Kind of weird that there is Asian/American and Mexican food all in one, but it fills a need in this small town. They are always very friendly and their chicken enchiladas have the best chicken I've ever eaten in Mexican restaurant.

Second time I've been to Papi's and have been happy with my food both times. What an assortment for such a small place. I'm looking forward to trying more items from their menu, so far it had been excellent!

I've been coming here for years and the staff is great and the food is even better. I try not to pick just one dish but I am in love with their teriyaki chicken number five and their crab cheese wontons. You won't regret the visit.

We used the drive through which wasn't as long of a wait as we anticipated. Our order came out fast and hot. Then we opened the food and the "no beans" chimichanga we ordered came loaded with beans. The side of guacamole had long black strings in it and no seasoning. They didn't mess up my papi's burrito but for $8 I would have expected it to be better then it was. I felt like I was eating a gas station burrito. It was too plain.

Cool has potential i will try again but my order was not accurate and food is a little on the pricey side. Staff was delightful minus the incorrect faux pax on my burrito. However l like the idea and i will be back. Not the best first impression but i know it can be much better experience.

I got spring rolls, chicken teriyaki, and chow mein. None of it was good. The spring rolls tasted like they were cooked in really old oil, the chicken teriyaki was really fatty, and the chow mein noodles were really thick and flavorless. It was also very expensive for the quality. I wouldn't go back.

Got a breakfast burrito which was pretty basic. Person that completed transaction wasn’t wearing a mask during pandemic which is risky.

All the meat was cold on all 3 meals

This place was bought by Asians, and their specialty isn't Mexican, its Asian food. They left the Mexican menu from the previous menu, but tackily added an Asian menu on the door to the kitchen. The kitchen was very dirty. When we walked in the cashier was taking an order from the drive thru, she then walked off and did not acknowledge us. If you want great Mexican in Palo Cedro, I would recommend Ortega’s ¾ mile south; and if you want Asian, go a block north to Fresh Fire grill.

My friend and I stopped here for the first (last?) time today and we both ordered the Super Burritto meal deal! Well, not such a great deal there Papi's! We dug furiously into theses BIG burrittos and all we could find was LITTLE more than a wad of RICE! That is some pretty expensive servings of rice! We would like to send the owner of Papi's to the Burritto Stand at Williams! Now there is a kick'n place to stop for a burrito! If we are even thinking of heading south we plan a stop there every time! Go there Papi! Then you will know what a REAL SUPER BURRITTO LOOKS LIKE! Although there was some jalepeno peppers in the dining area, there was not a drop of sauce anywhere! Dry, Rice Burrittos, yuck! The place did look very clean though, and the staff were very nice.

12.00 for soup is highway robbery. The cashier was very rude when I asked if I heard her right . Very sassy, got mad when I asked her to relay how upset I was to management, her response "they know lady" and as we were leaving made a threat about dealing with her mother!!

This is not a Taqueria. Nothing tasted like Mexican food. The rice was soggy. The beans tasted like they were from a can. The meat tasted “off”. It was hard to eat. The service was not friendly and the restaurant was in desperate need of a deep cleaning.

I ordered chicken chowmein it was 8.99, three days later I ordered it again, this time it was 12.99. The lady at the drive up window said they raised the prices. I looked it up on the menu and it shows 8.99. I called the restaurant and asked the owner why the difference, But she was flat out rude to me and then, She hung up on me. Talk about rude! I will Not spend my money here, that’s for Sure Palo Cedro is a small town and no one wants to be overcharged and then yelled at!! Go somewhere else.

Honestly don't waste your money, for nearly the same price you can drive over to ortegas and have an amazing meal.
