My husband just went to get dinner at 6:00 pm. There was a handful of customers waiting for orders. He was in and out with our order within 10 minutes! Food was great!

Crispy dark meat combo was delicious!! Pieces seem smaller but very juicy. Staff at the Farmington, NY store were very friendly & helpful. Very Sweet, I appreciated the smiles😄

Thank you farmington kfc for being able to get my classic chicken sandwich correct after i was unable to get one through macedon kfc the two times i made an attempt to order one from there. Do not order from macedon ny kfc, they get orders incorrect and they then accuse you of lying about it as well when you call to get the issue resolved and get the sandwich you tried ordering.

This time we had a great experience. We ordered online at 215 to pick up at 515 ... it was ready and everything was there, even with only 4 people working...and it was a Saturday! Didn't have the same experience last year, but yay this time!! Keep it up KFC Farmington!

Placed an order tonight and a lady named Janelle was working. She was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The food was nice and fresh and it's been awhile since we were pleased. Chicken was fresh not dried out and the coleslaw was creamy as well.

Stopped at this KFC on my way back from Buffalo for a work trip. Since we don't have a ton of KFC in the Albany area anymore (or rather of good quality) I figured, "why not?" Have to say that this was a pleasant surprise from the norm. Friendly, speedy and accurate order and it was like it just came out of the fryer. I wish we had more locations this good in my area.

Fried chicken is always good. Just make sure to check your to-go bags for your utensils before driving away. Staff is usually pretty friendly and polite

I much prefer this KFC to Geneva or Waterloo, because its actual far cleaner, and food prep is only KFC, NO Taco Bell, meaning your chicken is (hopefully) cooked properly, no raw spots.

Service was slow but they are looking to hire and I didn't see anyone that wasn't busy. Food was great. Hot and fresh.

They were so busy that we didn't get the pieces we would have liked. But we love their chicken! And the beans are very good.

Had a good meal with my daughter and great granddaughter! The only drawback was that my order was not what I ordered. Need to have the staff trained better on picking parts of chicken. Ordered thigh and drumstick, got breast and wing.

The worker Tyler was very good with us and should get pointed out for helping as his manager wasn't very helpful. Great food, and in a timely fashion. Tyler took orders, got the food and cleaned the lobby. His manager wouldn't even ask what I needed the second time up to get extra sides.

Years ago KFC had a family feel to it with a buffet. But now they have entered the fast food trend. You eat on styrafoam and plastic utensils that sit in the ground for many years. The family appeal is gone.

I love their crispy chicken. They are not consistent though. You cannot hear a thing they say through the drive thru speaker so I have to go in to order take out.

The food is good but every time I make a trip there, I consistently wait anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes in the drive through. Normally wouldn't be a big deal but when I'm at work and only have a half hour lunch the 5 minute drive makes it into a 20-25 minute trip.

Food was ok. Establishment was dirty. Tables were all dirty. Seats had food on them . Floors had wrappers, napkins, and food on it. Windows need to be cleaned too. We sat ate and tried not to touch anything. Chicken sandwich had way to much mayonnaise on it. It was kinda gross. Really wished we went to McDonald's ugh.

Food was good. But they only gave me 1/2 my order. I had to argue with them to get the rest. Not the 1st time either.

Generally this location is better than Geneva or Waterloo, but in KFC form this location messed up my order tonight. Ordered a 12 piece (10 extra crispy, 2 grilled for the wife) asked before leaving if they remembered the two grilled and was told yes. When I got home we only had 10 extra crispy! It seems that if you only do chicken you should be able to do it right but upstate NY stores can't seem to figure it out.

Very slow waited in line for 15 min. Chicken didn't seem cooked enough. Ran out of coleslaw. No hair nets on employees with long hair. Very poor experience will not go again.

This place was great when it first opened. My last few visits have been horrible. The chicken taste old and the dinning room was extremely dirty. I gave this two stars because the young lady at the counter was really nice and very helpful. The building is also covered in bird poop.

This KFC has always struggled. Now the dining room is closed due to labor shortage. Before that the fryers were broken. The broken fryers went on for weeks. I always avoid the drive threw at this location, they just never get the order correct. A new Arby's is opening up across the street, the Arby's owner in the area does a good job on his local restaurants. So long KFC.

If you want to ice skate on greasy floors, this is your place. There was chicken (cooked) all over the floor in the kitchen. I remember now why I haven't eaten at KFC in ten years. Service was good.

I went in and ordered the 16 piece meal. It comes with 4 sides. I ordered mashed potatoes, corn , greenbeans and Mac and cheese. I was informed they only had enough mac for a small, ok and he tossed in 2 small cake things. Watched the order being filled and brought to counter. I went through and no mac and cheese. Turns out they had none so he gave me extra potatoes and a brownie cake thing. I got home and pulled everything out on the table. Turns out they also forgot the green beans aaaand it appears they can't count to 16 and i ended up with a 14 piece. I was the only person in there so it wasn't like they were being slammed. People need to get their sheet together. Proly not going back.

Purchased $20 fill up. 1- Received 4 wings out of 8 total pieces. 2- The size of the chicken pieces were very small! 3- Mashed potatoes were horrible. Just not like the old days I guess. Purchased an extra side and spent $26 (didn't buy drinks). Not a good value. One bright spot was the staff...very nice!

My kids loved the food and commented a few times. They forgot to add one meal, no big deal, we dined inside so that was easily resolved. In the atmosphere department, I ranked lower because they were out of so many supplies - we had to ask for straws, utensils, lids, ketchup. There were at least three employees working so the fact that they were not stocked sufficiently was odd. The worst issue, however, was the non-working AC. Now, I get it, these things happen but where was the sign alerting customers? It was hot in there. In addition, two regional managers (my guess because I spoke with the manager) were sitting shooting the breeze. I would think they would have assisted by making a sign and making sure - in whatever way possible - that customers were being taken care of. I don't know. Last and not a source of the rating, there were little kids alone on a phone in that hot room. I was raised by a single parent so I get that as well. Just wish those kids had adequate supervision fwiw.

Walked inside and ordered by 8:32pm. We were not greeted kindly but instead were informed by 3 different employees that dining room would close at 9pm and to eat fast. We ordered 2 fill-up boxes, but there were no chocolate chip cookies on either order. Super sad for their customer service. Not sure we will eat here again when we come to Palmyra once a month.

Always running out of stock whether it's french fries or cookies. Went through the drive-thru today was told it would be a 10 minute wait for tenders it's the same thing all the time they never have stuff ready do not try stopping here on lunch always a waste of time.

Been to this one plenty of times since its near work. First time i got a 3piece chicken tenders box, and they gave me two and a half- the third was literally torn in half with one half missing. Second time, the gravy on my potatoes was lukewarm and had a gross jelly-like consistency while the potatoes were molten hot, third time they didn't have any buns for the doublicious (how do you run out of buns?) and they skimped out on the chicken bites cup my boyfriend got- the cup was only 1/3 full, literally with only 3 bites. my macaroni was also a little cold, and was overall unpleasant. fourth, gravy was gross again and they charged me for cookies i ordered and didn't give them to me. overall the food here is eh and nothing compared to how great most kfc food is, and the service is fairly poor. i'm sadly going to stick to the mcdonalds nearby instead, because they're at least reliable and consistent.

Been there twice in the last few weeks and first time got someone else’s food mind you this was an hour after open, went back got it replaced food was still trash. Just went there tonight asked for 2 chicken littles no pickle- only got one so I went back they gave me it with pickle!!! After we asked 4 separate times for none to be on there I’m highly allergic and unhappy. Get it together.

alright ive never done a review but this is seriously sad i ordered a chicken sandwich number 7 and i get it when u first bite into a chicken sandwich u expect it to be nice crispy and juicy this bite was just disgusting i took 1 bite and i regretted it it was gummy and chewy and incomplete no pickles and no sauce this is not the first time either we were going somewhere and we stopped here to fill up i ordered the chicken sandwich and it was the same thing gummy and chewy and it was even semi pink which is seriously just sad im not going to order sandwiches anymore from here

The last 2 out of 3 times we went to the Farmington KFC they have been out of Pot Pies and Chicken Littles. How can KFC Not have Chicken?? It sounds to me like a Change of Management is needed. I’m sure Colonel Parker is rolling over in his grave to think what his Baby has become!!

Went through drive through at 6:47 Saturday evening, April 25th 2020 our car placed two separate orders, we get to the pay window and our cash is taken and drinks handed, we then sat there for two mins, during this time the cashier switched out who we have done our exchange with, the next cashier food window handler so rudely barked at us “HELLO!!! What are you waiting for, what’s your order“ in a very not so friendly tone! We were then handed our food after we explained what we ordered! Needless to say we didn’t get any napkins or utensils wit our box meals and left very unsatisfied I work literally around the corner and eat at this location often needless to say I will never spend another dime at this location!

For damn near $50 to feed two adults and a toddler it was NOT worth it. My kids' fries were cold before we got out the door, we were charged for a sauce for her popcorn chicken that we didn't even get, we were missing two pieces of chicken from our bucket, NO honey for the biscuits, no napkins, poor customer service, the women's bathroom was filthy.The only reason they get one star is because we didn't have to wait that long and it won't let me not select at least one star. Most likely will never go back to Farmington KFC ever.

Absolutely terrible. The girl who took my order in the drive thru sounded angry and then once I got to the window she stood next to the window for a full 5 minutes before she would take my money. The food sealed the deal though. The chicken was so dry it was almost inedible. I would have gone back to have the food replaced, but the entire staff seemed so apathetic I'm not sure I would have like the results either way. My family and I will not be returning.

When I ask for something's before I got to the window. I never received the item's, then when I came back to ask for the item's the young lady stop and start talking to the young lady who did not put the item's in my bag and then decided to come to the window and serve me. Put in mine I drive around the second and they still did not have any other customers. Then I was talking to the lady and she told me that she did not serve me and it was just a mistake. Now put in mine I never got rude or anything but she went in protect mode. I left not mad but just thought about that thing. Then every pieces of chicken was very very small but I was glad to eat because breakfast been over along time ago.

This review goes for both KFC and Taco bell across the street, after waiting in line for the second time this week for over 25 mins, to pull up to the speaker to find out there out of everything... chicken legs potato and corn.. is all left alright scratch KFC off the list let's leave go next door, to come to taco bell with a LIMITED menu... was told no on almost everything I will comend the young lady working drive thru cause it's not her fault. Have to ask for everything that should come with your dinner. Never called when it was ready, order was wrong. Have to ask for you wet wipe, and you can only have one. All the tables, seats and floor were so thithy and sticky. The air was broken or off and was not a pleasant experience.

This is the worst KFC ever. We very rarely order KFC. Maybe 3 times a year. But in the last couple of years they are ALWAYS out something major very early in the evening. It's usually their extra crispy, but they have also run out of mashed pot. They even ran out of ckn all together!!! So we end up driving to the Canandaigua location who comes through every time! I mean we understood about Covid affecting things, but come on already!

Went yesterday through the drive thru ordered a 12 piece family meal. They didn’t have enough of the original so I said it was okay to substitute the difference and when I got home I only received 10 pieces and 2 of the 10 were as small as a toddler’s fist. I was also suppose to get an order of large French fries there weren’t any made so they had me pull forward I waited 5-8 minutes for them to bring out the entire order and they didn’t put any fries in my bag. I’ve been going there lately because I do love kfc and it’s close to home but every time in the last 3 months they are just a disaster and disappointment always out of things and they have no idea until they made you already pay for your meal and then is like “oh I’m so sorry we don’t have what you ordered” if you are taking orders you should know what you have in house before you make someone pay.

This place had NO Pot Pies and the ice makers were broke. Was not told that the drinks would be warm. My husband ordered the 2 piece chicken which usually comes with a big breast piece. The amount of chicken he received was minimal. The best part of the meal was the macaroni and cheese and the biscuit. Losing faith in KFC as I can never get what I want.

This is the second time I’ve tried to order the saucy nuggets at kfc. First time they didn’t have any nuggets unfrozen. This second time they didn’t have one of the three sauces and just presumed I’d want to replace the sauce with whichever they decided. Not offering me a choice of a replacement is a weird take and just saying “take this” comes off as insulting.

They were out of ice, drinks were flat and hot. They were out of corn without telling me when I ordered the famous bowl so had a giant bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy, which half the bowl was gravy I’m assuming to cover up the fact of little chicken and no corn, was 4 pieces of chicken. Out of barbecue sauce. The sandwich my husband ordered was also cold.

Went to get a 12 piece bucket and was made to wait 40 minutes, I've never heard of a fast food restaurant that has a 40 minute wait time, get your sh!t together. Employees are all nice besides the guy at the inside register with heavy bags under his eyes, had a attitude and talk like a d!ck to me, hope hes not a manager, hes definitely not qualified to be. Not coming back anytime soon.

Ordered lunch (spicy bacon chicken sandwich with cheese) through the app, get to the store and find out they're out of buns for sandwiches and the cheese as well as some other things. They offer to use chicken little buns instead and it wont have cheese, fine. Get home and it's literally just a chicken breast with pickles on 2 chicken little buns, no sauce, no bacon, no spice. Not the first time I've had issues with kfc. I've given multiple locations numerous chances and when it happens 4 times in a row, I think it's time to eat elsewhere.

I waited more than 20 minutes in line to order and for my food all together. They were not even busy. I've never waited that long for "fast food". Fries were cold and biscuit seemed like it was from yesterday when I finally got my food. 1st time at this location and I honestly probably won't go back because it was a waste of time. Just got my wife’s dinner home. Mind you she has gone through hell and back with unfortunate medical experiences over the past 3 months. All she wanted to cheer her up was some KFC. The Mountain Dew was purposely filled to halfway. Just enough that I wouldn’t notice the weight of it when they handed it to me. They also never greeted me, even though I greeted the two individuals working the window, nor said have a nice day after I did. I got glared at the entire time. They also left out honey packets my wife asked for. Real mature everyone. That’s why your working in fast food while hiding behind a mask. Worst fast food drive thru experience I’ve ever had. I guess I consider myself lucky.

Ordered online an hour ahead of time. Get there to pick up my order to be told it was not even ready, started, and that I would have to wait for them to make it, 20 minutes later, the young lady at counter tells me it will be another 15-20 minutes. What is the point of ordering ahead for pickup? You wasted 45 minutes of my time for a something that should have been made and rdy by time I got there.

Stopped in for lunch and they had a severely limited menu because they were out of stock on so many things. The staff however was incredibly nice and helpful. 5-stars for the staff's service. Unfortunately could not go any lower than 1-star overall for the management's poor planning of not having enough stock. May stop back again at some point when I'm in the area and will update my review at that point.

We have visited this location several times in the last month and every time the order is messed up. We spent $43 (including tax) for and 8 piece, 8 strips, 3 large sides and 4 biscuits. There were no strips, no corn, no gravy on our potatoes (we only got 1 mashed potato) we definitely did not get the $43 worth of the dinner. Never going back there again 3X’s you’re out.

I work for a delivery service and it’s a shame that was the orders says it’s ready for pickup and you get there and it’s not. When they hand you the order they hand you a drink cup to get the customer’s drink. We as delivery drivers help restaurants out by delivering their food they serve. Us as delivery drivers expect the same respect back. Just saying.

This place sucks. Last time i was there i ordered extra crispy chicken and had to wait over 30 minutes for my food. This time I pull up to the window I get told, "take a look at the menu we will be right with you" then I get told there fryers are down and they have no bone in chicken. Tell me that prior to looking at the menu. This place sucks it's always a let down. Long waits, 9 times out of 10 are out of a good majority of the menu. Be better or just shut the place down. I placed an order and left and went to taco bell across the Plaza.

We ordered through the APP & we gave this place over an hour & upon arrival was told not ready & they weren't to blame; it was the APP's fault. After speaking with the mgr., she turned & chuckled with the crew behind her which I think is terrible. Popeye's is looking better & better these days. When will we learn not to visit KFC anymore?

I’m not sure how they keep the lights on at this location. The list of items they are “out of” was longer than the list of items they did have. Half the sodas didn’t work, and they were out of straws. They run out of chicken regularly, this time they had no chicken on the bone, no biscuits, or coleslaw. The staff is always friendly, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of menu items available.
