The staff is ok. The drinks are overpriced. Iced coffee was 50% ice. Every deli and bakery in the area has better for cheaper.

So I ordered this like 10 mins ago and I go inside to pick it up the workers are looking at me weird seeing which drink I get and I pick mine up and it’s messing a lot I didn’t even say anything bc I didn’t want to fight or anything but this is crazy they knew something was wrong and why they was checking which drink I picked up. Upsetting

By far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I order strawberry açaí with water and light ice. I can’t tell you the amount of time they have gave me lemonade, heavy ice and no berries. I don’t understand how they can’t follow specific instructions especially since there is an allergy. I’ve told them numerous times and to a point I’ve reached out to corporate and still continues. This location has also gave me a chocolate croissant Still in the shipping plastic heated and not heated. This is just pure carelessness from staff as well as management.

Horrible customer service these young kids will destroy your business. Be careful who you let work there because I’ve been a customer there since you opened and this is my last time going there. I recommend if you read this review go to a different location. They have great drinks, location on Nassau Blvd., Hempstead Turnpike is no good

1/5 stars* "Disappointing experience at this Location. I ordered a drink with 10 scoops of Matcha, but the barista only poured half of the blenders contents into my cup, leaving a significant amount unused. When I politely asked the staff to give me the remaining, the young barista with glasses responded rudely, telling me he was saving the remaining Matcha for the next customer. Unacceptable customer service and waste of my paid ingredients. Not acceptable time was 8:50 PM May 12, 2025 for the higher ups that need to do something about this monstrosity.

Never consistent and they apparently can’t read tickets. If I don’t ask for that weird dark caramel, don’t use it. Time for me to buy my own jug of Starbucks caramel and make my own.

This Starbucks is awful. The employees at the drive through have a nasty attitude; Kat to be more specific and it’s like they don’t want to be working there. I told them to remake my drink because it was watered down and it tasted like nothing and she had an attitude, they then remade it and I took the drink like that but it’s like they didn’t remake it because it tasted the exact same way. This Starbucks needs to do better and it needs better employees.

If someone offered me a million dollars to explain how this Starbucks location is still in business when there are better locations within couple miles I couldn’t be able too. Go to the Franklin ave , one by target or even the queens location. This one’s customer service is beyond disrespectfu specifically the drive thru. Don’t let the owner responding to reviews fool you into thinking he cares. Remember he hired his employees.

DO NOT GET FOOD FROM THE CASE IF THEY OFFER!!! I wanted a banana loaf and the man at the register said the only loafs left were the ones in the case. I asked him are they fresh? The man said yes. I got my loaf and I waited for my drink. While I was waiting for my drink i decided to eat my banana loaf. When I went to take it out of the bag, I saw something on the loaf. I looked closer at it and saw it was a dead fly. I was so grossed out and asked for the manager immediately. Turns out the man who took my order was the manager. I can not believe the manager here is lying to customers saying that the food in the case is fresh. His name Manny.

I usually go to the Franklin Square location. I went to the optimum store and decided to use the drive thru and I am soo disappointed. FS makes TGE BEST tasting drinks. My drink is milked down with no taste! FS drinks are rich and delicious! I was better off getting a frappe from McDonald's.
