5 stars for being open late on Christmas eve. There are many in this population that do not celebrate this hilday and it's nice that they are open. The service was quick and an overall good experience. This food was - as always good. Everything was hot and fresh.

Coming back from the Rangers game i stopped by and had 2 tacos and a chicken sammich. Hadnt had jack in the crack in years and it was awesome. I loved those tacod as a kid and i still do. 5 starz

Jack's used to be my favorite, especially after clubbing. Then it sucked gor mad yrs. I stopped eating it for a long time. We went to Dallas, I got hungry and we decided to stop. This particular Jack's was GOOD! The tacos were crispy and the burger was hot and tasty. Nice job.

Used drive through so don't know the atmosphere. Sour dough bread, especially the crust, is tough and rubbery. Kudos, military, veterans discount.

The food was fresh and warm and didn't take that long. The lady on the drive-thru was really friendly went on May 30th around 8 am.

Service is so slow every time I go. Even when not busy. I’m sure my mobile order was fresh when made but I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru to receive it. So everything was cold. Employees are friendly it’s just the speed of service that kills the experience every time.

Hit or miss service. Never too busy in the dining area. Food takes a really long time to prepare often. There is often papers on the floor and tables with crumbs and sometimes its sticky.

We always do drive through. They are slow at times but they are always friendly and have never had a messed up order

Ordered two *bacon* breakfast Jacks this morning, came home to find my Jacks had no bacon on them at all. Morning crew obviously doesn't pay much attention, make sure your order is accurate before leaving!

Food was fresh and tasted good. Lost a star for giving us half empty fries. Lost another star for being out of spicy popcorn chicken. Polite staff and clean bathroom.

Man, Jack aint what he used to be. Curly fries were old and cold and the ultimate cheeseburger just wasn't as good as it used to be. Makes me a little sad.

Ordered Sprite, tasted 1/2 water/Sprite, horrible. Bought chicken terrayki bowl. Took along time to cook. Noticed one girl working while the other one just stood around. Ask for a pack of terrakyi sauce. They do not offer it anymore. How can you have terrayki chicken bowl and offer no extra terrayki sauce? So disappointed and won’t be back.

One of the slowest and most unprofessional group ive seen. Pull up to the speaker and the woman says "give me a moment" when I'm the only one in line. Then I wait 15-20 minutes for my food.

We went to jack in the box for some good food 😋. But when we ordered it took FOREVER to be made. When we got our food we took it home and as we were getting our food ready there was mustard and pickles in the burger, even tho we said just ketchup.

Here now in the drive thru..... Never had a more impolite person take my order lady is very rude, tries rushing you through your order, cant even finish what I was ordering do to repeatedly being asked "anything else" while I'm still trying to say what I want wish we could do negative stars.... Got food cold fries, look like a ketchup bootle explosion happened on the burgers, onion ring, two might be rings rest are just broken piece of onions burnt to a crisp.... At least I got the salt I asked for.... Needless to say I definitely will not be revisiting this location and I highly recommend the owners look into how their establishment is being ran

TERRIBLE service, so we left. There were no customers in the lobby, 3 people working, 2 of which were just chitty chatting while the other worked the drive thru. We stood there for way too long without being helped. Will be surprised if they stay open much longer.

The foods fine it’s the customer service it’s terrible there was nobody else here and I had to sit at the speaker for around 5 minutes just to place my order and when I got up to the window the lady was rude when giving back my change and then I sat at the window for a small order for around 10 minutes even though there’s is no one else here

This is our fourth time to try this location... I understand the location is new... but the Night shift needs better guidance and leadership. There is no reason customers have to wait 40+ minutes in the drive thru. ALL four times we have been there has been something missing from our order. NO ONE answers the phone when you call. Food has been terrible/old/stale tasting. District really needs to step up and coach their crew better. This location is already getting a bad reputation (just look at the reviews)

Really disappointed..ordered the home style chicken sandwich & it only had the chicken, cheese & mustard. What happened to the bacon, lettuce,tomato & onions!!! I ordered with the online app & my daughter picked it up & she dropped it off, but she had already waited 30 minutes when she go there. Tried to call & the phone just rings..I usually get Jack in the Box at the Cleburne location & it's always good. I guess I will continue to go there, until Alvarado gets better!!

just went through on 4/7 and had four items in my order. I got home and they didn't put something in my bag which is fine, I called to let them know I didn't receive something and the girl who picked up the phone said she put it in my bag because she personally bagged it apparently. well I double checked my bags and nope nothing in there so I guess on top of not having people who can give correct change (they originally didn't give me my 3 dollars in change) they also have liars working there.

I'm trying to order a couple of breakfast Combos at 11:24 p.m. Employee replies that they are no longer selling breakfast. I was very puzzled and implied that to the employee. Employee stated that they had already cleaned the grill. I replied wow are you kidding me?" Left the restaurant without ordering anything. Wish I could give them 0 stars service. Update 5/20/2023 The district manager texted me and apologized. Said that they were retraining the staff.

I haven't been to Jack in the box for a while because it hasn't been the same in years. I got a double cheese burger and curly fries. both were nasty, and it was like $15. I'm officially done with j Box.

By far the worst , spent $50 dollars on stale fries the tacos so oily and stale the chicken cold everything like if it was just sitting there, instead of making fresh

Came here on Saturday August 24th 2024 went through drive through got the food(tacos,curly fries,hamburger, were cold)We asked to replace the cold fries and tacos since our hamburgers were lukewarm at best so they were replaced with two tacos on top of the other 10 being warm and the curly fries were barely lukewarm at best since we've had issues at other jack in the boxes too we will never go back to any of them were done especially after spending $52 on this order

Let me start with, I love Jack in the box tacos! This is the absolute worst Jack in the box I have EVER been to when it comes to tacos. They taste like they have been sitting for a week or so. I even begged the manager at the window to make sure I received freshly made tacos but was ignored. The tacos are so stale that you can barely bite into them. Now when I want tacos we drive to Burleson.

Notenought help… waited 15 minutes before they took my order inside.. they were more interested in taking care of the window orders. Floor as dirty, littered with trash. And I’ve been there 3 times and the food just doesn’t taste like the food at most jack in r the boxes.. NO CHEESE ON MY TACOS AND WAY TOO MUCH SAUCE. I won’t be going back.

Slowest jack in the box I've ever been to. And there is literally 15 workers at least so it's not due to no workers. We were in the drive thru for 25 minutes and it was after 9. Crazy...... would not recommend there is plenty of other fast food places around. don't waste ur time

Just went through the line and my husbands fries were missing from his combo. As I’m waiting, I open my ultimate bacon cheeseburger and there was only a small piece of bacon on a $10 meal!! That’s two items missing on a single order. Ridiculous

Allright call me crazy but this is the very 1st time i feel veryyy very dissappointed with this Jack in the box. Ordered a spicy chickebn sandwich meal got a refular old and stale chicken patty. Like i always do empty my fries on the other side of the burger box all fries old still ate them. But not after that diamond i saw. 🤢 tbh last time i was upset but thought it was just a day. I dont think i want to come back anymore i feel disguted. Even my husband tried taking a bite and didnt even bit all they way on that chicken patty of how old it was.

The fries were so hard and extra greasy, like they had been refried and small pieces/crumbs (definitely not edible) as shown in the picture. They didn't give us the spicy sandwich but instead some basic regular sandwich with nothing on it and it was cold. The tacos were old and cold. Got a mocha ice coffee and almost choked whatever the hell was in my coffee (also shown in the picture). It's unbelievable how messed up this order was. I tried calling them and nobody picks up. Calling my credit card company and getting my money back. I'm not paying for trash.

The night shift girl at the window and the lady cooking did not seem to be all there. Ordered two large taco meals, ( 4 tacos) which comes with lettuce, cheese and ground beef. I did ask for no cheese. Instead, I received four large tacos with no lettuce, and two slices of cheese on all tacos. The beef looked liked cat food. My reciept specifically says no cheese. Not sure if they were on drugs or just don't care, but it's sad to see the staff have such little respect for the person that owns the establishment and what they are trying to build. But then again it's Alvarado and night time. You can't expect much. I'll give one star because at least they showed up for work.

Update: once again I made the mistake of going to jack in the Box. Manger Daniela was rude and continued to make mistakes. She doesn't like the fact that I don't want upgrades or extras for more money. This was my last mistake of wasting my money with jack in Box. Long time customer is done. Tried to contact corp but website is down and number goes to some weird identity thing. No trust. Went thru drive thru today. Lady was very rude wouldn't answer any question I ask. Hashbrown was cold. Just a bad experience.
