Schlotzsky's has been a staple in my life since the early 80's. I've enjoyed the Orginal since I can remember and nothing has changed about it ! Which is fabulous, because you can't find too many fast food restaurants that can say that. And, there's no other sandwich quite like theirs. It's one of a kind and delicious! Used to I could eat a large sandwich, but now that I'm older I've had to drop down to a small. And there's still the same great flavor and ingredients, but just my size now. Love Schlotzsky's and I believe I always will !
Always great sandwiches and they always have some great deals available such as coupons and daily deals. I've been a user of the rewards card now for last few years and if you don't know what that is, you better look into it. A free small sandwich once a week for a full year! Love me some Schlotzsky's!
I come here once a week during my lunch hour for #1 original small with Cracked Pepper chips. Jacob is always in the drive thru providing excellent customer service!!! Always! Thank you, Jacob!!
This review is way over do. I absolutely LOVE this location, I pass two Schlotzky’s to go to this location. Food ALWAYS fresh and my order is correct and great customer service. Thank you CH employees!🙏🏾🙌🏾😉

Went through the drive and a soup got left out. I called and let them now, Dell told me to park out front and he would bring it out to me. He gave me an extra soup for the inconvenience, AWESOME! Dell was very friendly, helpful and made me a very HAPPY customer!!
Love their Roast Beef on sourdough as long as it doesn't have onions. Sometimes they forget to leave them off.... Good food. Friendly staff. Trouble ready orders sometimes.

OH MY GOSHHHH I BOUT ATE THE BOX!! SOOOO GOOD! i’ve lived here for 3 years and can’t believe u haven’t had this yet! the pizza tastes soooo good it has that kick to it and that baked potato soup is my FAVORITE i’ll come here just for the soup!
My husband and I ordered a large sandwich tray here on 6/18/23 out of the blue for a family impromptu gathering. Makayla was so helpful and had a smile on her face while she took our orders and we also went ahead and ordered lunch since it was 11 am and party wasn’t until 1 pm. By the time we got done eating our 2 boxes of sandwiches and 1 box of warm cookies were made. For a short notice, this place did a great job making our orders. But it’s really Makayla’s and the guys positive attitude that made our day! I have to make sure I post this bec CH restaurants always get bad reviews and people are so quick to post negatives but I gotta make sure I post this one! The tomato soup is great too!
Was looking for Subway but ended up here. Service was outstanding, food, fresh, and tasted great. I will go again soon.
First time eating here, today I went through drive thru. Customer service was great and although there was a long line, the restaurant did a great job of getting through the line in a timely manner. I ordered The Original Sandwich and it tasted good. 10/10 recommend to family and friends.
Me and my wife had lunch at the Cedar Hill location yesterday and I watched a young lady named Makala take orders from 4 hearing impaired ladies and she was so patient as it was not easy for, but she handled it very well . We have watch her before and are always impressed . This young lady is a real asset to this store . Make sure you don’t lose her . Judy and Wayne stokes
Went thru the drive thru today. I was indecisive and asked a lot of questions . The level of customer service I received from Jacob was top tier. The food was delicious as well! Please give Jacob a raise or promotion! He is definitely an asset to your company.
We like their Wednesday 2x1 pizza special and they have gluten free options and kids menu available. Wait time is more as well as their regular menu prices than usual for a fast food venue but it's worth the wait and money.
Good quality foods, nice and quiet place for eat. Cedar Hill it's a very chill town ,no too many people like the other places. Restaurants like this had a good balance for healthy food and chill atmosphere. The staff are so friendly . Mi favorite stuff it's The paninis and Vegan Pizza.
I LOVE this location! I never had any issues with my food nor customer service. Everyone I came in contact with were very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely my go-to for a Veggie Sandwich and Tomato Soup!
I’ve always been in the drive-through but today I went inside and eat in the lobby and they did a good job very great service from the cashiers to the kitchen Thank you , Kevin ,Pedro Emily, and the manager klarisma for building a great team!!
I'd forgotten how good the sandwiches were. I had a turkey and ham sandwich. It was toasty and warm. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Went here on a Saturday when they were a little busy. I ordered my food online and came in to pick it up. It wasn't ready but I spoke to Kennedy and she was pleasant and gave me the status of my order. Once the food was done, she brought out my food with a smile. This was great because this location does not have curbside. At least it wasn't an option on the app. So for her to go put of her way was a pleasant surprise. My husband and I have noticed since the pandemic that food places have fallen flat on service. But she has shown that there are still places that have customer service standards. Thank you Kennedy for being an example!
I love love love Schlotzsky's. The food is always fantastic and this location didn't disappoint. The prices seem to be very high. It cost $27 for two of us, so be prepared for the sticker shock if you've never been. The sandwiches are so delicious that I feel it is worth it to splurge sometimes. You should also take advantage of the built-in Cinnabon, either eat there or bring it home for later. An interesting side comment is that they were playing Christmas music already and it was only the beginning of November, but I don't mind Christmas music and to be fair, it was on a local radio station that they were broadcasting.

Carlos was so patient, kind, and positive. I had a couple of promotions and a gift card to apply to my order and he helped me get it done so smoothly. Put me in a better mood and our food was great! :)
The young man named Braden that works the drive through at the Cedar Hill location was awesome. Super courteous and overall happy. He seems to really enjoy his job and serving the community.

1st time here and loved the food & service! Lots of options and staff was amazing💜. Realized I left my purse and contacted them; they already had it for me. Amanda found it for me and was busy when I came back. Another staff member ( who's name I didn't get) stopped during her lunch to assist me so I bought them both lunch 💕 . I was here from another state and grateful my purse & ID was cared for.
Love this place because there is a Cinnabon. I'm sure their sandwiches are good but I came for a hot, freshly made cinnamon bun, and I was not disappointed. Service was friendly and quick, dining area clean men's restroom was clean, and the price was good.

My experience at this spot was in the middle between good and bad ... The restaurant seems to be a clean place and have very very nice workers ... I had ordered a southern grilled chicken salad with rasberry dressing and got everything but the dressing. And had a very rude customer to confront me .. because I was trying to figure out my order.
The food and service is always the best! Price is fair. We love ordering drive thru and going inside too. We went again today before the movies. Every thing was great,except our table wasn't wiped off very well, I looked around and all the tables could've used a clean rag with cleaner/disinfectant.
Great French dip and Deluxe sandwich. The French dip has changed a bit but I haven't been there in a long time. I will say I miss the pretzel bun it was on and having mushrooms and onion in my au jus. But still sooo filling and delicious. Service was also good and our food was prepared correctly.

Compared to other locations, their food is not too bad. They usually have an attitude or bad customer service. However, the food is still good and better than other locations.
Food was amazing. Service was poor. Gave wrong chips on both meals. Went in to exchange. Instead of helping me they had a conversation about 3 minutes or more easy. Tried to be nice but dang. Another guy walked up and said it had been 15 min and no food. Wasn't pleased. Management must have been gone. Sad for the customers.

Usualy takes a while to get the food out, average wait of 10 to 15 minutes. The food is more expensive than other fast food, but still taste good. When ordering sandwiches to go, ask for the pickle as its not included in the bag. Unlike the dine in option.
The store needs better staffing and/or better training for employees to handle the flow of orders, esp. on Wednesdays while running the BOGO pizza special.
Came in for a working lunch today with coworkers. We all ordered together under my check. I did state no olives or tomato. Food comes and mine had olives and tomatoes. I very politely let them know and she told me they would remake it. It’s been 30 minutes. Everyone is done, meeting is over and I got no sandwich. I paid for it but I never got to eat it.
I decided to try something different one day so I stopped here to grab a nice sandwich. The employees were pretty friendly and the environment was pleasant inside. The sandwich I got was small and I got nowhere near full. It was also overpriced and didn't have much flavor. If it tasted better maybe I wouldn't mind the price. But I don't think I'll be going back any time soon unless I'm absolutely craving it.
The food is delicious. We had the bbq chicken & jalapeno pizza and it was really good. The customer service is a different story. The young lady taking orders was not friendly at all. She stood there and stared at me so I said "hi", still, no response, just a cold stare!! I sat and waited for my order and watched her do that to four more customers! WOW!! Careful Scholotzsky's, she going to run your customers off.
One car ahead of me when I pulled around.All I got was a cesar salad. We waited 14 minutes for the car in front to get his order correct. Should have had them pull around. Customer service was not even satisfactory. SAD
I wonder how many times someone has to bring their order back because it’s wrong? I love the food and a reason I deal with them messing up my order every single time. One time I had to give it back 3x….it’s crazy to me how my order is always messed up no matter what we order. I gave up and just started picking off the olive little by little bit by bit even tho I order no olive every time😏
The food here was great but the service was lacking in a way I have not seen at Schlotzsky’s before. I came with my cousin and we were having fun with the cahmshier Micheala, she is so sweet and attentive. I've ordered online at another location and got a large jalapeño sandwich, but when I picked it up it was two medium sandwiches (since they do not make large jalapeño buns). I told the cashier and when she asked another employee Cassidy she said that they could not do it. No big deal were were joking talking about the prices and movies that are out. We overheard Cassidy, who was within ear shot of customers, on the headset tell Micheals that they would honor it this one time. My cousin and I both heard her tone and it was a tad abrasive. We were not making a big deal about the lack of large jalapeño buns, we actually changed the order to be two mediums before Cassidy offered to change it. We continued to order and while we were waiting for the food when it was up Cassidy said that she would NOT give us our food because one of us were giving her "eyes". I'm not sure what that meant and maybe she was having a bad day but she shouldn't be bad talking a customer especially in ear shot of said customer. If she did not want to honor the request no would have been suffice to us. There was no need to be rude or to refuse to hand us our food. I would not return to this location until Cassidy has had some training on how to be tact and considerate. I hope she is not the manager representing Schlotzsky’s with that attitude. I'm sorry Micheala's service was not enough to make this a 5 star experience.
Customer service is better. Sandwich prep is still a bit off. We ordered a lot of sandwiches and none were labeled. When so many were similar and there were so many in all, no one thought to separate them somehow so we didnt have to rummage through them.
For the first time in a dozen orders or more over a few years they actually built my original deluxe sandwich close to how I requested it, and they finally included the pickle spears as requested! I always ask for extra onions and tomatoes and yet, I'm consistently disappointed (PO'd!) when I get home to find my sandwich has barely one thin sliver of an onion or tomato!
My regular original sandwich had everything I asked for, but the flavor fell flat as Schlotzsky's has been doing over the years in my opinion. The sandwich certainly isn't toasted as well, and perhaps the meat quality and quantity has changed a little. I also don't taste the tangy sauce on it anymore...supposedly, it's a garlic sauce. It's certainly not as tasty as I remember in the 80s and 90s growing up where there was only one location in a 40 mile radius of another.
Food is amazing, and staff is nice. I don’t recommend eating in store, i went to eat during my lunch break on monday , too much smoke inside makes it uncomfortably hard to eat.
My did an online order and it was cold and nasty. The bread was old and dry. My sandwich was also incorrect..I have not experienced a sandwich this bad before. We were very disappointed.
More expensive than Chilis! This franchise owner does not have meal deals. Instead she charges by item and no discounts. The cashier was clueless when I told her I did not want the cookie my husband ordered for me but chips and she wanted to argue with me that it would cost me more. The manager had to get involved over trading cookie for chips. I sent a message to corporate about this place being 2x more expensive than others but no reply. Very disappointing.
Even with the 2 for 1 deal on the pizza, they were not worth it. The pesto didn't taste right and they just were disappointing. The drinks were $2.49 each which was annoying. However, I gave it 2 stars because the resturant was reasonably clean and the toppings were fresh. A general waste of money though.
I placed an order inside. They helped several cars in the drive thru who ordered after me. Then after everyone and their mother had been served they decided to make my food. I got my food approximately thirty minutes after ordering and all I had was a single medium sandwich. There were 4 employees, 2 of which were standing around doing nothing and could have been preparing food. Also, while I was waiting I decided to go to the restroom and wash my hands and when I went into the restroom it smelled like a sewer. I was on the verge of throwing up, it was so nasty. Every employee who is here during my visit needs to be counseled. The customer service is horrible and the facility is nasty.
My husband ordered two sandwiches and soup on the snow day, he brought the food home and I realized the sandwiches wasn't made the way that it described in the picture so I called the manager that was there that day Ashlee, and she told me the sandwiches was made perfect because she's the one made them I sent her pics of the sandwiches letting her know that I didn't get the veggies that supposed to come on one of the sandwiches and a bacon that's supposed to came on both of the sandwiches when she looked at the pictures she did see one piece of red bell pepper and she said it is on there when it should have been way more than that for that price of the sandwich in the same for the bacon, as you look at the pics you could see what I was talking about now I'm not going to lie about a sandwich that we paid for just to get something out of it all I wanted was to be treated like a customer and get the sandwich that we paid for. she was rude with it it took a very long time just to get it solved to the point of I called a couple of days back to back just to get the point across that the sandwich was not made the way it should have been made, instead of correcting the order she wanted to disagree with what I was telling her. the customer service was not good the manager was unprofessional. then when I went up there to talk about the sandwiches I see her walking around with a colorful do-rag on her head which was very unprofessional as well. You need to train the workers in the managers a how to dress in appropriate uniform attire and if they want the job feel like they like it and not be rude.
Picked up 2 small original sandwiches. The drive thru is very slow. The bread on both sandwiches was dry and hard. The taste was good.
The food is good but if you are looking for a quick drive-through this is not it. You will sit behind cars for a good 45 minutes. Meanwhile, McDonalds next door served a good 20+ cars.
This restaurant needs new management ASAP. Service is SUPER SLOW. I made an online order, and it was supposed to be ready at 510pm. I did not receive my order until 535pm. I waited 25 min in drive thru. Although the food was decent, the slow wait time turned me off. I will continue to visit the Grand Praire location.
For some reason, ordering through the website is THE WORST idea. I have a missing drink, I can't get ahold of anyone, Doordash can't help me and I can't get a refund. The worst part is that they refuse to answer the store phone...
This is my third time eating at a Schlotzskys, which the food is great depending on location. Grand Prairie's location is good. As for this one in Cedar Hill, it sucks I felt like the sandwich was made without any effort, laziness, the bread was hard, with berly any meat, cinnamon roll was cold and hard, they didn't have any soups. Won't eat at this location again. I'm just telling it like it is.
Just moved to the area and Schlotzsky's is my favorite sandwich joint. They got my order wrong so I called them and went back up there because they said they would fix the error. I waited in drive through. Manager was super rude and said I would not get my CORRECT order unless I came inside. I was sandwiched between 2 cars and waited for FIFTEEN MINUTES because the line did not move. I had my pajamas on, no bra and pregnant with a sinus infection and went inside even though I should not have. Waited TWENTY MINUTES, AFTER i asked if I could just jump the line and tell them what I ordered. They simply said NO and turned away. This all took 2 hours from start to finish, going back and forth, and I ended up leaving. No one cared. I have contacted Corporate twice for reimbursement and no one is calling me back. I will not return until someone contacts me. SOOOOOO disappointed in this location and no one seems to care.
I don't know what is up with this place, they seem to move from problem to problem. They still get the orders wrong, and now it seems like they've cut the size of sandwiches in half, but not lowered the price. Always get a medium, but anymore there's no difference between my medium and mom's small. It's like they WANT to drive away business. Y'all had it right years ago but lately.... no.
Do not come here if you want to be in and out I’m in the line it didn’t take long to order but getting your food takes forever I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through line and i get to the window and the lady doesn’t know what order is mine And she keeps touching her lips and touching my stuff like my chips and debit card That’s disgustingy Also edit i got my food after 30 min and they gave me the wrong order The manager was over her shoulder the entire time So you’re telling me with TWO PEOPLE you still can’t hand someone the right food???!!! They have no sticker labels on the sandwhiches And they gave the lady in front of me the wrong order too So I’m not sure if the sandwhich they gave me she touched it too This place is way to expensive for a drive through to be playing with peoples money or time Not to mention the heat it’s 1 pm on a weekday I won’t be back to this location
I went twice this week around the same time lunch hour. I love the sandwiches but they need to be checking the bags before giving to customers Tuesday my chips were missing and today my mini Cinnabons. No straws or napkins given both times. During my lunch hour and couldn’t go back by the time I noticed and they don’t answer any phone calls. Very upsetting.
Don't offer gluten free options if you're not going to keep it in stock Also your menu doesn't work and you're associate expects you to memorize 1 -6
Food was okay. But staff was annoyed when I had the audacity to ask for things like napkins and straws which were not kept in stock. Do yourself a favor and go to a sandwich place that knows how to keep a restroom clean.
Has A net infestation problem. Nets were in the cinnamon rolls and we normally go in the drive thru glad we went inside. Drink station was dirty and nets were coming out the lil trash hole by the drink station.
Overpriced. Incorrect orders everytime I come. Charging extra for cheese 👎. Reduce the greed or lose your business. I won’t be coming here again until costs return to normal

I would give 0 stars if I could. Just left this location at drive thru and was told by Aria i could not place an order they were working on a large catering order. This has nothing to do with me. I will never visit this location again. I wonder how many people they have turned away. The owner needs too train his employees that single orders are just as important as bulk and they're losing money when your open for business and turning people away.
Terrible experience. 1st. Overcharged. Ordered Large Deluxe Original meal. On menu says $13.79 (for medium we did want to upgrade sandwich, usually $2ish). We were charged $20.xx. $7 to go from medium sandwich to Large. Then we got sandwich and hardly any meat on it. 2nd 2 kids meal mac and cheese $6 50 each for them to not even be half filled. Litterally 1/4 cup of mac and cheese. 3rd. No vinegar available had to ask and wait literally 10 minutes for 1 of guys to put a tablespoon of vinager in cup, had to ask for 2 more cups. Finally, Never going back to this location.
I spent 31.00 and ordered a supreme pizza and sandwich ,however the pizza were cold and the bell peppers wasn't cooked ,I had to cooked it when I got home. pizza were 10.00 and it's not the normal size as you get like pizza hut. but the size didn't matter. it was the doneness and appearance. also it had paper all over the floor. I don't think I'll be eating there again.
Decided to ordered 2 Flatbread pizzas today on my 30 minute lunch went in drive thru after waiting 15 minutes get to window give cashier $100 bill she says she can't accept bc they only have a few 20s then say they don't accept $100 bill [not stated on windows] slammed the drive thru window..a billion dollar industry and won't accept $100 bill. So no lunch and waited in line for absolutely nothing...I'll never return
Had a bigger Latino lady with funky penciled in eye brows (I’d say her name but she didn’t have a name tag) stare at me and wouldn’t acknowledge me for several minutes then she walks up and was like “yeah?” I proceeded to order and she was very short and annoyed that I was ordering. She was talking on the headset to her other co workers and they were laughing at me and giving me dirty looks. I never said anything to be treated like this. Not sure what the issue was but very disappointed.
Arrived at the drive thru at 7:56 pm. Waited for 10 minutes behind the car in front of me. Got to the speaker, ordered my one sandwich and medium drink. Then waited and waited and waited. Couldn't move because someone was behind me. Got to the pick up window@8:32pm. Saw 3 young guys in the kitchen, going as slow as possible, just talking. Ridiculous. Not coming back here. Food wasn't worth the wait either.
We went at 8:10 to buy the door of the dine in it was already closed and in the drive thru they were just taking orders from DoorDash, don't put lazy people if they don't like to do their job, and it's not the first time I come and they do the same to me, they pay to serve people not to close at the time they want, and it was a brunette they have a bad reputation of being lazy, terrible service they have
0 stars! Where do I start. Someone name ladarian took my phone order an i believe he might have been the cashier too. I asked for a side of ranch, he says its in the bag, but of course, its not. I go to eat my food and my pizza is cut as if a toddler cut it, no meat mostly cheese maybe 3 jalapenos. This the 3rd time they jacked up my food and today my patients has ran out. I call and of course. No answer. So here I am. Guess i'll find another schlotskys
4th time at this location with horrible service. They have their automated “we’re closed” message turned on at 8pm when they close at 9pm. It has been the same young man at the register each time and he is always very rude.
I have been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt since I moved to a neighborhood behind it. The management/ownership changed somewhere around 2019. After the change, the staffers at this location routinely fail to: wear hairnets and gloves, input my food order in their computer correctly, prepare my order correctly, maintain a stocked island for drinks and condiments, ensure that the televisions are on and working, or comprehend when I tell the staffers that they messed up my order. I would suggest that management/ ownership sell the franchise or make it a place that Cedar Hill can feel pride in.
This location DOESN'T OPEN UNTIL 10AM. NOT 8:30, I had my mouth ready for this sandwich, and drove to 2 locations ... just for either location not to be open! I am sad and starving now smh . 😪 They must update their google time!

Worse location ever! Greeted by an idiot over drive through speaker after I had to say hello 3 times! Placed the order and then I hear pull around boo! Sit in the line for 10 mins he never comes to window to assist car in front of me so they drive off. I pull to window he never comes so I pull around front and there is literally no line inside! For this very reason you will continue to loose customers! I hope this complaint finds the right person! The wrong people will run your business in the ground!
I went at 8:40 PM and no one was there, not even in the parking lot, and the drive-thru said they were closed. I went to Whataburger next door, and when I came by at 9:04 PM, there was one car outside and someone inside cleaning. The drive-thru even has a big sign saying open until 9 PM. Sad days, I wanted flatbread.
I don't normally do this whether I have good or bad service but I just really had to show my dissatisfaction for this Schlotzsky's Cedar Hill location. On Friday, I ordered two cinnamon rolls, pulled up to the window the gentleman gave me my bag, and I put the bag in my passengers seat. The gentleman asked me did I want a receipt and I said no don't worry about it and pulled off. An hour after I arrived home I decided to eat my cinnamon rolls, look in the bag and there was a sandwich and chips. I called the restaurant that I went to and the young gentleman said, oh me and my manager just discussed this, come back and I'll go ahead and give you your cinnamon rolls. I said I don't live close so I will come back tomorrow. He asked me my name and I gave him my name and my mother's name just in case I wasn't going to be on that side of town and he says okay. I returned the following day (today) in the Drive-Thru line and a different gentleman says do you have your receipt. I told him no that I already discussed this with someone yesterday. He says hold on let me talk to my manager and comes back to me and says talked to my manager we don't have your name down. I explained the story to him explaining that the guy that took my order talked to his manager and he took down my name and my mother's name and it should be there. The guy at the window said it's not here my manager said she was here yesterday and she doesn't remember you and we don't see a name in the office and there nothing they can do. So I said I'm not leaving until I get my cinnamon rolls. I said well call the gentleman that worked yesterday morning. They said they did and he doesn't remember me either. So at this point I know they're lying. I said I'm not leaving until I get my cinnamon rolls. I even showed them my bank account where I purchased something from them and if they would have done the math it would have equaled out to the two cinnamon rolls but they weren't trying to hear that. So guess what they did they, THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME. I was flabbergasted. The police came and told me I had to leave the premises because at this point the manager isn't going to give you your order and to call the corporate office and let them know your issue. **Please excuse any misspelled words or incorrect grammar**
Food was excellent and the service too. But too much smoke if you want to eat inside. I had a headache. This was on Sunday.
I came through the drive-through today at 5 o’clock I requested a small original dry meaning no mayo no mustard I got home to a sandwich with no lettuce no tomato no onion no cheese just meat and bread. I called the location several times and no one picked up and the voicemail states that it has not been set up so therefore I cannot leave a message this is beyond unacceptable and I hope someone reaches back out to me to rectify this Update- I did attempt to call one extra time and there was a young lady who did answer the phone and when I advised her of what the issue at hand was she asked me what what do you want me to do about this and I said well I can either come back on another day or you can be refunded and then I asked was she the manager she placed me on hold and told me well what do you want me to do again cause I don’t mind remaking it if it’s just means that you didn’t want mustard or mayonnaise but you need to say what you want and as I continue to address what I needed she hung up in my face and when I called back now they’re no longer answering the phone or have taken the phone off of the hook I am sure this is not the way that this company runs their business
I hadn't been to a schlotzkys in quite a while and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I ordered in-store, a turkey original meal, that was it. I picked up the nag when I was called and noticed the chips weren't in there, so I asked the young man who took my order if the young lady who made it had them or if he could get them. He said yea I got you. Then went to the back area, in full view, and started wiping down a table. Had to wait a minute, ok, but finally got home and realized it was wrong. I checked the receipt and it said the original, not turkey original. So the young lady made the right sandwich, but the young man who took my order didn't pay attention and put in the wrong thing. I don't eat pork. I usually take off the salami cuz it's not that big of a deal to remove, but the whole thing was pork. Couldn't eat it and I don't live nearby to have a replacement. I should also note that the the place was deserted. I was literally the only customer there, which just made this experience that much more insulting. I don't write a ton of reviews, but this experience was truly a let down. Please do better.
I been sitting here for 45 mins n still on going now that I gotten the food it’s wrong just wanted a sandwich with black olives the original has veggies nothing on here this sandwich is horrible n bread is so hard today I called to get help she just put me on hold I don’t wanna go n sit for another hour for one sandwich bad customer service
