From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warm and friendly Melissa, who made us feel right at home. Her customer service was absolutely fabulous, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect meal. The restaurant was in the process of being cleaned for the day, and it was clear that they take cleanliness seriously—such an important factor in food service! It was nice to see how meticulous they were about keeping things spotless, which gave us even more confidence in the food they serve. The pizza itself? Totally scrumptious. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the crust was perfectly crisp. We can’t wait to come back for another round of pizza and great vibes. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Round Table Pizza in Brentwood is definitely worth a visit! 🍕

I ordered take out from an online order. They were very busy. I made my own family size salad and they have a large selection of "add-ons". Dressing portions are in small cups which does not accommodate the family sized portion. The pizza did not have a crispy crust as ordered and they couldn't find my pizza.

I signed up for their loyalty rewards and got a free 6-pack of breadsticks ( so worth it ). The employees are nice, and the food tastes great. I only give it 4-stars for the price since there are other local pizza places that taste better and give more for the same price. Other than that, if you're in the area, stop by and grab something to eat.

Round table is the best chain pie out. Pizza was excellent although my wallet had hurt feelings. Great pizza, but over priced. Would be nice if they brought the price down a bit. Other than that, I love Round Table and so do my kids

Went in for the lunch special. Salad looked wilted. Spinach had spoiled, Brocolli was not fresh, had browned on ends . Although emplyees saw we got lunch special, the bar was almost empty and they did nothing to refill it . Also we found a sign near salad bar saying only one trip due to covid. Thats ridiculous. One or two trips make no diference . We found it as a poor excuse to provide less service. The pizzas also lacked everything, is most likely why its so slow there. I used to work for round table & I wont be returning. Its over priced for what your providing or not providing I should say. Hope your listening.

The dough tasted like cardboard, which is not how I remember RTP tasting when my uncle owned one years ago. The one thing that brought this review from a 1star to a 3star, was Wyatt. He had a very up beat personality and was kind. He made me feel extremely welcome, unlike the older woman who was working with him. (She's made me feel unwelcome and like I should go away. It sucked.) The location was clean-ish and well.. empty. You could see where all the previous customers sat, since the dishes and table numbers were all still on the tables. So four people had eaten in house before us. 👀 Very disappointed in how far RTP has fallen, but so grateful that the one employee was the kind person who took our order. We won't be back, but I hope the location appreciates the kid (Wyatt) who saved them from a 1star review.

We went to dine in to have the salad bar. There's a sign saying state law says one trip to the salad bar, which is fine. The problem is the salad bar had almost no salad and few toppings. There was no salad dressing either. There were no forks available and when I asked for forks the lady acted like it was an inconvenience for her to have to move from where she was leaning on the counter. When they brought our pizza to the table the lady gave me a dirty plate, and I'm not talking about water spots, there was pepperoni stuck to the plate.

Bread twists were really dry. I use to love this place because of its consistent quality but lately it's been hit or miss. Staff is really kind and place is clean but needs to uphold the standard of quality expected with the Round Table price and name.

We never got to order our pizza. There we're about five other people there waiting to pick up their pizza and complaining that they were waiting ridiculously long to get their order. There was only one individual that was doing everything but prepping three pizzas. I'm not holding the employees responsible as I don't think it was their fault. My guess is staff didn't show up. But then it's the manager or owners responsibility to be there. Also due to the circumstances the place wasn't the cleanest either. We ended up going to another pizza place a couple miles away.

Placed my order and waited 20 minutes. I saw my order on the window, and figured they would call me to get my order as soon as they were taking care of customer in line. I thought maybe my pizza wasn’t done yet and the boxes were empty. Saw the boxes placed below the counter, still thinking the order wasn’t completely ready. Waited another 20 minutes until person who ordered after me picked up their food. I asked for my food and simply got the pizza that was sitting under the counter. No apology. I was sitting next to order area. Place was not that busy… Customer service could be better.

they gave me a burnt cheese pizza and then said it was “light” cheese. they also have really bad attitudes they did the same thing to my friend . i would never come here again

This place has gone so downhill. Used to be good and reliable. Now, nothing but trouble! It’s usually Hours before your pizza shows up, if at all, on delivery. And then I was offered free pizza to return. So, just finally tried to do it and they said, “oh sorry, we can’t honor those anymore! I asked for a manager… sorry.. no one on duty. We used to Love round table. But, will no longer be going here! Just another local business that will be out of business before long. So sad :(

food was great but round table is really cruel to their employees. their ac has been out for months and its been getting up to 110 in brentwood and they’re not allowed to close by corporate. this location used to have 4/5 employees working but after the california fast food pay increase i only ever see one worker working. and theyre not allowed to accept tips anymore because they get ‘paid too much’? thats crazy i feel so bad for the workers there i hope they reach out to a labor board or something.

No air conditioning and they said it had been out for 2 months. Workers were pleasant but visibly sweating. No appetizing and down right cruel to the staff. If I hadn't been there ordering I would boycott just for health conditions.

I do not write many reviews, so it pains me to write this one. This pizza was so disappointing that something needed to be said. Round Table pizza is one of my favorites, because they are generous with their toppings and cheese (all the way to the edge) and their signature corn meal crusts bottoms are delicious. I ordered a classic large pepperoni. It was missing all of the items previously mentioned. There were pieces of pizza that only had a half a piece of pepperoni on it. This wouldn't have been that big of a deal, because my kids enjoy cheese pizza, but there was barely any cheese! It was dry and tasteless. It was bad enough that I would have taken it back, but it was a week night, and now I had two hungry toddlers; it was easier to pop a frozen replacement in the oven. I think that says it all.

Costumer service here lacks; however, I kept giving them a try until tonight when I ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:09 pm, is 8:20 now and the pizza has not been delivered yet. We called twice to be told is “on its way”, then we called and requested to speak to the manager, we were placed on hold for a long time and then were told “they are busy”. My husband then drove there to get a refund and speak to the manager to be told “the manager is busy and can’t talk” and “here is your receipt”. There was no attempt to make things right or offer any type of excuse, they were very indifferent to the whole issue. Will never get pizza here again.

Ordered $40-$50 buck pizza via the doordash app and ask for additional ranch dressing since the app did not give me the option to add ranch. The doordash delivery person text me saying they were denied ranch because it's extra. So I call the store and told them what an insult it was that I specifically asked for ranch and still do not get it after we spend money with them all year. How much is a side a ranch 1-3 dollars? As a customer I'm very disappointed

We just recently moved to Brentwood and can’t find a good Pizza place here. So we decided to try the Round Table here. We know it’s a little bit more $$ compared to other places but we figured they are pretty consistent and you can’t go wrong. We were wrong. Pizza had very little sauce and very little cheese. Some of our Pepperoni pizza didn’t even have pepperoni on some of the slices. So our search continues. PS I worked for Round table as a kid making the pizzas.

The online system was down so I called to place an order for takeout. I was on hold for almost 30 minutes. In the amount of time that I was on hold I ordered and picked up from another pizza place. When the manager, Jasmine finally picked up, she acted like she did not believe me! I love Round Table best and am so sad that the one closest to me is no good 😢.

So I called and reserved the side room 1 week in advance for a little league team meeting. Get there 15 minutes before our scheduled time and the room is full of people and clearly not reserved. We manage to get it cleared out (on our own, with no help from the staff) and it's about 90° in there. I ask several times if they can turn on the air, but keeping getting "I'll ask my manager" responses. Try to get some air by opening the door that says it's to be kept unlocked during business hours, but of course it's locked. I'm pretty sure that's a fire hazard. Then on top of that it takes over an hour to get our pizza. By this time the meeting is over. Needless to say, we won't be having our team party here. Mountain Mike's from now on.

I receive my order and my order was wrong. I called back for a re-delivery, the manager of the Brentwood California location told me that they will not be able to deliver my pizza. When indeed they made the mistake. The Manager informed me that I can come pick the pizza up. Not only was the mistake not on my end it was on the store and also I paid I pay for delivery. My order was delivered wrong. The manager refused to redelivered the pizza. Also he will not give me his name and he refused to give me the corporate number. I been online looking, trying to contact the corporate office about the bad customer service for hours. They have no corporate number online. Also I have called three or four stores and they have no corporate office number in store.. This is very unacceptable coming from a manager, customer service is very important to me and coming from a manager this is very Inappropriate. store has no customer service.

Absolutely worst service of any pizza place ever! Do not go there! Order is never ready when they say, or like tonight... They gave my order to doordash! Not one sorry! No refund! Just looking me in the face with confusion!

2nd time in a row I ordered delivery ans had a 60 minute wait time. I Was fine with that wait time, however 1 1/2 hours later I get a message saying your pizza is being picked up from door dash. I didn’t order from door dash and it took close to 2 hours. When the pizza did arrive it was cold and was definitely sitting on the shelf for an hour. Would like a full refund!

Air conditioning doesn’t work. It has to be 100' in here. Employee said it has been broke for 2 months. Only one employee working the register and making the pizzas because management told them to cut back people hours. I feel sorry for these mistreated Employees. I can’t imagine having to work next to an oven in addition to it being so hot. (108’ outside today).

Avoid this Place like the Plague! very Bad Pizza (Burnt), Hardly any veggies on a Veggie specialty Pizza, Hardly any cheese. No use complaining, they will not remake it or refund your money. There are signs of desperation at this and other Locations. They are trying to Nickel & Dime you By charging for dressing for salads, No TV, Hardly any customers or customer Service! Avoid it.

The store has had long delivery times, so we decided to order an XL pizza for pickup. We were told that it would be ready in 20 min. We arrived at the store to pick it up 25 minutes after we placed the order. We paid 45$ and we were told it would take an additional 5 minutes. We waited and after 25 more minutes or approximately 45 minutes from the time we ordered. I got up and asked how much more time I would take. The young lady at the front desk said she would check and asked for my name again. She then looked in the pizza warmer and said it just came out. My wife and I knew it was not true because we were sitting looking at them waiting for the pizza, I did not say anything and politely said thank you and left. When we arrived home, we realized the pizza was dehydrated from sitting in the warmer so long. I usually order from Antioch at Lone tree. We never have any problems with that store, but we live closer to the store in Brentwood at Sand Creek. This happened before, that is why we drive to the Round Table in Antioch. This time, I decided to write a review. I don’t mind paying extra for round table pizza because it is supposed to be better than the other pizza. This does not apply to Sand Creek Round Table Store

One of the pizzas was wrong so i had doordash set it up to deliver the personal pizza that was supposed to be a jalapeno and pineapple pizza that was for someone that is allergic to pepperoni. After talking to doordash they agreed to get in contact to send the correct item we waited for the right item to be delivered. And lone behold they dropped off the same exact pizza. Someone at this sand creek location cant read pineapple, maybe they are dislexic i dont know, aftwr looking at the items i find spit on the pizza they sent. Im beyond disgusted and i will be escalating this further.

Very disappointing! We usually go to Mtn Mikes but I remembered Round Table being a good pizza so thought it would be a good change ordered 1/2 linguica, onion, and black olive and the other half pepperoni extra large should be 16 slices, it could have been 16 slices if it was sliced correctly. But the best part was the amount of linguica on the pizza there was 3 very thin slices of linguica, a large hunk of onion on 1 slice , there was a lot of black olives like way too many I guess that was used to make the pizza look full. Sorry Mountain Mikes I won’t be unfaithful to you again. I think round table forgot how to make pizza and it wasn’t inexpensive 40$

Ordered a couple pizzas last night and the delivery wait was an hour n half and when they finally got here my pizzas were crunchy like a cracker my pan crust was hollow and hard as a cracker ,I don't think they put any rising agent in their pizza dough because it didn't look right and also was unpleasant to eat . Just ridiculous to have to spend so much money on pizzas and they can't even manage to make them correctly.I posted pictures of this awful crust .Thus isn't my first time getting a awful pizza from them either but last night was the worst so decided to finally leave a review

I had provided my coupon over the phone where it was declined at pickup and was told it expired when in reality it expires 12.31.21. I called to have this issue resolved today since the coupon in fact wasn't expired and that was the reason given on why I was overcharged and only given 5 dollars off when I inquired with the person who picked it up. The supervisor LUPE who assisted me, if that really is her name being she didn't want to provide her full name once I mentioned escalating the issue, gave excuse after excuse as to why I was overcharged. I had someone else pick up the order because it was for a party but my total over the phone was less than what was charged. The pick up person stated the man who on the receipt shows as Daniel M gave the excuse the coupon expired but was willing to give 5 dollars off then according to supervisor Lupe who wasn't even present the day of my order gave the excuse the coupons were valid but not for this location which should've been disclosed during ordering instead I was given total with my coupon included and at pick up told coupon expired. Lupe dropped the ball especially as a Supervisor giving excuses instead of resolving the issue she escalated it more! She told me go head and dispute with my bank because she couldn't do anything for me in regards to resolving the issue. Didn't even apologize for this whole ordeal. I was willing to pay the total of 47 but 60 bucks isn't the total given upon ordering via phone. She needs to honestly be fired if she doesn't have the basic problem solving and customer service figured out because her problem solving and customer service skills were complete TRASH! I was shocked when she stated she was the manager then later changed to supervisor but might explain the nature this location is being ran! Its basic common sense you do not argue with a customer especially when you overcharged them intentionally instead of being honest with customers from the start! Had I known the coupons didn't work I definitely would have ordered elsewhere more worthy of my money. The pizzas were cheese and pepperoni and definitely had better from little Cesar's, pizza hut, and Zachary's pizza. This location needs customer service training and replacement management. The female Supervior Lupe who originally stated she was the manager then lied and said she was the SUPERVISOR needs to be FIRED! Simple customer service and even matching the coupon or common sense telling the customer the truth could've eliminated a lot of issues.. This location I highly DO NOT SUGGEST.

Before you order be ready to more than 2 hours for a delivery and wjen we called for the 2nd time we found out we were lied the 1st time and at the 2 hour mark the pizza hadn't been cooked. Why I won't be ordering anytime soon.

This is the second time we have waited an hour past the original delivery time. You would think a chain would be able to get their delivery timing down. What did we wait for? One time the pizza had half the toppings on the one side of the box. Another time it was totally burnt. Another time, raw dough. For $85-$100… feels like it should be better. Looks like this falls on me for continuing to order from there.

Was told it’s going to take 20 mins max. Came back after 50 mins, they didn’t even start making the pizza until we asked if it was ready. Didn’t give a discount and gave us an attitude when we asked about it, had to get a refund. It was empty and they still managed to mess it all up.

I love Roundtable. I hate to leave a review on this, but this particular branch on Sand Creek is absolutely horrible. They never have staff, drivers, closed when they are marked open. Gives the wrong order. I honestly know they need new management, but it may be time to sell to different owners. This particular store give Roundtable Pizza a bad name & I am fuming it is the only one in my area.

I love Roundtable. I hate to leave a review on this, but this particular branch on Sand Creek is absolutely horrible. They never have staff, drivers, closed when they are marked open. Gives the wrong order. I honestly know they need new management, but it may be time to sell to different owners. This particular store give Roundtable Pizza a bad name & I am fuming it is the only one in my area.

Before you order be ready to more than 2 hours for a delivery and wjen we called for the 2nd time we found out we were lied the 1st time and at the 2 hour mark the pizza hadn't been cooked. Why I won't be ordering anytime soon.

This is the second time we have waited an hour past the original delivery time. You would think a chain would be able to get their delivery timing down. What did we wait for? One time the pizza had half the toppings on the one side of the box. Another time it was totally burnt. Another time, raw dough. For $85-$100… feels like it should be better. Looks like this falls on me for continuing to order from there.
