I have always loved Chipotle. Moving to an office nearby I was really happy to be around chipotle again. I made an online order for collection where I wasn’t served guacamole even after paying extra. I made an email complaint to Ruben the GM. He immediately called me and gave a heartfelt apology and a free meal offer. Its great to see such service. Really Appreciate it!

Got a chicken burrito bowl with hot sauce for £7. Good portion size and really tasty, the hot sauce is quite spicy so will probably get medium next time! Would like to try the steak and the pork next :)

But this time around, Bolu from this place was kind enough to prepare them for me even though they were just about half an hour away from their closing time. This made the whole experience really good for me. I'm very hopeful for people to come over to try this place again and see its ratings pick up. Thank you bolu 🙂🙌

Really good Mexican food, always great to eat in chipotle.

Firstly, the food was good. Good quality ingredients, but it felt small on the portions for the price. The main issue: The staff didn’t listen. They would ask you a question then not listen to the answer. You would reply with an answer clearly, like ‘i’ll have brown rice’ and they’d reply with ‘white rice?’. Making you repeat yourself over and over, while they looked irritated that the fact you were correcting them. I had to ask for fajita veggies and lettuce three times after not being offered them. They would acknowledge me and then continue to do nothing. There is no signage for prices so I would definitely order online in the future, to avoid having to speak to the staff here at all costs. I had read the mixed reviews for this particular branch beforehand, we live 3 hours (by train) outside of london and had limited time so we came here anyway, but am unlikely to come back or recommend this particular branch to anyone.

The food is tasty for sure, my only major gripe is who is serving you makes a big change on how much you get. I pray every day that I don’t get that smaller lady microdosing my chicken.

We ate a steak burrito, they put about 4 pieces of it in not exaggerating, the lady serving was kinda rude. Besides that the food was okay i will not come again

I am very disappointed by my visit at Chipotle today. I was enticed to try their new menu addition which was the hot honey chicken. I queued up and one of the servers who was the only one who was polite asked me which rice and beans I wanted, after that he asked me which protein, which was the honey chicken but they had ran out. He told me that another batch would be added in 2-3 min it took longer than that all whilst my bowl with rice and beans was getting cold. After I got my protein I was met with a bunch of sour faced and rude servers who were very stingy with the portions, acting like it was their father's business, I barely got any rice, beans, cheese, salsa, sour cream and guacamole on my bowl (which cost me £2.80 extra). I feel scammed and I don't understand why they are stingy, having worked in the fast food industry myself I know for a fact a lot of these ingredients are perishable and cannot be kept overnight especially rice which is risky to reheat. Overall the premises is clean and they have seating available upstairs, as well as a condiment, cutlery and napkin station, but the service is terrible, the servers all had an attitude and I didn't even get a thank you after I had paid or asked if I wanted a receipt. The food was very good, but because the first server kept my bowl on the side the food was tepid which was disappointing I'm sure if it was warmer I would have loved it more, the honey chicken is amazing and it should be a permanent fixture in my opinion. Overall the service really let's Chipotle down considering it's an American chain and they are big on customer service and quality. I would definitely pay Chipotle a visit in the future but I'd try another branch.

The first thing I do when I travel is to check if there's any Chipotle nearby. I'm obsessed with it! Unfortunately, on April 11th at 8:30pm I had the worst experience ever. Me and my family had dinner here, 4 people eating and drinking. When we were finished, my brother needed to use the toilet but they didn't allow him to. They said it was already cleaned and closed. This happened literally at 8:30pm, when they closed at 10pm. I told them exactly that, plus we just had dinner there. They couldn't do that, but unfortunately they did. We left without being able to use the restroom, despite the fact that they still had 1h and half ahead. Just awful.

‼️DO NOT GO HERE‼️ The guy serving the food was a jerk! I asked if I could have more of the sauce and his reply was NO. Chipotle has never had a cap on the amount of sauce one can get. If you want to be treated like a cheapskate you are in the right restaurant at this chipotle. Food is disgusting also 🤮👎

Ordered a salad bowl- was told 2 ounces of dressing was 2 pounds 20 more. I respectfully declined only to get home and there was no sour cream. And on top of that, the bowl was half empty. After 12 years of chipotle in the US I am disappointed.

Food: way too overpriced. I paid £11.30 for an £8.50 bowl and £1.60 handful of potato chips in a giant bag, which didn’t add up so I asked about it and apparently the sauce for the chips was extra which they didn’t tell me and said it was then £2.60… which only adds up to £11.10 so I don’t know what arbitrary pricing they’re doing here. Added a photo of the contents of the ‘bag of potato chips’, laughable amount. I went home and had a second dinner because the portion size of the bowl is so small, at least it didn’t taste that bad. If I pay £11.30, I want it to be filling! Service: So when I said the extra sauce price isn’t on the menu, this was met with ignorant silence. How about tell me it’ll be an extra £1 or £1.40 before charging me(again, no idea how they priced this…). Also, the guy making my food couldn’t speak a word of English, everyone else had to repeat and point at the food I was telling him to add Atmosphere: the whole place is really smoky, your clothes smell of it for hours afterwards. Open a window! They were playing TWO different songs inside the place and I could hear both at the same time. Seems like Chipotle had their music but the staff were blasting their own music? No idea, but confusing and irritating. Summary: waste of money for this snack, never buying from here again.

70 King William Street, London, EC4N 7HR, England. Worst chipotle I’ve been to. They’re MEGA stingy with the portions. For the protein they serve a tiny pinch with the tongs. The. For the sides, the spoons are supposed to be the measure, yet these women give you the tip of the spoon. I got like 10 corn kernels, and the tip of the spoon of sour cream. I got a few sprinkles of cheese. They’re so cheap, trying to make a profit by giving you a tenth of the normal portion. They’re all of SA, except the cashier, so I am assuming it’s the franchise owner trying to make a profit by diluting the quality and quantity of dishes.
