Love the view and the staff was very friendly when my sons and I visited. We suggest the cotton candy flavor and the "Let's go Buffalo"
We bought some last summer. We hope they open again this year. It was heavenly natural fresh so refreshing and addictive

Great Sahlen's dog! Best rum punch in town, a great bar crew.
Best smoothies ever❤️❤️❤️.All fresh 100% recommend
Nice little spot to relax during a walk.
Very nice
The custard is delious
I love this place ! It is open now( it said that it was closed ) the hummus was really good , I had a berry passion smoothie that was very tasty and healthy tasting! The scenery is amazing as well!
The workers were all very sweet and accommodating, the hot dogs, fries and ice cream were scrumptious! Will definitely be coming back with the kids!
Stopped for a cocktail had the water melon margarita was okay
Never heard of happy hour for ice cream!! 2 for 1 is a steal come to this place asap.
They were extremely busy and the kids working there were amazing! Despite the crowd, they worked as fast as could be expected, orders were done right, and they were all smiles.
The juicery had the cutest little lady’s working. They made beautifully handcrafted ice cream for me and my family of 6. It came out extremely fast and I got to enjoy some tasty treats with the kids on the water while watching the sunset. I’m so proud of all the workers there, they put it their all so our families can have a lovely evening together.
Was reluctant to come here after reading bad reviews, but was pleasantly surprised by the good pita sandwhich and upgraded to fries and a soft dring for $2.99. Fries were hot, pita was delicious. Chocolate milkshake was great too. Sat on outdoor picnic table and watched the sunset. Only took about 15 min. to get food. For a Friday night that wasn`t bad. Hope it continues to improve with more good help.
Cool little place. The line was not long when we went But just sad that we missed the Lake Erie 2 hour tour. Didn't have nothing open till 2 weeks and we are leaving the area. But the view was awesome!
Such great food and it came out relatively fast since the place was crowded! Very helpful and sweet workers! Went back for ice cream and would highly recommend the marshmallow sauce!

Nice spot for chilling watching sunset and having a drink, finger food so don't expect much of the food
extremely helpful staff and the marshmallow sauce was really nice
Love watching the ships and boats ho bye
I never had the food here, but the ice cream is amazing! It's very creamy and has great flavor. Portions are huge, so order the small. I only gave 3 stars because the service is very slow and the service counter is always filthy. Plus, $2 for sprinkles. Really!?

Mediocre and overpriced food. No one in line and waited 30 minutes for my order. The loganberry and coffee machines were not working.
Very unimpressive. Absurdly overpriced, loud annoying music, not a great selection, and extremely slow service. Great location, though.
Don't order the pitas...aweful and expensive
We patronize the Juicery at least 3X per week. We live on the waterfront and were ecstatic when they opened this year. We keep waiting for it to get better but it hasn’t happened yet. Service staff is essentially absent. With just 2 or 3 people in line you can expect a 25-30 minute wait just to place an order. Food preparation is another guaranteed minimum of 20-30 minutes. Waited 35 minutes today to order and receive a Diet Coke with only 2 people in front of me (one of which left the line angry and frustrated). Earlier this week, after 45 minutes I requested a refund for fries which never showed up. Our experience is not unique. 4 families (behind me) left the line to order while I waited today and that has happened every time we visit. Staff literally disappears for 10-25 minutes at a time and are unapologetic. All that said, spending time on the water in a wholly unpretentious and pressure free environment has its value. It’s been a fun and relaxing place in the past. The patio is a melting pot with a great view, cool breeze and friendly atmosphere. The place won’t last if it continues as it is. Possibly the worst service we have ever experienced. BUT…we are pulling for them.
It's either they hardly have staff proportionate to the amount of customers they have or the staff has no qualms about making a line of 2-3 customers take 20-25 minutes to just take an order. From there it's a toss up on whether you'll: A.) Be served within lowest 5 minutes or up to 20 B.) Get your order properly or have the wrong additional toppings added. Probably best to keep it simple and just order a twist if you're coming here...

ice cream was horrible it want even cold. I felt like I was eating marshmallows it was gross. Not worth 17 then it's artic swirl only sprinkle a little of Reese's on top. HORRIBLE. Don't waste your money. Go to DQ instead.

Absolutely the worse ice cream in Buffalo. We all threw it out. Twenty dollars wasted.
✨Place is not clean✨ Had to wait 10+ minutes just for sprite that tasted mostly like water
Two people working a million people waiting in line no food garbage too expensive what happened to the old hatch where everybody works nobody's working garbage can we get any food what kind of place is this
Their hours are not updated. Closed on a Tuesday.
Absolutely disgusting. The place is riddled with wasps, spiderwebs, and mosquitoes that causes me to lose my appetite. Even worse I noticed bug droppings on my ice cream. Not worth the trip or the expensive $20 price tags.
Waited 10 minutes for coke, and I had to ask why so much wait time, so they told me that the machine is broken, I ask for a Sprite and the taste was afoul, If finished in the garbage. Great location, really bad costumer service
Disaster Struck. It appears they were not prepared for the day. Out of chicken, no nacho chips or cheese. Then the fryer shut down, so no fries or tatter nuggets. The pita for the chicken salad fell apart and the hamburgers were charred too much and took 20 minutes to get called to the window for pickup. They did refund the cost for the items they couldn't deliver, so at least that was good.
Horrible experience. Rude manager. Out of hummus. Out of alfalfa sprouts. Asked what the veggies are in the in veggie pita pocket. Menu says “seasonal veggies”. Pocket came with scant amount Romaine, tomatoes, onion, parm cheese. When I asked where the sprouts were the owner said she already told me what veggies were in pocket and failed to mention out of spouts which is listed as an additional item in the menu. Smoothies were ok. Not like the old days! Best pita pockets on the planet. Juicery totally missed the boat.
I was just sitting at the window for 5 minutes. 2 ladies working. I said hello 3 times and my presence wasn’t acknowledged. That’s NOT acceptable. I bought a burger at Canalside. I will go someplace that wants my money.
