So good! Must try place! Got Tom Kha and the drunken noodles, both were so delicious and big portions! The staff was so friendly and attentive. If I’m ever back in town I know my new go to place.
Very friendly staff! Quick service! Food was excellent! Highly recommend this Thai restaurant! Recommend the yellow curry! Yummy!
The new Thai Bistro offers a delightful dining experience with a cozy, inviting ambiance that perfectly complements the authentic flavors of Thai cuisine. The waitstaff are warm, attentive, and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Service is impressively quick, allowing you to enjoy your meal without delay. I tried the Tom Kha soup and Drunken Noodles with tofu and vegetables—both dishes were bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors and expertly balanced spices. A wonderful spot for Thai food lovers, and I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!
First visit and definitely visiting again as we have good experience in quality of food , service and the taste was superb. We ordered veggie fried rice, roti trio,Thai ice tea and dessert as fried banana served surf ice cream. I found the price also very reasonable as per the prices of Bay Area restaurants.
Delicious! I had se eww pad Thai w chicken and we all shared appetizes and our main dishes lotta food they don't skimp! I loved my Thai tea was just like i like it my Thai noodles perfect! Fried rice w shrimp excellent also we had gyoza ,(pot stickers) very good and ragoons the kids loved. I ordered a side Salad it was in a huge bowl w arugula Greenleaf tomatoes onions I asked for side of Thai dressing peanut sauce which I love! Shared salad as it was enough for 4 adults! All that food and take home containers! Tastes great next day too. Definitely going back we all loved it 10 stars! Prices are good too!
I recently dined here and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. I ordered the basil fried rice and it was delicious. The flavors was authentic, and the portion size was generous. What truly stood out was the atmosphere. The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The service was impeccable; the staff was friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this Thai restaurant. It’s a fantastic choice for anyone looking to savor authentic Thai flavors in a welcoming environment with excellent service.
This place has a fast service and great food. We ordered few things that are pretty staple thai food and all of them very very authentic! The portion size is pretty big on the entrees and it can easily be shared.
Visited here on New Year Eve. Place was decorated with balloons. Place was busy with big groups. We ordered Naan/Roti and curry, Spring roles. They had run out of chicken satay. Appetizers were tasty. Then Tom Yum soup, Green curry and fried rice. All dishes were delicious. Specially fried rice which was moist not dry. They don't serve alcohol here. Service was pretty good. Ambiance was nice, with several Thai decorations, also some nice umbrellas at the entrance. Highly recommend this place for Thai food lovers.
My dinner was delicious. Chicken satay was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the greens it was served on were also very fresh. There was no skimping on the chicken they gave me. I'm very satisfied with this wonderful dinner and the value was great.
Parking: available around the building. Service: very quick and polite. Food: ordered yellow chicken curry, smile pad thai with shrimp, vegetable fried rice and papaya salad, entire order was great aside from the papaya salad as it lacked in acidity and spices. Other than that everything came out quickly.

I'll cut right to the chase: the food is excellent. Coconut shrimp: crispy, well-seasoned, fresh. Chicken fried rice: uniquely and appropriately seasoned. Nice fresh pieces of carrot with great flavor. Chicken breast used instead of dark meat and it was properly sliced. Beef Pad se ew: I'm unsure, but they may be using fresh homemade noodles for this dish. It was great. The sauce wasn't overpowering and the beef slices were tasty. Should you try it? Yes! Would I go back? Absolutely.
Duck curry was rich and flavorful. Very reminiscent of real Southeast Asian flavors. Service was also great and they brought some ice cream complimentary for the kids in our group.
My co-workers and I love this restaurant. The food is really yummy, great service, and the lunch special price is GREAT! I'll update soon with a picture. The food is good I always forget to take one.
The food was tasty and of good quality. We loved the appetizer sampler, drunken noodles, prik khing and mango sticky rice. Service was excellent. Interiors are bright & fun.
Update: 1.10.25 Not sure what's going on, but portion size is again smaller than expected. Ordered medium soup, which was not generous. Suggest ordering large size, not much more money for a substantially larger portion. Surprisingly small amount of (inexpensive) flat noodles in the spicy drunken noodles. Added hot chili sauce this time to spice it up. Consistency is lacking in how the dishes are prepared and portion size. We hope this will change as our family had been enjoyed New Thai Bistro since they had increased portion size about a year ago. Servers are always polite, but difficult to find after order is taken and food is served. Would be great for them to stop by a couple times before bringing the check. Update: 2.1.24 Great portion size now. We shared Pad See Yu & Spicy Drunken Noodles with tofu. Both were yummy. Serving platters are interesting & added flair to our meal. We really like the decor inside. Server was incredibly polite & friendly, attentive, but not overly so. Smiling at us & others - what a nice change! Highly recommend. 5 stars! Thank you Update: Still too salty, but the papaya salad is always a winner. Server was very attentive & polite. Great food, a bit too salty as with many Thai places. Decent portions, large soup could be more generous. Yellow curry was yummy, side of white rice $2. Papaya salad was interesting, fresh & a nice start to our meal. Servers were available for water refills, brought each dish out as soon as it was prepared. Much nicer inside than what you'd guess from the store front. Nicely decorated with plants, flowers, paintings, carvings, etc. Will go back, hopefully if less salty next time, I'll change rating to 5 stars!
loved the food except one of the dishes. the Vegetarian options were absolutely delicious. also had their fresh coconut water tried their roti as an appetizer, their eggplant tofu, their green beans tofu, a peanut base veggie curry and a mix veg curry. loved a. of them
Took out an order of Pad Thai fried chicken. Decent sized portion that could be split into two meals. Taste was good.
Felt like giving this place a try. Didn't have time to call in advance to pre-order. As soon as I got to the restaurant for to-go, the menus r on the right side of place. Once u know what u want, u go forward to the counter to order and pay. Due to Covid, it is better not to linger and maintain a safe distance from each other. Food was good. Can't complain. Will go back again.

We’ve Yellow Curry, Pad Thai Smile (chicken and prawns) and mango sticky rice. Mango sticky rice and prawns are great but chicken is over cooked. The restaurant's decor needs updating.

Sad experience... Pad Thai was horrible, I ordered with chicken, I am not sure that meat was tasting right.

Our first and last visit. In house service was awful. We did not find the wait staff friendly. After taking our order it was like she did everything to avoid us didn’t look over to our table at all. After 40 minutes or so we got the attention of the gentleman who sat us down. We asked about the status of our meal since a family that came in after us was already eating. We were told that the waitress didn’t hit enter. Then he came back to apologize and made excuses about the system, not working correctly. I told him she didn’t once look over and avoided us the whole time we were sitting there waiting. I didn’t want excuses. I just wanted to know the status of our food if it wasn’t ready we were going to leave. A couple of minutes later, we got our appetizer. I asked about our entrées. They asked us what it was and the first entrée came out. I asked about the second entrée and they asked again what was it, like really you don’t know by now what our order is. The food was OK my pad Thai was over sweet and had a lot of sauce which is not what I’m used to. They comped us a dessert but seriously, they should’ve comped us more. While sitting there, we heard another customer say that they’ve been waiting for over an hour. Again that order wasn’t received by the kitchen staff. They clearly cater to the online orders, which was clear because we saw a lot of to go orders bagged up and ready for pick up. Yet their customers who are sitting there waiting were ignored. needless to say we will not be going back.

Disappointing experience for the price. The Papaya Salad was flavorless and soggy, and the Pad Thai was greasy, overly sweet, and missing the standard garnishes like lime and sprouts. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also quite stuffy with a heavy smell of fried food. Spent $35 and left feeling very let down. I won't be back
Stepping into this place felt like walking into a horror movie set—dim, gloomy, and instantly regretful. The lighting was so bad I wasn’t sure if they were trying to save electricity or create a haunted house vibe. Then came the soup. I don’t know what dimension it was from, but it tasted like someone boiled a sock and thought, “Yeah, that’s it.” Disgusting doesn’t even begin to describe it. Now let’s talk about the owner—easily the most unpleasant part of the experience. This guy had the expression of someone who’s been forced to smile at traffic every day for a decade. Four different shades of stank face in 30 seconds. You’d have a better chance getting a blessing from a stone statue than a decent welcome here. The curry? More like curry-flavored water. It was so watered down and tasteless I felt personally offended. And the so-called “Toei Hotpot”? That thing was a war crime. Sour beyond belief, and somehow… no pork? It’s like ordering a pizza and getting bread with sadness.
