Anytime I'm in the mood for a Spinach Omelet this is my go to place, the cook here makes it exactly as I like it. This deli has got to have the biggest selection of stuff to eat from chips to fruit to candy ! Anything I need or want definitely will find it here !!

I got the Chinese Chicken salad - wonderful greens, not the typical romaine or spring mix, and the chicken was Big Famous Deli & Groceryand moist. However, it did not "meld" together. It was tossed with an oily like vinaigrette that could have used more contrasting flavors. A great salad is more than the sum of its parts. It should taste unified...so this salad is not quite there yet.

Store feels dirty and smells like cigarette smoking 🚬 when you walk in and more toward the back. Even with the door open.

Ordered Monte Cristo Panini, 2 hard boiled eggs, and a prepackaged fresh mozzarella. Did not receive the mozzarella. Hope the eggs are actually hard boiled (I’m afraid to look), and the “panini” not even in the same galaxy as a panini. They sliced a pita in half, shoved in a slice of turkey, ham, mystery cheese, and vegis - then microwaved it. This is one of those places that pack up the day’s (or weeks) garbage when you order delivery.

I ordered ceasar salad with extra veggies and got 3 slices of spoiled cucumber as the "extra veggies" . They put way too much dressing on the salad and didnt even send utensil in the bag. definitely won't order again!!!!

I recommend nobody comes and spend money here cause they over charging and giving random prices for example I get the same Sandwich everyday 1 day my sandwich is $5.50 next day it’s $6 then the next is $7 I have receipts upon this and this is unprofessional and unacceptable

I rarely write reviews but this is mainly for the person who makes the orders. I was willing to wait for the order if it wasn't ready. Then, he repeatedly said it would take 30 minutes. Mind you, I am delivering and the order is not that huge. Then, he talks about he has seven orders ahead of them and rudely talks about when I should have come in to pick up. Meanwhile, he is doing orders just fine with people walking in. Not only was this a waste of time, he simply did not care. Unless all 7 orders were huge orders, his attitude was not needed.

Ordered a bacon cheese burger never got delivered, ordered two sodas for something else delivered and was completely wrong, fries and mozzarella sticks where completely ice cold and mushy. Took over an hour to be delivered. Attempted to call and they hung up then ignored my calls from there on and would not answer. Down right disrespectful.

Ordered a Turkey Club and fries. Everything seemed fine until I exploded 20 mins later. Something was definitely off with the Russian dressing. Would not order from here again.
