Dive bar with some retro style in the south slope. A revival of the old 718 bar… Decidedly more heart and attention to detail now - with a cocktail list and solid beers on draft. Met one of the owners - a cool and personable neighborhood guy named Dave. Reasonable prices, too…and (service) dog friendly. I will most definitely become a repeat offender here. 😊

Great service, good vibes, and fun location. The tap list is extensive, and I give high marks to the numerous board and card games they have “on tap.” Get their Guinness pour. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing bar! Love it. Great vibe, nice people, can’t say enough good things. A nice place to hang and grab a drink, have a chat, etc etc… + the only properly poured Guinness in a square mile!

My wife and I stumbled in on a cold December afternoon. The bar tender Kelsey was amazing and very friendly. We liked it so much we stopped in again before the day was over!

Amazing little bar that made me feel like home even though I was only visiting. Very friendly bartender and local regulars. I can recommend anything that’s on tap (prices are super fair) and the Jägermeister, apparently it’s a slow-seller even though it’s kept ice ice cold and delicious.

Hands down one of the best bars in the hood. Truly local spot. Always a good time.

Good atmosphere, a really good hole in the wall type of bar. Super friendly bartenders and local crowd. Drinks are very reasonably priced, and the music is off beat without being too avant guard. No hipsters! All in all a good time!!!

Blockhill station.... More like Joyhill Station! This place is a southern meal, this place is the warm embrace, this place is a child's smile. Don't ever change, I'll be back for more beer in the near future!

Damien is the man. I came here drunk and left wasted and slighly happier from trying the best pickle back shot of my life. The Polish-style pickle back shot with bison grass vodka and a small little gurken in the glass is an absolutely beautiful thing. It's a bit on the small side for a bar, and I could see it getting a bit crowded, but I'm usually here around 2AM when the drunks return to their familiar faces to smile and sing a few songs. The bar has wine, but it's not your classic wine bar. I've found that it's better as a place to wind down a great night and have in-depth philosophical conversations with the good friend that will help you get home safely. Come by - I'm the loud drunk guy.

Too expensive for a small neighborhood dive bar, bartender seems to be more at home than at work on top of that they charge you over $100 for something that should’ve been around $50-$60 but of course no one can argue about it because you get kicked out and banned. They don’t even give you a receipt.. Won’t be going back here

Beer and shot place pretending to be a cocktail bar. Inattentive and inexperienced bartender. Small, hot, and uncomfortable.

Bartender seemed low energy and bothered that I even asked for a beer, if you hate your job don’t do it, but don’t take it out on the customer, horrible service, I never leave bad reviews but for this one I had to go out of my way.
