Service was amazing!!!! Chicken biscuit was just okay but the brussel sprouts, oysters and disco tots were great!.
This place was incredible! I came for a wine tasting for Prime wines. I had no idea this place was here! You have to try the Fried Chicken! Never have I ever had chicken this well seasoned with a crush that is just satisfying to bite into! For the entree I was told to get the burger by our server Sean (like Connery). He was so right! probably one of the best burgers I've ever had! I cannot recommend this place enough!
Thoroughly impressed on first visit! Great drinks, food, and service. The Deviled Eggs were a nice starter. The Double Stack Burger could rank among the best in the city... folks just don't know... along with perfectly-cooked Tater Tots. Loved the Alternative Medicine & Ward 8 drinks! Looking forward to the next visit! Fried Bologna Sandwich up next!
Our server Courtney is amazing! I had Chicken and Waffles, their biscuit and mimosas. It was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.
This is one of the best restaurants in the area. Drinks are thoughtful, food is tasteful. Will be back. And now we're back with the fried chicken dinner which is out of bounds.
This was our first time here and we will definitely be back! The Service from When we walk in the door from the bartender to the server to the bus girl everything was amazing. Food was delicious.! 🤤 thanks 🙏🏻 for a wonderful lunch!
Amazing!!! Food? Amazing! Service? Amazing! Ambiance? Amazing! Please get the barrel of fried chicken. You will not regret it. And that peach pie? OMGoodness!!!
staff is really nice and wiling to help, had the Faux Cheval Burger, really good, Rockefeller was also very good, quick refills and easy to find parking in Peachtree battle shopping center went back with a buddy for Brunch, the Monkey Bread is STUPID good, bucket-o-chicken amazing, and I think they are using ground fairy dust in the Gritz, no im not kidding, Dominic the server excellent !!!
I used OpenTable to schedule my reservation and the staff at Roshambo went above and beyond to make this day, this special 70th birthday celebration for my dear friend and sister so special! The food was fantastic, we had the raw oysters and Rockefeller oysters to start out. The raw were the best; actually best part of the entire dinner! We had three different kinds and they were fresh and absolutely sweet! We then had the pear and goat cheese. The raw brussels that accompanied this dish were hard on the stomach, but still delightful in taste. Then we shared the trout and the chicken shawarma. Both were equally delicious! The garlic and caper aioli that came with the trout was phenomenal. Then we finished off with a crème brûlée and my friend had a coffee. The bill total was so reasonable and for the outstanding service and care to the food we will definitely be back! It was well worth the drive and the experience will be a memory we keep! We enjoyed and loved our server, Jenny, our host, and all the staff at Roshambo! Thank you Lord for this day and the people we got to meet!
The food was excellent, we had fantastic service and I love the vibe—ill totally come back. My only issue would be that the prices feel a bit high for a place in a strip mall a couple doors down from Richard's Variety and Baskin Robbins.
Stopped in for lunch and are so glad we did! Being a rare Atlanta native I was taken in by the nostalgia. Hours of my youth were spent in my local Turtle’s. I had the Elvis French toast and it was a home run. The hostesses and our server were fantastic!
Enjoyed the Father’s Day brunch. Food was tasty & service was excellent!
Fantastic food with a well-crafted menu featuring rotating dishes for each week night. The entire staff are kind and lively, with an amazing bar. Literally any drink you want, they got.
Yeah. I’ve never seen a restaurant with a 4.9 rating. And it absolutely deserves it all. This is my new favorite restaurant. Chicken parm is the best ever. The warm red velvet cake from a mother’s recipe was amazing. The dirty cola was an awesome mocktail with all spice. JP is the best of the best servers. Love this place.
We love Roshambo! Food is always great, our server, Ciara was great and we love the atmosphere. We had the hangar steak, chicken parm and Magnolia breakfast (for dinner). All delicious!
Fantastic upscale diner with a unique atmosphere. Definitely worth a stop and trip. Great service and fantastic burger.
We decided to visit this restaurant for brunch on Sat. The menu looks great and it was hard to decide but I ended up trying the fried chicken. So GOOD! Highly recommend this spot.
Super great fried chicken and I would highly recommend the grilled cheese and tomato soup! They also have happy hour mon-fri from 4-6pm. It includes 10 dollar classic cocktails! I also recommend the Jalisco sour! This is a great restaurant with great food!
Great experience at Roshambo — friendly staff, great energy, and smooth coordination while we completed their air duct and HVAC cleaning service. Always a pleasure serving local businesses here in Metro Atlanta (Buckhead) — Atlanta Air Pro.
Forgot the name of the server but she was great and so was the food even something that I think is simple and that’s the hummus had a huge wow factor! Perfectly good fish, Drinks were awesome and my son loved his spaghetti. Wish I lived closer to this place. Great experience.
Am was great, ambiance really good, food spectacular we stumbled upon happy hour which was a pleasant surprise.
ALWAYS SOLID. No matter what my husband and I order here, it's always terrific. We like that the menu changes, but a few dishes stay in the rotation. We also enjoy the atmosphere. It's clean and relaxed but still sophisticated. It's one of the few places we would go to more than once in the same month. Last time, my husband tried the Magnolia breakfast for dinner and enjoyed it, especially the grits. I had the salad with roasted chicken, and it was one of the best salads I've ever had. Fish tacos are very good, and so is the featured fish dish. We also have had the party bucket of chicken with the sides, and it was delicious. It's a fun dish to share with a group. Cocktails are good here, too. Overall, after multiple occasions eating here, never any complaint.
Came here for brunch and I'm seriously impressed. The restaurant just has a nice clean and upscale feel. Love the ambiance and the music choice. I ordered the eggs Benedict and the eggs were runny which is exactly the way it should be. My man ordered the chicken and waffles. We added tots which was nice to enjoy with our meal. Enjoyed a Bloody Mary. Craig was attentive and service was excellent. If you have not tried this place you should. It's really good!
So me and my sister were looking for a good happy hour to take my mom and my cousin too and we came across Roshambo on TikTok and it did not disappoint! Happy hour is from 4-6pm (wish it was longer) and they didn’t have much to chose from but the items that were offered were really good. We got the Brussel sprouts, oyster rocafella, grilled cheese with tomato soup to start and it was all so good! For happy hour, they do offer drinks at a discounted price. So any drink that was $14 was actually $10 during happy hour. I had an espresso martini that was really good. We also had a pitcher of cosmopolitan for $35. That had about 3-4 glasses in it. For dinner we had chicken Parmesan, which was just okay. The flavors were there just very unseasoned. The noodles and the chicken were very bland. Also the chicken wings which were good but they don’t come with any dipping sauce. The Thai chili sauce on the wings were good. We asked for blue cheese and they didn’t have it so we asked for ranch. They tried to make us a blue cheese by mixing blue cheese crumbles in the ranch and it was horrible. Just take the regular ranch instead lol. My sister had the shrimp hot pot which was delicious! It had this creamy coconut flavor that was so good! It wasn’t what we were really expecting but nonetheless, still delicious! For dessert, we had a ‘cookies and milk’ which was just a big warm cookie with cream in the side. I would have thought ice cream would have came with it but no. Our service was wonderful. Brittany, our server, was sooo good! And she had great support because everyone was very helpful. Happy hour time was not very busy at all. She told us that they were busier in the day but typically, around 7pm is when it gets busy. Roshambo, I’ll be back!
I'll tell you what, 5 stars just for the biscuits. They didn't like much, but when I put it in my mouth(⏸️) it was magical. Never had a biscuit like it. The spinach dip is fire. Short-rib ragu is outstanding! Skip the tots, the steak needs a little work. Nonetheless, I'll be back
I come to this place EVERY time I visit Atlanta. Always order a new thing and they never disappoint. Food, drinks and staff 5 stars for me. Adding more pictures. Food was delicious and service was great. The Brussels sprouts were 🔥🔥🔥!!!
Fantastic diner! We ordered the pigs in a blanket and buffalo chicken dip for appetizers and both were delicious. The Elvis French Toast was tasty and very filling. The atmosphere and customer service were amazing too. Everyone there made us feel like we were family being welcomed in.
I recently dined at Roshambo and had a truly memorable experience. The food was delicious, and the ambiance of the restaurant created a pleasant atmosphere. However, what really set the evening apart was the exceptional service provided by Courtney. Her patience, attentiveness, and deep knowledge of the menu made our date night effortless and enjoyable. Courtney’s excellent service was a standout aspect of our visit. Thank you, Courtney, for making our night so special.
We had seen reviews for Roshambo and love nearby so thought we would give it a try. The decor was beautiful and very unique. We had wonderful service and a great meal. The deviled eggs were a great started and the fried chicken dinner was presented beautifully. Highly recommend!
Ordered the Tuna Poke Salad. Very good. Definitely recommend it. Oyster Rockefeller appetizer was good too. My companions enjoyed the fried chicken.
We were running errands in Buckhead and randomly chose this spot without knowing anything about it - and I can't say enough good things about it! We were seated immediately after walking in around 4:45 on a Saturday. Staff was so friendly and the server was excellent. Seemed to have a neighborhood vibe as we saw people acting like they had just run into each other. Bar had TVs on the game, which was nice, and music was upbeat but not too loud. The food was really good. We had the disco tots as an appetizer - they were delicious but so filling. Hubs had a burger - he said it was good but not the best he'd ever had. I had the hanger steak - pretty lean and tender for that cut. Tasty. The potatoes that came on the side were great - crispy, smashed little potatoes. Loved those! Even the simple salad with the steak was above par. The apple pie dessert left a little to be desired, but was still good, if a little pricey. The two of us spent $95 plus tip, with no alcohol. So seemed pricey for a late lunch but no one dish was especially expensive. Steak was $36. Overall, a great experience and I'm sad we don't live closer or we would add to our rotation! Would make a good replacement for The Shed in Glenwood Park, which we really miss. Similar vibe and menu.
Arrived super late, didn't realize how soon they were closing when I arrived. Sat at the bar, great food, good service. Thank you for serving us when we came so late.
Years ago, this space used to house Jim White's Half Shell - an iconic Atlanta restaurant. A few years ago, Roshambo moved in, and it is a really cool spot worth checking out. Super friendly bartenders, and decor t
Loved the grilled cheese and tomato soup! Split that with the fiance as our appetizer and had the half chicken bucket. Would recommend!
This restaurant was amazing!!! Everything was superb. The chicken wings, salad, oysters, bowls, but the Biscuits were the show stopper!!! The best Biscuits I have ever had!!! Better thank grandma Biscuits!!!
Great first meal of the year! Really appreciated the friendly service (we got collards subbed in as a side even though it wasn’t listed), and the food was incredible. Happy 2026!
The food was good and the servers were pleasant. Local neighborhood restaurant that’s worth a stop in. I’ll be sure to try lunch and/or breakfast.
Overall good experience and very nice service.
My wife and I enjoyed our meal and the restaurant. She got the Market fish and I the chicken Parmesan (but I subbed garlic mashed potatoes for the pasta). For appetizers we got Duck flatbread and a salad with beets and a soft cheese that I think was only offered for Valentine’s. We greatly enjoyed our meal. My only small complaint was the Zero Proof Hibiscus Sour I got - $10 was way too much money for such a small drink (removing one star for this). We agreed at most it should cost $5. Our waitress was great also. I would definitely go to Roshambo again, just avoid the bar drinks.
First time patron of this restaraunt as a happy hour wind-down spot with the team (7). We ordered a variety of appetizers that we shared from the happy hour menu and everyone ordered drinks. I must say, the food was delicious! Everything was super tasty. The Smoked Trout Dip was a fan favorite (OMG, delish!!). The drinks were not so great. Everyone was mumbling about how weak their drinks were and not so much in alcohol but overall taste—smh. And, the bartender was not the most friendly or welcoming (at least to us), a few team members commented. Not, sure what that was about-but the bar service was definitely below par. However, the food was so good that I definitely would not allow a bartender having a bad evening keep us from going back.
Last night, my husband and I visited Roshambo for the first time. We went right in the middle of dinner, so there was a brief wait. This was no problem as we expected it to be busy. When we were called back, the table we were to be seated at hadn’t been cleared. We waited for it to be cleaned off. Not a huge deal, but generally that’s taken care of before being brought back. My husband ordered the fried chicken dinner. It was perfection. The chicken was fried impeccably, the green beans were flavorful, the macaroni was rich and creamy, and those biscuits are incredible! He loved the pecan old fashioned along side it. I had the grilled cheese with tomato soup. The perfect comfort food combo! The food was excellent all around. The only negative was the service. After our food was dropped off, we didn’t see our waitress again until we were leaving. We were never checked on once throughout our meal. My husband wanted to order another old fashioned to enjoy with his dinner, but was unable to. We both ran out of water well before we were done eating. We never received a refill. It was very disappointing. We will give it another chance because the food was just that good and we saw other parties receiving great service.
I wasn’t too impressed with the food, but the autumn sangria was delicious. Pretty good service..
We had a brunch reservation for 5 at 11:30 am on Saturday, 12/16/23, for my friend’s birthday. The restaurant had a party hat and a sweet little card on the table for her when we got there, which was such a nice touch! Dominic was our waiter and he was fabulous! “The Diner’s Diner” was really misleading for me—without looking at pictures beforehand, I was expecting old-fashioned red booths and aluminum tables, but it was actually super upscale and nice inside. Here’s what I had: - Cinnamon Monkey Bread ($9): OMG. I would go back just for this. - Disco Tots ($14): Decent. - Short Rib Hash ($24): This had good taste, but was missing crunch. I think it would’ve been better if the potatoes had been tater tots instead. I also asked for eggs over medium, but they came hard (not pictured—my friend’s over easy eggs are pictured). Fantastic service. Beautiful restaurant. Good food at a high price point.
It was ok, but a couple of things will prevent us from coming back. The water that everyone is served tastes like mold, which is unacceptable. Almost as bad, the adult mac and cheese is simply butter noodles. Hilariously bad; my kids didn't even like it and rated it a 2/10. Ive had better mac and cheese out of a box. Everything else was solid, just change the water filter and take the mac and cheese off the menu.
My husband and I dined at Roshambo to celebrate his birthday, and while the food was fine, I was very disappointed by the restaurant’s failure to acknowledge the occasion. I noted it was his birthday in the OpenTable reservation I had made, and called the restaurant the day before to confirm, and they assured me they could bring out a small dessert with a candle, which I told them would be great and much appreciated. On the night of our dinner, nothing was done—no acknowledgment, no dessert, no candle. I would not recommend dining here for celebratory dinners or special occasions unless you intend to be disappointed.
I hosted an event here with about 25 people. The food and space were great. We have also been to this restaurant twice before our event and had no issues. My main piece of feedback is we were disappointed in the payment issues we’ve been having for over a week since the event (charged $500+ on day of even in error and charged another $400+ in error last week). These are large amounts of money to have to deal with. I have never had this type of issue at any other restaurant. The restaurant (specifically Jimmy - director of operations) offered a free meal & restaurant gift card for compensation. While this was a nice gesture, ideally the restaurant should have been able to figure out how to process a cash refund to my bank for me. As it stands today (9 days since the event), I am still waiting on a refund via my bank because the restaurant couldn’t do anything on their end.
Server was nice but food is eh. The monkey bread tasted good but part of it was not fully cooked. Raw dough. The turkey sausage was dry, the grits is too creamy and wasn’t the usual texture that I’m used to. The chicken and waffles were dry and it was overall too heavy, just pumping cholesterol through your blood. The deviled egg tasted too much of vinegar and pickle juice, sour. Not sure how this place has such high reviews
This restaurant is awful. We ordered four well-done steaks, but they were all raw. When we contacted the manager, he didn't seem to care. There are flies everywhere, and it's full of bugs. It's like eating outdoors. We will never go back. See the attached photos. The food is terrible. How could anyone recommend this place?
I was really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite meet expectations. My burger took nearly two hours to arrive and came with cold fries. My friends ordered the short rib, which we found to be quite salty. Our server seemed busy and didn’t check in with us often, my water was only refilled once throughout my almost 3 hour dining experience. Food and drinks were consistently slammed into the table. Just a terrible experience overall.
Was served our first appetizer very promptly. Had to inquire after 30+ minutes for our second appetizer, which they had apparently forgotten. My husband's burger was perfect, my chicken was pink in the middle, and there was a long blond hair in my biscuit. My husband is bald and I have red hair. So obviously it didn't belong to either one of us. In my opinion not worth the price tag
