There is one worker that lights up the whole restaurant. She has enough personality and friendliness for the whole staff. She's a little short young lady with a kind spirit and a big smile. I enjoyed her pleasant personality and knowledge of information regarding the food. Thank you! I just wish I knew her name. You can't miss her she is the smallest one in there with a big welcoming smile.

The food is always fresh. They prep it as soon as your order goes through. Staff is always friendly and food quality is consistent. I like to order from them when I want "fast food" that isn't going to be leaving me feeling guilty.

This zeko’s is fresh and the food is delicious. The beef shawarma is my favorite, the hummus is absolutely delicious, fries are the best, and the chicken platter with rice & beans and chop chop is a good option as well. The service was nice. Very clean place I thought it was brand new but they’ve been there since 2017. Love zekos!!!

It's nice to find a decent place to get a reasonably priced lunch these days. Zeko's, which appears to be a local chain, offers such a lunch. With a clean store and friendly atmosphere, Zeko's is inviting. The staff was polite and helpful. I ordered a chicken shawarma and was pleased with the results. The french fries were particularly tasty. Parking might look a little thin when you first arrive, but there are plenty of spots in the back (head around the West side of the building so you don't get stuck in the drive-thru).

East Hillsborough, whoever is in the kitchen messing up people shrimps and fish by over cooking them need to be careful cause that irritates people's stomachs. If mine stomach gets irritated today I'll be up there tomorrow. This is why I prefer to go to Busch Gardens. Take this as a learning experience.

The falafel was crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. I liked the texture and the chickpea forward flavor in particular when dipped in their tahini that has an underlying citrus taste. The salad was probably a half day old but still tasty and the cucumber crunchy. Unfortunately, they are understaffed and service although polite was stressed and the friction between front and kitchen spilled through the dining room and waiting area. N XT time, I will order ahead and eat the good falafel somewhere in peace.

Walked in and got some gyros and a chicken shawarma. Our order was completed fast, the food was hot, and the service was good. Took everything to go. Our only complaint is that the chicken on the shawarma wasn't super flavorful, and a little dry. Otherwise the garlic sauce and pickles were delicious. The gyros were well portioned!

Me and my husband ordered delivery tonight. We were very disappointed. (Mind you, this was our first time ordering from here.) The food was not hot when it arrived. The meat was bland and so was the Naan. The Tzatziki sauce was the most flavorful thing on the plate. The fries were definitely frozen with no flavor at all.

Everything is great here, i just dont like the fact that drinks do not come with their combo meals. Especially when considering the price for the meal. I have never had any issues here and the staff that i have had experiences with always try to accommodate any situation the customer may have!

Went there to get a quick bite as they are open late. The food was bland, it had no flavor, the chicken was dry, the pita broke immediately upon holding it as if it was expired. The sauce was bland. Do not recommend!!!

In 4 years we have never had a problem with service, food or milkshakes till just a few minutes ago. The lady working drive thru you could tell was pretty new she had a strong Spanish accent & even said she was having a hard time understanding our order to come to window. At window she was still unsure of what we were asking for NOT one time did anyone come help this poor woman & manager was just standing there. After receiving our order I take a sip of milkshake it was horrible & no strawberry. So I go in & manager has attitude at the start I explained how it does not taste the same as it normally does and I can see on the counter it's just syrup flavor that they're putting in and I believe it used to have some kind of strawberry Chunk in and at one time.manager continues to argue with me when I asked for information for the store to make a report she tells me no she doesn't have to give it to me she didn't fully mix my milkshake with this horrible tasting syrup in it and when she handed it to me she had a nasty attitude more story we will not be going there as long as she's manager.

This review is solely because of the experience I had at around 12:30 p.m., Sunday April 20th. Usually I have a fantastic, consistent and reliable experience with this particular establishment. However on this afternoon, the woman working the drive-thru was extremely irate, impatient, and flat-out rude. I'm a customer service employee myself, so I try to be polite to all workers in the same field and I tip great as well..I don't know whether she's having a bad day or is new to customer service, but her rendition if it was absolutely terrible.

worst thing ever! I was there at 3:00AM , ordered two shawarmas... One shawarma was cooked well but the other one was uncooked and tasted really bad. Called em up in the morning and they told me that I have to bring back the food to get a new one!

Service was terrible tonight. Ordered and paid online. Arrived just after it was supposed to be ready. Took a few minutes to even be acknowledged that I was at the drive-through intercom. Then once at the window, the lady tried to get me to pay for the order again. I responded by saying that I had already paid online. The lady just disappeared for 15 minutes and then handed me my food without saying a single thing.

If you’re going to serve hot food in these styrofoam containers at least put down foil or paper so that you’re piping hot falafel doesn’t burn it and end up making your food taste like plastic. Gross.

The manager said it was okay just for today. There was no sign on the door indicating any restrictions. I drove 45 minutes to get to Zeko because it was my favorite restaurant, and this situation was really frustrating.

Whoever this is at the hillsborough location 2/24/25 10am was not able to accommodate me due to failure of food preparation of the employee. My sharwama was dry, there was no sauce even though I had asked for extra sauce & she told me she was unable to help me since I had taken a few bites however i was under the impression my food was made correctly it wasn’t until after the few bites that I noticed it was dry, lack of sauce, and tough.
