Where it all started. Was whatever about my coffee before here. I enjoyed the coffee and also learned several brewing methods and coffee facts. I was unable to drink "normal" coffee after this, much like cheap vs quality wine. The beans and brewing method are simply on a different level. Definitely worth it I hated Starbucks roasts even the "light" was too much. The roasts and whole beans here are perfectly balanced, as all things should be. I even brewed some grounds on a spoon by heating it up and injecting it behind my eye for the ultimate fix. This worked for a while but wasn't enough. I then invented a portable backpack-like device which brews coffee and distributes it via a network of tubes which pump the substance throughout my body. This requires a mask I must permanently wear to mask my forever coffee breath.. No one cared who I was until I put on the mask...

Very friendly service. Best coffee and tea drinks. Also had a great bagel during this visit. Location could be a little tough to get to, but is very nice inside.

When I lived in Claremot tghis was my place to go to. I loved the morning staff that geted me wit a smile at this crazy 7 am . My favorite is definetley the vanilla one now in Houston I miss the atmosphere and the service. Worth adding wi fi is great quality :)

we had a great experience to this little location on our recent visit. we had grabbed dinner at another place near the village but we felt like grabbing a latte for dessert. i was told by my girlfriend that they also had blended drinks and opted for one of those which was delicious. i hope we return soon because we literally parked in front, walked in and the service was so fast we were only there for about 2-3 minutes waiting while they made our two drinks for a great price as well.

I work nearby and visit this location often. The staff is amazing - they acknowledge the regulars by name and remember their orders. They are friendly and efficient with the constant flow of customers. Drinks and food items are ready in a timely manner and the store is always clean and welcoming.

Great coffee choices, friendly service, chain coffee shop with a mom n pop feel. Great latte n espresso choices as well as tasty desserts.

My favorite coffee bean location ever. Sometimes it gets crowded with a lot of the newer generation LOL… Besides the fact, Employees are very nice. I have became a regular and my blended matcha is always on the spot.

Great location right next to the independent movie theatre Laemmle theatres. This is downtown Claremont and it feel more like uptown. Super clean with a great ambiance. You'll definitely want to walk around and enjoy some very unique places to eat. They have alot of options.

Our egg cheese breakfast sandwiches we heated and the cheese melted all over the paper wrapping. Basically left no cheese remaining on the sandwich. Honestly it is no better quality than what you would find on a dollar menu at a fast food restaurant. $4.50 there.Hopefully that feedback is helpful. Outside of that great experience

That's just nice and great customer service. Bathroom is available inside establishment and they are open late. Good location and parking close by.

Kind, quick, funny! Gabe is the absolute best! He is beyond kind, he remembers repeat customers & every drink he has ever made is phenomenal ! He is outstanding in every way!

Coffee's always great there. Service is the best.

Consistently a good place to use wifi for studying or for work. From my college days to Real Estate business now, I enjoy visiting this place. They prepare your order fast and have great customer service. I just wish the bathrooms could be more clean, but I guess it's the customers who leave them a little icky.

Returned it and asked if it could be fixed. Got it back again with no coffee despite saying I ordered it with coffee, but the color was slightly darker. The drink was still wrong, but at that point they had more people come and scoffed when they saw me go back up, so I returned back to my seat. Very disappointing.

So I went recently around like 9:30pm when they’re supposed to close at 10pm. At that time the cashier said they closed the register and they were not taking anymore orders. Which sucks because they weren’t closed yet. (I understand not serving food but the coffee thing sort of sucked) who knows how early they closed the register before I attempted to order. So that wasn’t ideal, but not the BIGGEST deal…HOWEVER the reason I am writing the review is because they turned off all the lights while patrons were still in there at 9:45/9:50 pm. If I’m completely honest I wouldn’t consider any of these actions wrong if it was AFTER the time they closed (or even AT 10) otherwise, it’s entirely premature and honestly very rude. There were a good amount of people still in there.

I go to this place when I have time and every time, I regret it because of the service from the employees. They act as if they are in a bad mood or some one is forcing them to be there. It just a personal experience maybe they are selective in who they’re going to treat good. In my opinion they should treat people equal. Never going back to this place, I rather give my money to Starbucks

I wasn't happy with how I was treated when I wasn't quick to put on my mask. I had a pickup order and when I walked up to let them know one of the employees told me I cannot get no pickup orders without a mask seeing that my order was ready once I got the mask on she proceeded to tell me the order wasn't ready and left the drinks sitting there and walked to the back after waiting for about 15 minutes another employee saw me standing there ask the name of the order and handed me the drinks that were sitting there ready there wouldn't be any issue if the person would have politely asked if I can please wear my mask but I was given attitude the employees need to understand not everyone lives in Cali in Arizona where I've been for the last year has no mask enforced rules and it's hard to adapt when coming to California respect and kindness can go a long ways on defusing any situation

I put in a delivery order online, the order was summarily cancelled. Tried calling the store to figure out why this happened and they wouldn’t pick up the phone despite repeated attempts. I was charged full price despite the store cancellation. Checked with the delivery app provider and they confirmed that the store did in fact purposely cancel. They lost a 4-5 visit per week customer.

Coffee bean is usually my go to place, however, the staff in this place (a guy named Jayce and another lady) are unfriendly and rude. Such a negative experience. I hope coffee bean takes note and address that.

Who charges for a cup of tap water but doesn’t let you know until they ring up the bill? These guys! Turns out even the tap water is overpriced here.

I’m finally done coming here! Was disappointed too many times. From waiting 40+ minutes for my order, ordering a cookie butter frappe and received a cookies and cream instead, to having been told my order was not in their system but I had confirmation on my app and email, paying for extra shots of espresso but not receiving them + sooo many other issues this past year. Very disappointed! The restroom is not even up to par either not once have I seen toilet paper in there!! Also not sure why the price for DoorDash pickup is outrageously higher than the coffee bean mobile app when DoorDash pickup is basically the same thing.

The worst store ever, very dirty and ugly. Not only the presentation is bad but the drinks specifically the espresso taste burnt. The shots expire and I watch the baristas make the drink. Multiple times I tell me don’t let the shots expire and they don’t care. Very slow and overall have no knowledge on how to perfect a good shot of espresso. It so unfair when I’m paying for a $8 coffee drink and it taste so bad. Never coming here again.
