It’s been almost a year since I order dominos due to the last few times it being so horribly made like the quality was so bad I had to just stop entirely, anywho I’m leaving this review because I just went and picked up my order and idk who changed in staff but the last time any food from there was this good was when Josh was the manager! My pizzas and pasta were so perfectly made I swear it looked like they were made for a commercial bc of how perfect they came out. They were kept hot as well as I took an additional 15 minutes so very very good change in staff or whoever made it with love thank goodness you were hired!

The customer service was amazing. The employee's were amazing very friendly.

Dominoes is very good for the price, Anytime better than little Ceasars. Atheist 3 times a month I order.

Love the pizza from Domino’s and their chicken Alfredo is really good . Every food is made to perfection. I love it and my kids love it too. Keep up the good work. Love you guys.

Gets very busy sometimes. The app and text updates signal my order is ready way before they actually are ready. And if the mess up, they don't do anything to compensate your extra 30 min spent waiting. They really are lucky there are few options in town.

As always any Dippin sauces never seem to.make it from my order to my car unless I remind the staff to.look.at the order. seems like a simple request to receive what you purchase . Otherwise the pizza is as always tasty and prepared as ordered ? Dippin sauces seem to be the Achilles heal .

They don’t deliver to Kenny Grove Park, a built up local park 5 minutes away for ‘safety concerns’ the other pizza place does.

I wonder why it takes 15 mins to drive 0.3 miles not satisfied

I placed an online order at 4:12pm for carry out and it said it would be ready within 10-20 minutes. I checked the status of the order and it was ready at 4:30pm. Walked in at 4:35 and had to wait 5 minutes before they asked for our name for the order. There was worker was on the side trying to figure out all the orders and she asked by her coworker to help us, she ignored her and continued to do what she was doing . Someone else came over and asked for the name on the order. I gave my name for the order they said “oh we don’t have your full order , we are missing an item. By this time the lobby area was full of people waiting for orders and they were told the same thing we don’t have your full order. We finally walk out with our order at 4:55. When arriving at home and to eat our food our loaded chicken was Burt and the pizza was not properly cut and I had to recut the pizza and by the time we got home with are food the 3 items that were sitting and waiting for our 4th to be ready were cold.

I ordered 3 Philly cheesesteaks and a pasta dish. When I looked inside my sandwiches I realized there wasn't 3 tablespoons of meat. There is something wrong with the way they prepared my sandwich as the portions were not correct. I literally got a tiny quantity of meat and cheese. Same portion problem when it came to my pasta dish. The tin was only half-full. I love Dominoes but this one in Fillmore has a problem providing the correct portion so I contacted their corporate office. If I spend $30 on food it ought to be proper portions. 3 Philly cheese steak sandwiches and I was lucky to get a quarter cup of meat in all three total. I didn't complain to management I will NEVER order or recommend to anyone to eat at this Domino's in Fillmore. I hope their corporate office looks into their portioning for the public. This was the worst Domino's ever...

I had to wait almost 2 hours for one pizza

Foods not all that and any place that charges 454 delivery fee and still want you to tip the driver is stupid

I don't believe how bad that pizza it is right now, when they should improve by this point.there is almost no ingredients in the pizza is like a peace of bad bread. So disappointing.

Bad service they never answered the fhone for me I tried online and took 4 ever to deliver cold pizza not even what I hade order that restaurant need personal renewal 4 sure.

Dominos doesn't deliver to Bardsdale anymore, I'm very upset about this change, how is it that they can do this?? Poor customer service and poor business ethics.

Google time says 12am closing and their store said Open too. we went at 10.40 and the server said it was closed. Looked like racial profiling, highly discourage anyone to visit. 1/5 sucks.

I’ve never had an issue with dominos till recently. I ordered online for delivery and it never arrived. I called and they said the driver said it was delivered that he rang the door bell. (I don’t have a doorbell) My door was also open, anyway I called to see if there was something we can do. They said because the driver said it was delivered there was nothing they can do! I was on the phone for almost 30 mins I was running around my neighborhood knocking asking if my pizza was delivered so the lady on the phone can hear everything. They didn’t offer me a refund or to make me a new order or at-least a discount! My order was over 40$ I submitted a complaint online but never heard back from anyone 🤷‍♀️ I let it go but I thought people should know.

All of my calls went unanswered, so I tried to place the order through the mobile app. I placed the order and thought everything was fine. I got a call shortly from the store manager Stephanie saying that they closed the store at 12 now instead of 1 like the operating hours state. She told me she could either send the pizza out first thing in the morning once they opened on Sunday ( which I didn’t want) or she could just reverse the charge on my card. She also said I would be entitled to one free pizza because of the inconvenience and all I would have to do is pay a delivery fee if I wanted it delivered. Well once I decided to take them up on the offer ( only one week later ) I called the store and told them about it, and they called the manager and then they told me that they had no recollection of the situation. It was obvious that the employees just didn’t want to take my call because they didn’t want to work. I work in customer service and this is just not how it’s done.

I wouldn’t recommend dominoes to anyone especially in Fillmore. I was supposed to be comped an order of 14 chicken wings after I complained a week ago the day I pick them up they were cold when attempting to redeem this the manager refused and stated he had no idea what I was talking about! This is not the first time this dominos has given me cold food and refused to correct their mistakes. Their manager “Luis” has poor customer service skills and lacks organization why is he not being held accountable for his and his employees actions or mistakes? Not to mention someone I was with left their phone on the counter on accident when we returned to pick it up they stated they didn’t see it. When the cops were mentioned the phone magically appeared one of the employees tried to pocket the phone! I’ve complained and never heard any answers from them. Don’t order from this specific dominos!

Order 2 pineapple and jalapeno chickens. No pineapple on either. Called to tell them my order was wrong. A Young girl answered and asked me to hold Left me on hold for 10 minutes. Called from a different phone and they answered immediately. They knew they screwed up when they read the caller id. And seen it was a customer who just ordered. Very childish. This will be the last time I order from them.Funny how the dominoes app doesnt have a place to rate your order. I Should have just called Amecis from the start.
