They had amazing food. Perfect size. The service was super kind and they were fast. Atmosphere was quiet with the sound of light Italian music and occasional wind chimes. Nice size menu and very reasonably priced. A nice place for relaxing after a busy day for dinner!
Great authentic, house made, flavorful Italian food.
The food was sooo good and the people working there were so nice and personable. Excellent food, service, and a nice inviting, homey atmosphere. Would def recommend and I want to go again!! I got the lasagna and it did not disappoint, the chocolate cake was thick but not dry/overwhelming. Wonderful place for a family outing :)
Ended up at Lombardi’s after a sudden change of dinner plans. Really wasn’t expecting much but this place was a solid all around restaurant on Cambria Main Street. We got the spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs and the Cambria’s Favorite pizza. The spaghetti was savory and flavorful. The meatball was rich and moist. I was expecting 2 or 3 meatballs, but there was only one, which was fine because there was a lot of meat in the sauce. The pizza was great, nothing like a New York slice, but the crust was crispy, there was a cheese pull even after driving 20 minutes with it back to our accommodations, the onion was tender and just the right sizes, and the sausage was insanely flavorful. It reminded me of the classic mom and pop pizzerias in New Haven, which is a huge compliment. The woman working the front was super friendly and welcoming and provided efficient service. When visiting new towns, I always take into account how restaurant staff treats diners. She immediately put me and my mom at ease and I knew we were in for a good meal. Nothing crazy, but nothing bad. Try Lombardi’s.
Amazing experience. Food portion was excellent, pricing perfect for the portion. The grandma of the restaurant shows true love for the place. A treat. Everyone will enjoy for sure. The lasagna is awesome.
My wife and I went to Cambria for our honeymoon, due to being too poor to go to Europe. Lombardi's brought Europe to us. The pasta was so authentic, it tasted like it was picked from the tree just that morning.
Welcome to Cambria, the small town of dogs. Where everything needed, can be found on your walks. And if you're out walking and needing some food, Lombardi's on Main and Bridge St is QUITE good. And substitute "good" and replace it with GREAT!! Lombardi's is more than a place for a date. The staff, filled with smiles, make you feel right at home. And the ambience makes you feel like you're in Rome. And food, ohhh the food, its finger kissing good. Get the tortellini with white sauce... TRUST ME... I would!! The lasagna is perfection; the portion size?? ITS HUGE!! And the cheese on the garlic bread just melts, like it should. It's a magical place, but don't take it from me. Go find out yourself and please ask for "Z"!! Much love from your friends... Jay, Nae, and B!!
Delicious food, great prices & excellent service! The Margherita pizza was sheer perfection! The Tobin & James Dream Weaver was crisp and chilled. The priceless item not on the menu was the warm and welcoming staff. Their smiles were as genuine as their service. Great food for the whole family!
I first found Lombardi’s almost 15 years ago and their jumbo stuffed shells lingered in my mind. I just returned finally and ordered them again and they were just as great as I remembered, if not better. Highly recommend this spot specifically for their baked pasta, cozy ambiance, and wonderful service
I wasn't planning on eating here but I stopped in at the post office next door and noticed this place. I decided to visit for some spaghetti with mealball. The spaghetti was pretty good, served with a delicious sauce. The meatball was flavorful and mildly spicy. The service was really good, even though it got fairly busy after I sat down and there was only 1 server. She hustled and made sure everything was taken care of. In a quaint town with plenty of places to eat, this place was pretty good. It's just off the main street through town but it's easy to find. Parking wasn't an issue for me but I can see how it might be during busier seasons.
This family goes above and beyond. Completely met and exceeded any expectation. Amazing food, top notch customer service, and now my favorite place in Cambria. Great job. Best pizza ever, perfect, thin crust, so cheesy, yummy; we devoured it.
This Place is a Hidden Jewel in Cambria !! Great Portions, Flavorful dishes and Awesome service from the chef and our server Marieta wish we van eat more!! Brusheta, pasta Combo, Fettuccine with chicken, manicotti and Ravioli and pesto and cambria Pizza!!
A few months ago my son wanted pasta and I’m gluten free so I was so happy to find this place that offered gluten free options. I had the veggie gluten free crust pizza and it is so yummy! The staff is always super helpful and welcoming. We come to Paso Robles frequently and after finding this place in Cambria we make sure to stop for italian food.
The food was amazing and freshly cooked. As a local, this is probably our favorite place to get Italian food.

The food and service were great! Everyone was so nice and friendly, but the music was a mix of power ballads and bugles, which was really odd especially considering we could hear the different music from the kitchen. They would not close the door even though there was barely anyone inside. The entire time we ate it was freezing and there was barely a difference between outside the restaurant and inside of it. Great food, but could use some work.
Their food is so so. I won’t say it is authentic Italy food. There is nothing special and choices are limited. But there is not much to complain either. Price is slightly high. Service is fine.
My family and I went and ate here for lunch and the customer service was wonderful and the food was delicious! We ordered the lunch menu of spaghetti and meatballs, the garlic and butter spaghetti with shrimp and the kids pizza, came with a side of garlic bread. Will definitely be back to try more stuff on the menu!
Had an early lunch so the place was virtually empty. It has a homey feel to the place. The meatballs had such great flavor between the red sauce and the herbs. Portion sizes were generous and the staff was friendly.
Came here for lunch on a less busy time. Friendly staff . We had the ravioli , kids pasta and jumbo shells pasta. Liked the food a lot .
Enjoyed the Eggplant Parmesan and Garlic Bread dinner.
Great service, ambience, clean restrooms and plenty of parking. The food is bit expensive and seemingly simple but ok.
Service was very slow here. Food was just ok. We ordered pepperoni pizza and spaghetti and meatball.

We visited the restaurant for lunch on recent visit to Cambria. The place is in downtown area. parking can be a bit tricky but eventually you will find parking. There is parking in front of the restaurant as well. We were seated immediately and the host was welcoming. We ordered Bruschetta, garlic bread pasta and anti pasto salad. The flavors were nice and authentic but pasta serving size were small .one pasta order could only serve one person and that also felt less for one person. The atmosphere was a regular Italian restaurant with nice music. Lots of vegetarian options as well.
Food was average. Service friendly. Reasonable portions.
Good food and friendly staff. The ambiance is ok more of a country feel. We had minestrone soup, fettuccini Alfredo and Spaghetti with white clam sauce. Soup and bread were good it tasted like homemade, the fettuccini Alfredo was good but could be more pronounced in taste and less greasy, Spaghetti with white clam sauce was thumbs down. It doesn’t look real clams and most likely it’s from a can. Definitely could use some improvements.

We stopped by here on our way through Cambria to visit Elephant Seal Vista Point. We’ve been here a couple times before and it was great, this time not so much and different workers, I’m wondering if there’s been a change in ownership. There was no one else in the restaurant however we waited quite a long time for our food. Almost to the point of leaving. Finally we were brought our appetizer, simple toasted bread with a side of Alfredo sauce. The Alfredo sauce was cold and separated, we had to ask them to take it back and heat it up so not fresh. For our entrées, my husband got the chicken Alfredo and I got the eggplant and sausage sandwich. The sandwich was good however the chicken on his Alfredo was very bland, I don’t think they seasoned it, and the noodles were somehow simultaneously way under done, but also sticking together. The staff was very polite and it’s very cute inside, but the wait and mediocrity of the food wasn’t worth the price.
I loved to read "any complain write on 1 bill or more" Very funny and unique post I ordered 1 pizza margherita to go I waited for the right time, kind people nice welcoming, the place was nice quite clean no clients only 3 employees. The pizza was very thin the tomato sauce was very good mozzarella was also good but there was too much and it wasn't chopped the edge of the pizza wasn't cooked well good size for one person A little expensive $20/25 overall 7

Service was great. That’s all. On the outset it looks super authentic and lures you in. Then you get the food and it’s disappointing. Not Italian. Felt like a tourist trap… at least there’s no wait lol I’m just glad we didn’t get sick. Add meat sauce to the lasagna and you might have a lasagna… homemade lasagna? Idk about that The garlic bread did not have any garlic on it They ran out of of “fresh” cheesecake got one frozen slice… But the service was great!!! Server took great care of us
Food was not great. Had chicken parm with side of pasta. Pasta was watery and the sauce plopped on top. You should really sauté the pasta and sauce together. Garlic bread was good but the entrees felt lazy and out of a can. Sorry guys.
The food was ok not for the over 60 bucks we paid for, it took over 25 min for our food, we didn't get our salads first like we asked. With only 2 other couples there the waiter didn't bother asking for refills, to even check up on us let alone let us know it was taking longer to make our food. Very disappointed

Let me start off by saying the staff at this restaurant were so nice and sweet, but the food is a different story. I understand that sometimes getting food to-go can make it not taste as good as eating at the restaurant…. This was the worst to go food my husband & I have EVER had. My fettuccine Alfredo was literally just oil. I’m not exaggerating, I had to poor oil into a different container to get some of it out… My husband ordered chicken parmigiana and the chicken was BOILED. It wasn’t even breaded! 🤦🏼♀️ We have never asked for our money back at a restaurant but we were honestly tempted to last night… like I said, the staff is amazing - food not so much.
The food was so bad. Sorry to say. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs and anti pasta salad. . Hardly any marinara. Had to drive back for the dressing they forgot, and when I got it home it was like cake. Like it just got defrosted. The meatballs were not edible. I was grossed out unfortunately. So sad.
This is a tourist trap. Guaranteed not one Cambria resident eats here. 2 ten inch thin crust pizzas, $44 That is the size of 1 medium 14 inch pizza at your local shop. Then the drinks came to $44 as well. 3 sodas, 2 lemonades and small plastic bottle of perrier (Perrier was $7.50!!!!!!!!) Total was $88 and we left starving. This place is a RIPOFF!!! Food quality, was good, not amazing or anything justifying the $88 buyers remorse.
I can't imagine how this place stays open. It must rely on the tourist crowd, as it's absolutely horrible. Four of us order different dishes, but it all looked and tasted the same. Mushy pasta with what tasted like sauce from a jar. Yuck! The biggest insult is the wine. They charge $14 for a tiny pour of local wine. I swear, it had to be about 4-5oz only. Insulting. I've been wanting to try this place for a while, so was excited when the opportunity arose. But, never again. Please, don't waste your money.
If you have any working taste buds don’t come here. I’ve never written a bad review until today. Ordered ricotta and it was blue cheese or moldy. Garlic bread was cheap and tasted like a school lunch. Pesto was dry. Overall incredibly tiny portions and way too simple to be charging $20 per dish.
We visited this quaint Italian restaurant. (so we thought) in Cambria on a weekday. There was one other couple in there and that probably should’ve been my first clue that this wasn’t a good restaurant. There were three of us and we ordered entrées and the total came to $78, and the food was the smallest portions I have ever seen. We ordered our drinks and literally waited 30 minutes to get our drinks. There was not anyone in sight to ask where our drinks were as there was one server in the restaurant. Service was terrible and the prices were outrageous. We will never go back again. Food was decent, but children size portion. So disappointing, as we were hoping for a better experience.
Awful food Chef Boyardee from a can would taste better than what we were served. I had a Gorgonzola salad it was so finely chopped and left the weirdest coating on the palette. I had a minestrone soup that had so much oregano it was vile. Absolutely an insult to Italian food. Thankfully, there was no meat involved. I could only imagine the damage that could have been done. I have had better frozen garlic bread. There is nothing authentic about this restaurant. Be warned people.
I do not understand the reviews of this place. The food was terrible. Truly tragic. No care was put into it at all. The only thing decent was the garlic bread and that’s not saying much. The service was good, which it should be because the place was completely empty. It was also very expensive considering how bad the food was. I got the baked penne, which had the penne with some sort of canned marinara dumped on top. I know it was canned because I could taste metal, they didn’t even bother cooking the sauce. Then a load of shredded mozzarella was put on top and it all was put in a microwave! I’m not kidding! Save your money.
Food was terrible, sauce out of a jar.Ganeric salad for $8,Filthy restrooms.$65 bill for garbage we did not ea
Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend I had high hopes for this place, but it was a complete letdown. The pizza was undercooked and tasted awful—doughy, bland, and just not enjoyable. On top of that, it looked terrible, like no effort was put into making it appetizing. To make matters worse, I ordered a glass of wine, and it was the smallest pour I’ve ever seen. Definitely not worth the price. Overall, a frustrating experience. I won’t be coming Back.
I’d give this place zero stars if I could based on the cardboard tasting pizza we ordered. Frozen pizza is better than this excuse of a pie. STAY AWAY FROM THE PIZZA. It was expensive, had no flavor and was not good at all. This is coming from a New Yorker who knows good pizza. The restaurant is old and is in need of updates…. big time.
I would give 0 for food if I could. We left sick to our stomachs and ate but quarter of our food if that! Top it off, the Bathroom was worse than any gas station we have been in. Our server was sweet. Took 45 minutes to get our food and only 2 other family of 2 were in the restaurant. Now we are unable to go to Christmas Market with these stomach aches and tickets were prepaid-I am not exaggerating.
The place was cold. Door was left open. Salad was overpriced for the size and contents. Sauce wasn’t the right consistency. The flavor wasn’t good. The manicotti was undercooked. We have visited before and usually enjoy it and I know we will not be returning.
