I really like this dunkin' donuts they've got very classy staff. They always make it up to me when they screw up my order. They never give me a hard time.

The coffee at the dunking, in cohoes is always hot and fresh. Great staff. Quick service.

I love how this Dunkin makes my iced lattes correctly but they have to figure out something with their drive thru. You can get blocked in with cars that are going thru the drive thru.

When I went there, drive thru and parking lot was packed. I was there for a out four minutes total. They got 10 cars thru the drive thru and cleared their parking lot in minutes. My entire order was correct and tasty

I order from this Dunkin pretty much everyday on my way to work, and regardless of how long the line is, they always make the wait time super minimal, the staff is always very sweet and my order is never wrong. Thank you for starting my day with caffeine and great customer service!

Staff are friendly, coffee is made pretty quickly, donuts used to be made here, but not for about 13 years, food is good, space is clean, parking lot is great for sliding around the terrible traffic blockages that happen at this intersection persistently.

Drive thru, I ordered a lg iced coffee caramel swirl, light & sweet with a turbo shot & whipped cream. Service was pretty quick considering there was alot of vehicles ahead of us.

It's been a variable experience for me over the years but it's all been good lately so they must be on top of things. For better or worse I've gone there enough to be noticed by my face so they pay attention in there!

They are very nice here and to their best to get everyone on their way! Food and drinks are usually very good! The parking lot is very awkward and small, which can cause issues.

If you're in the Northeast then you'll enjoy a good cup from the armies of purple and orange. They run a pretty decent Dunkin Donuts here. I haven't had my order wrong in nine+ months, and they usually have a great selection of donuts

Coffee perfect, sandwhich perfect, just wish drive through was a bit better. Not a real super long wait but definitely 10 minutes in an awkward drive through that's hard to get in from road when lines long and if you don't plan it going in you block lobby customers from leaving when they get in their cars in parking lot. Still though it was friendly service and the sandwhich and both our coffees done as asked.

The place is very inconsistent, one day I'll get great friendly service and the next the person behind the counter is rude or the service is extremely slow. For the most part my order is usually correct and it's convenient.

Fast and friendly. But every single time I get an iced latte the espresso is never in it so I'm stuck with caramel milk

Stopped going just for this reason, went in today to get hot coffee and two young lady's came in behind me and ordered several cold drinks.I had one person taking my order then when they come they got like three people talking care of them and getting there drinks before I even got my one coffee I ordered.Never again you people suck. For the most part, it was empty and there was me and another customer. Even though the service was fast there was not much happening. At 1 time it used to be a very busy place. With excellent customer service.

They literally never make the coffee right, food is how it should be, but the main point of a coffee shop is to have the coffee the way you drink it, not however they feel like making it...

The girls that work at this establishment they got an attitude they don't remember who you are I'm very unhappy with the service there is only one person there's only one person that always takes care of me I don't remember his name but he said he's dark-skinned tall and young and he always knows what I want I go in it's always sitting there in front of me but as far as the rest of them the girls are awful there

Always slow, even when there are no customers. Edit: 5/2016 Decided to give them a second chance. Gave me hot chocolate instead of coffee in drive thru. Rule of thumb, don't order anything big. Keep it simple and slow. Edit: 9/2016 The service seems to be hit or miss depending upon who happens to be working. Miraculously, they got through long line of customers in the drive thru very quickly this morning.

I go to this location for breakfast and this morning I go in and it's a man asking to substitute bacon for sausage. The worker not sure if she supposed to be the manager but she talk to much number 1. She told the man no he can't then keep repeating they don't make the prices. Well the customer knows this already. People have a right to speak their opinions. The price was too high it went from 18 to 30 because he wanted sausage on 2 of the 6 meals. That's insane and robbery to the public. But the thing is too the girl she still talking while the customer is gone talking about he asking me if I can substitute no can you go to the gas station and substitute. Now she is a hot mess Duncan Donut's and a gas station ok. Better yet compare it to another restaurant like Duncan Donut's. You can go to other locations and sub. You shouldn't be going on and on after the customer leaves. It's a turn off U were very unprofessional while you trying to show off for the co-workers. It's A Shame people just take professionalism out the job. A Shame.. Lower your Prices . Oh the customer said I can understand a couple of dollars more but come on. That's the point....

Very disappointed I get it places get busy but half my order shouldn’t be wrong I asked for 10 munchkins 5 Chocolate 5 berry powder And 2 jelly Donuts what I got was 2 blueberry donuts and 5 blueberry munchkins and 5 berry powder blueberry isn’t even close to what I ordered

There's a select few like jezmen who- when you point out the unfriendlyness will smash your food into the bottom of the bag and hand it to you with no quams doing so. It's a gamble too if you want espresso. I'd suggest just taking the extra 5 minutes to drive to ravena. By the time you get there and through there drive through you'd still be waiting on your order in coxsackie... good luck.

Came in around 10 o’clock pm and ordered 3 coffee’s and a soda and the only one that came out right was the soda. Not being rude or anything but this has happened multiple times here where they must’ve used dark roast coffee instead of normal coffee. Ive worked at 3 dunkin’s and they’ve (not me personally) all done similar stuff before either out Spite or being lazy. I figured if I’m paying $10.12 I have a right to tell you when I didn’t get what I payed for. One girl didn’t have a name tag or an apron.

Terrible service I ordered an order of hash browns and a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant the cheese easnt melted and the hash browns were soggy and not hot. I brought the food back up and waited twenty minutes for hash browns and was offered a free donut 😐 gotta be kidding me ! The staff are terrible at preforming their jobs and have attitudes. Wouldn't recommend! AT ALL

One of the busiest Dunkin Donuts in the area and they are always out of something or some machine isn't working. Service is nothing to brag about neither. I would drive right past this one and stop at a Dunkin Donuts somewhere else on my travels.

I've gone here many times since I live in Cohoes. Went last night to order an iced latte with almond milk (which I've ordered 100's of times). I was told that the manager said almond milk can't go in lattes because it causes cross contamination. I replied with the fact that I'm lactose intolerant, I'm now unable to order this drink? To which she offered to make it with skim milk... I declined and left, needless to say I will drive to Latham to get my Dunkin Donuts now.

If I could give this place zero stars I would they are completely incompetent here, never go here. They screw up every order, they let people take your orders. My order has went missing from them several times & they always say someone must’ve grabbed it. Don’t waste your time spending money here.

The drink I ordered today should have been called laxatives in a cup. It looked like the Starbucks caramel ribbon crunch but tasted no where near caramel. It was black coffee with ice, whipped cream and caramel drizzled on top with crunch stuff on it.

They have paper straws only? The worst straw ever invented. Supposedly it helps the environment but the whole cup and lid are plastic..... I vote paper cup and plastic straws. This is the only dunkin in the area with paper straws? The paper straw taste like glue and breaks down in the iced coffee. So either bring your own straw or skip this place entirely

I was so sick after my visit! I am lactose intolerant and believe that I was given whole milk instead of oat milk.

I ordered food at the drive-through menu and when I pulled up and a guy with dark hair went to hand me my food and his hands were disgustingly dirty. Under his fingernails were black and his hands were nasty. If you're gonna be in the food service business and be handing people food through the Drive-through window you should definitely make sure your hands are spotless or wear gloves!

Every time I go there it's a issue. Wrong drinks, don't tell you their out of drinks but still let you order them and just give you whatever. Went last night my ice coffee was alp cream. I went inside to get something different and stood at the counter for 20 mins before I had to ask for service. Then was told with attitude they were doing the best they can with only 2 ppl working. Understandable but they were only focused on drive through. After 25 minutes I exchanged my iced coffee for a hot one which tasted watered down. I live in cohoes but guess ill be driving to troy

The drive-through and parking lot is a disaster. Went in this morning and ordered a coffee and ham roll ups. The girl taking orders inside at the front counter was rude. Took 10 minutes to get my food and when I did and got home to eat it there was only one roll up and a bacon egg and cheese wrap. As a dunkin worker I get how stressed and how busy it can be but they need more training or more help.

I swear they never get the order right. I just ordered a plain cinnamon raisin bagel, an everything with cream cheese and bacon. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese and they got the rest correct.

Worst experience!! Ordered Dunkin via UberEats - 2 large coffees, a donut and a muffin. The second my order was delivered I knew it was ruined. They packaged my coffees inside a large dunkin bag with my baked goods on top. I could feel the coffee all over the bottom of the bag the moment I picked it up. Cut open the bag and nothing but coffee spilled all inside. No coffee left in either cup... Baked goods on top ruined due to the spilled coffee and they replaced the donut I ordered with a 2nd muffin w/o any notification. Can't even blame the driver because who puts coffees in a bag???? Dumbest packaging I've ever seen.

Very poor service. I just did a 40.00 Uber eats order and they didn’t even give the driver what I ordered. 1/2 a dozen donuts missing and then going to tell the driver that the order was correct. And you can’t even call the damn place to speak to someone 😡🙄🙄

Literally just ordered food to be delivered and just received it , Strawberry Green Tea Dragon Fruit refresher which is supposed to be made with green tea and you made it with lemonade which my girlfriend is allergic to, which luckily we saw before she drank it. and you messed up my donut order. only thing on the order you got right was my XL hot coffee with 8 cream and 8 sugar (im guessing because thats so easy to make a caveman could do it) I worked at Dunkin and let me tell you you're job isn't that hard, either do it or go home and find another job because obviously Dunkin ain't for you.

Terrible experience Thursday 5/8/25 12pm. . Employee was cleaning 1 of 2 bathrooms and said we have no public bathrooms which may be true but was very rude in the mannerisms. Also all employees were joking around with each other and very loud, no consideration of me or customers who were eating there. Language was terrible between them talking loud. Just felt very uneasy in store. A lot of shutups were constantly said amongst each other and a few F-bombs were said. Very , very unprofessionally run store.

Worst experience at a Dunkin ever! The staff was so rude, they tried to steal my change, burnt my toast, and didn’t give me my hashbrowns. My order came to $6.48, I gave them $10.58, the lady handed me my drink and took the money and walked away. Then another lady came to the window and asked me to pay again, I told her I had already paid and was waiting for my food. She walked away and the third person came over and asked what are you waiting for? I told her I needed my change of $4.10, and my food. After them debating and arguing back-and-forth, and be repeating myself that I needed $4.10 back, the original woman was extremely rude to me, saying I don’t need your backtalk and bullshit. Then the second lady tried to only give me three dollars back, and I reiterated that it was $4.10 change. I asked specifically for “very, very light ice” and I got half a cup of ice. When I finally got my food, I was missing half of my order. I tried to call the phone number on the top of the receipt to speak to a manager, and it redirected to somewhere in New York City, presumably the franchise owner. I tried six different combinations to try to speak to a person, and every single time it said the mailbox is full. I can’t even speak to somebody to have this addressed!

Ordered the sweet pepper bacon with no egg on English muffin, I'm given a sandwich with regular bacon and yellow cheese. SPB comes with egg. Peppered bacon and white cheddar cheese. I kindly let the girl know who was sweet and went to have it remade for me. Guy making the sandwiches must not care or must not be paying attention or both; with all the non work related talk I can see why distracted, because I get a sandwich with hot bacon and cold cheese as if he forgot to put it to melt. My cheese was not melted at all. Def depends on where you go because I get this sandwich daily at th3 Glenmont Dunkin on Fuera Bush and they get it right all the time. Less gossiping and more working and paying attention to customer. Terrible customer service.

Ordered an everything bagel toasted, really light on the butter this morning. I get to the window and pay. Cashier was super nice! As I waited for my bagel the associate who was making it was saying to the cashier, "I make bagels the way I like and if they don't like it, they can make their own bagel". This is what my bagel looked like when I opened it. There is at least 1/2 stick of butter on that. That is beyond rude. I tried calling a few times to talk with the manager but they didn't answer the phone.
