Mariscos Mazatlan Mexican Grill

This place is Amazing-to say the least. Everything we ate was so tasteful, each spice seemed to make our taste buds beg for more. The only complaint I have is that I don’t live here, not even in the same state. Anytime I’m near by, I will make the drive. This is a must place to eat!!

My only complaint was that the music is SOOOOOOOO loud!! You seriously can't have a conversation with anyone at your table and even hearing the waitress is hard. If they were to lower the volume it would be so much better!

Was a little to loud. You don't have a banda so i guess blast a speaker at the guests to let them know they are eating at a mariscos establishment. Service was a bit slow, if i go back ever I will order two beers at once.

I absolutely love the micheladas, the aguachile and the tacos. But I HATE that the music is so loud! No matter what time of the day you go, the music is playing as if you were at the club on a Friday night, so unnecessary. This place is a restaurant, and can’t even enjoy my food, let alone have a conversation with someone without having to yell at them. This would be my go to restaurant if the music didn’t ruin the experience every time 😕

Our first time there and it was just ok. For what we paid for the food wasn't all that good. My husband was disappointed with his "cater" it had very very small portion of everything. We also ordered teriyaki chicken for my kids , which came with broccoli; I had ordered a side of rice for them as well and they only brought the teriyaki chicken with rice. My kids plate was smothered in teriyaki sauce which over powered the taste of everything else. Too salty for my kids taste, so they only ate rice and the broccoli; that I had told them it was missing.

I bought the Maleficio ceviche. I really wanted to like it, it definitely had a bunch of seafood, so that was good. Unfortunately, it did not have any flavor, which also made me wonder why the broth was so dark with no flavor. Anyway, the service was good (that's what the 3 stars are for). Maybe one day I will return to try something else and will be able to rate higher.

The food was good but the waiting time for a Marlin Fish was a a little long. The fish gets grill so it takes a little longer so be prepared. Service and and food were good. The music is a little loud for my taste. We did order more Marlin tacos to go since they were really delicious 😋

Service is really slow, I think only weekend nights are slow. Hour wait for food and 30min to get my debit card back. The only thing I did like was the food served in a Molcajete. Had good taste.

To start with, this place [ 1 ]has no air at all, it is very small and has no fans [2.]..the waitresses are very clueless, you ask for something and it takes them a long time to bring it [3]...the food takes an hour to arrive 4...the music is very loud [5] If you are with your family and with small children, I do not recommend it [6].And last but not least, the bill is taking a long time to be bring it to ..........

Misleading advertising. They say sushi 2x1 you would think buy one individual roll get the second roll free wrong it's you pay for 2 double rolls so if you want to pay one roll just order one roll. Also first guy said free clamato. Second guy came and said free clamato with the purchase of a beer. I asked a question in English since I dominate a lil better well he went in and spoke to the other person instead of me the one who asked the questions overall never going back bad customer service oh and before I forget we also ordered wontons the where burned. Too pricy for the quality of the food. Did I mention customer service sucks.

Today I ordered birria over the phone mari assisted me the food is okay not the best it could have been better if the toppings like onion cilantro and powder spice was at my favor but no they had already delivered it as is and that made it really flaming spice over the top with nasty onion of my choice didn’t like to top it off cold because she gave the driver different location and made poor guy take longer then 1 hour anyways costa azul was ordered and it was nasty and cold very disappointed with the service I did call to see if we can make something happen she wasn’t rude but nicely said that’s how it is …lol I will disregard this restaurant from my Togo list sadly

Terrible service spetially the cashier. The worst i ever got. A very small order and very expensive. No flavor. Beans salty. I will never buy again on these place.

Ordered a marisco tostada plate more sauce than seafood and the seafood is small like the quality isnt there

Worst restaurant ever. They took an hour to make our food when there was like 20 people in the place. They have metal folding lawn chairs and folding plastic tables. They use tap water and have the tiniest burritos for $17. They didn’t even have rice so they didn’t serve it on my plate and still charged full price. They want the benefits of a multimillion dollar dine in restaurant but have the services of a starting business.

This is my first time trying this place and it will honestly be the last, their so called manager was completely rude. They were not attending us at all. We were told that our food was ready and they still messed up our order and instead of the manager owning up to his mistake we were blamed. While waiting there for an hour we started noticing that the MANAGER would pick and choose his customers, he told a family of four they would not be able to eat there because of how many people and right after 3 women with a man came in he sat them right away, I honestly could not believe it. Just so much was going wrong once we walked in. I’m sorry but never again !

Second time coming here, the first time I came their shrimp cocktail was disgusting. Today I had the taco Tuesday special, I ordered and 25 min later they come to my table with chips and salsa. 30 min total then they bring my tacos, the fish tacos were gross. Their customer service is horrible not only that the damn place was empty, and it took them that long to bring me my food. Now I can see why no one goes there who would when they could care less how long your sitting in an empty restaurant waiting for their food. I dont reccomend this place at all.

Super gross. Ceviche came out raw and the shrimps weren’t cleaned and they put it on a freshly dishwashed plate so it was warm. There’s no AC in the place so it’s wicked hot. Then the bacon wrapped shrimp smelled off. Definitely not fresh. Don’t come here

Went there with the family. It was not a great experience. The place was super hot. Maybe the AC was broken? The waitress took forever to take our order. She was too busy talking to her coworkers. When we finally got the food, there was a fly in it! I told the girl, and she just said, "Oh, it might just have fallen right now." The thing was dead and not swimming around. I told her to take it. That was in my shrimp cocktail. Didn't want to have anything else. We also ordered Camarones Sucios, which were nasty shrimps swimming in grease. They seemed like they had been there for days. The whole thing was bad. We ordered cheese sticks for the kids, and the cheese was melted all over the fries. There was only one other couple in the restaurant so it wasn't like it was busy for the bad food and bad service we got. We ended up paying $75. Never going back.

She got our drink order. After watching her for 5 minutes, she never went to put our drinks in. Not even chips! Needless to say we walked out. If it was taking forever to get chips, drinks and get seated; I can't imagine how long it would of taken to get food. Don't waste your time coming here.
