of course the salad and bread sticks, classic. We also had the tirimisu! Our server, Jason, was awesome!
First time here, our waiter Alex gave us top notch customer service. He was patient, non- judgemental about our "pickiness" because we are aware about it. :) He gave us the best recommendation for our order to enjoy the best of what we were ordering. He was the perfect level of attentive but not overbearing. A really important thing nowadays :) Food: we requested a small mix short of a.full course meal just not dessert. Minestrone soup was good but our praises went to the gnocchi and chicken soup. House salad had a pretty good balance. Toasted ravioli was.just on point, perfect toast, no hint of burn and flavorful without overwhelming. Funny enough the main course was okay since it were classics with our favorite being the classic Alfredo. Also pretty good deal, we expected a bigger bill than what we got.
Our family decided to dine here at the last minute on a Friday evening. The wait wasn't too long, the food was delicious, and our waiter was amazing! Shout out to Gabriel for a great dining experience. He was very attentive and he engaged with the fam they LOVED him! Thank you, Gabriel and team for a wonderful evening.
ROSA is the BEST! She's the sweetest server ever and makes you feel right at home. I ordered the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl and she kept the bowls coming! I love this Olive Garden as it has a familial vibe and plenty of seating. It's a cozy location to enjoy a plate of Italian cuisine! The pasta (fettuccine alfredo/rigatoni w/ marinara), salad, and bread sticks were super tasty. We were seated immediately upon arrival and never felt rushed. I will return to this restaurant in a heartbeat. It's much better than some other locations in the IE. It's also not too far from the shopping hub here in town!
Absolutely amazing!!! Delicious, great food service and a good time!!! We got to take our take-home pasta, and they were so good. I had the five cheese with meatballs!! My husband had the mushroom creamy pasta!!! Those bread sticks and salad!!
Olive Garden in Palm Desert is a big hit with the kids! There’s usually a wait, so it’s best to get there early. The hot bread they serve is a favorite, and the pasta portions are generous, so sharing might be a good idea if you’re not a big eater. The staff is generally friendly, and there’s plenty of parking.
We were warmly greeted by the host and server upon arrival. Our dining experience started with the delectable calamari appetizer. For the main course, we ordered the lunch chicken Alfredo, Alfredo with broccoli and classic Alfredo, all of which were exceptional. The lunch special included a choice of soup or salad; while the salads were overly salty, the Alfredo dishes were outstanding. Unfortunately, the soup lacked flavor and was watery. Overall, Olive Garden's Alfredo remains a favorite!
I always like to treat myself to an olive garden meal when I'm in America. The food is really good, I love the tour of Italy! The breadsticks, salad and soup are really good! The strawberry lemonade that I got is also really good. Service is good and the location is good. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend!
Outstanding and delicious food. Esmeralda was the most perfect waitress. She was on top of all of our dining needs. Quick service, many refills done quickly and the food was fabulous! My only issue was that it was extremely cold in this restaurant to the point of being very uncomfortable. However, we asked Esmeralda to have the air turned down a bit and she accommodated us quickly and with a smile. A perfect place to eat. The desserts are terrific and I loved the iced teas that are offered. I will be going back soon for sure.
My beautiful wife and I visited the Olive Garden while we were on a getaway during the holidays and celebrating her academic achievements. We had the chicken Marsala and shrimp scampi, and the food was absolutely delicious! Service was tops. The only downside was some guests outside waiting to be seated were smoking right by the door. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: "Second-hand smoke is harmful and absolutely disgusting! No one wants to start their dinner with a couple of lungs filled with Second-hand smoke. I would suggest that the establishment issue some restrictions. Thank you.

I’ve never taken my kids there before, and we were excited to go. It was a Tuesday night, and the place was very busy. We didn’t have to wait too long for a seat, and they sat in the café area, which was OK. The waitress was very good, and she was attentive to our needs. we ordered some pasta meals and some chicken Parmesan, and they were all pretty tasty, and the bread was excellent and very hot. Overall, we enjoyed the experience, and we will be back again one day.

Bland...that's what comes to mind after lunch today. Even the Toscano soup that claimes to be made with spicy Italian Sausage was as bland as milk toast. Same with the Pasta Fajouli and Potato soups. The salad was good, but not great. The chop on some of the vegetables was a little large and uneven. The Italian dressing was good, but nothing to write home about. The toss on the salad was excellent. The prices are decent, not much more fast food places these days. Three of us at lunch were out the door for $70 all in. Service at lunch today was excellent.

Using the app for being waitlist is not useful. You will still have to have a longer amount of time, regardless if you use the app or not. As my party of five waits for our table five other party’s were seated. When asked the wait time server didn’t give me a direct answer. I don’t understand what the wait was for. Other family’s were seated regardless of party size.
Horrible service. Our server was unprofessional and rude from the very beginning. She couldn’t get my drink order correct, continued to bring out cold breadsticks, and our food came out late—except mine never came out at all. When she finally checked on our table, I informed her that I never received my food. She went to look for it, which took even more time, and when she returned she immediately blamed another server instead of taking responsibility. She never apologized and told me my food was cold and would take a while to remake. At that point, I asked for my meal to be removed from the bill so I could pay for the rest and leave. The entire experience was unacceptable and very disappointing. I included the servers name ! Yulisa G
I always enjoyed dinner at Olive Garden, but no more. This place is terrible. Service was awful, food cold, servers overwhelmed and the customers suffer. Had dinner here Saturday, almost 2 1/2 hours sitting at our table. No drink refills, forgot our orders, food was cold. Servers kept changing. Servers need more training, we had two young children and they kept passing food over their heads, brutal, never going back.

My rating is meant for the service.🤬😡😠😤 I come here often, I have noticed they keep hiring young people. I hope the manager reads this... I don't like being next to flirtatious teens while I wait for my food, I don't like these young teens attitude when I ask for extra cheese or extra bread sticks.. 😡🤬😤 I recommend not ordering from here. I rather eat inside. These kids DO NOT ACT PROFESSIONAL.
As expected Mother's day was pack. And the service was nice from our server. Food was so blanned. After we paid our check we got up and left when I got to my car I realize I had left my phone on the table. I went inside literally five minutes later and my table was already cleans. I asked the manager if they had returned any phone. He said no, and that there's nothing they can do. I went out to the car where my husband was waiting for me. I told him what they said and he went in there and got loud and demanded my phone. I was waiting on the car and he came out with my cell phone. The same manager that told me that there was nothing he can do, cane out from the kitchen area and gave my husband my phone. Never again will I come to this shady business.
