I’d like to say Leslie was very helpful and had the nicest attitude she greeted me when I walked into the store and took my order and asked how was my day was and it made me feel like if she really cared about me and that made my day see you soon !!!!!

The food was pretty good here, had chicken and shrimp bowl with avocado, the one thing I didn’t realize that it included a sticky sauce on it, almost like Teriyaki sauce, but a little different. I didn’t like it too much because it was kinda messing up my throat after eating it, but I also got my good and left so I was stuck with it, other than that, the bowl was very good.

Placed a phone order for pickup. When I got to the restaurant and paid for my food I assumed it would have been ready. Well they waited until it was paid for before starting the order, if the person on the phone would have told me I could have given a card when calling so I wouldn't have to wait. Quality food, not so quality service...

appreciate the music, buy keep it a little lower. I'm wearing headphones trying to watch a video on my phone and the music is blasting. I paused for a second when I walked in thinking it was a nightclub 😅

The chicken was slimey and the rice was cold. We ordered over 5 items and they gave us only 3 of them with our order. The chicken being slimey is concerning. Came about 25 minutes before closing. The girl Infront was not very customer oriented. Then my food was done with no lid as it sat at the counter for approximately 10 minutes. During that time she was taking and changing someone's order with 5 minutes to closing I finally got my food.

The girl at the front is rude and unprofessional. I didn’t get her name because she looks very unapproachable to even ask a question, can’t even label which bowl is which because I got one with white meat, chicken and a different sauce. Your job isn’t that hard but yet it looks like she doesn’t wanna be there so she makes it harder than what it actually is.

Stopped by for lunch to order 2 bowls, very bad customer service skills, not a hello, or we'll be right with you, sorry for the delay...nothing. waited and waited for a while more customers arrived, they didn't get approached. The cashier was very rude to the cooks, she was saying bad words to them in Spanish. Very un professional. Then finally got to order, got my food, then I was waiting for her to ask her for extra, onions, sauces, etc. She said that's your order, I said I know but can I please have sauces and extra onions. She had a fit. You need someone who is smiling, with a great personality and great customer service skills.

One recommendation for this location would be to answer the phone! I placed an online order for two veggie bowls: one chicken and one steak. I wanted to take out the cabbage from the bowl So I called right after I placed the order, repeatedly, and got no answer each time I called. On the fourth or fifth time I called they finally answered and told me that they cannot take out the cabbage from the bowls since they were already made and the delivery guy would be picking up the food in 2 mins. I’m not upset just annoyed because if they would have answered the first few times that I called they would have made it the way I wanted it. Will be picking up the orders in the future since the app does not make it convenient to get exactly what you want.

Since I get in, the front desk has been super rude, they don't even treat you with kindness and when you order your food they don't give you what you ordered, on top of that the food without any flavor, the worst experience I have ever had at a waba grill, I always buy waba and They give me what I ask for and serve me with a good attitude

I went to the Waba Grill on Thursday night 10/22 around 6:50pm and I ordered one single Waba Rice Bowl I was order #185. Thirty minutes later. #188 called up had 6 bowls 1 plate. Then #187 another 6 or 7 entrees on that order. Remember these orders were entered AFTER mine! They are also bigger orders. I ordered one bowl. This needs to be addressed. I refunded my order after 35 minutes of waiting. No apology no talking just silence
