Chipotle has gone downhill. I remember when I would buy a bowl with so much food packed in that would get me full. The locations nowadays barely even give you any food. The bowls are always way full. It's not worth my money, nor the price.

Came in for a bowl today, asked for half chicken half carnitas. I got literally 6 pieces of chicken and asked for a bit more and the female server said they are going to charge extra. Then they charged me for a full bowl of carnitas. I rather just drive 10 minutes further to a different chipotle than a chipotle that isn’t stingy. No wonder why it’s empty during lunch hours

Below average food Recovery of the supervisor was positive and goos when we have informed him the meal was cold.

To management: You guys really have to work with your employees to develop proper costumer service. Employees have no manners and literally throw your food with out the most minimal care. You say thank you and they simple just stare with out saying a word. Honestly seems like no one cares. Hopefully you find this review helpful and really focus on the basics of running a casual food restaurant.

So I arrived with my kids to get a quick take out dinner meal and first off there was no chicken or steak. I asked for a very small portion of Brisket and rice, and all I got was a spoon scoop of Brisket??? Went to pay and they over charged me, $13 for that small scoop of Brisket, then they had no juice, in either of their juice boxes, they had no small kids for the regular cups and then lastly they had no forks....what kind of a restuarant has no forks??? I'm appalled at the outcome of my visit to this restaurant, and don't plan on going back there any time soon, and that's sad cuz I generally enjoy chipotle very much.

I ordered chipotle through grubhum from this location. I bought the burrito bowl. The rice was undercooked. Eating undercooked rice is so bad. It's not even halfway cook. They barely checked to see if it edible. This is the worst chipotle I've ever eaten at. Luckily, I was able to get a full refund through grub hub. Everyone don't ever come to this place for food ever!!

Last night I was there and it was almost closing time, I noticed a girl grabbing her hair over and over with her gloved hand. I stayed looking to see if she would change her gloves but no she continued to weight food with the dirty gloves on. This was gross to see and I do not know if she was going to discard the food or if they donate, but regardless this is a no no. Specially when you’re in front of costumers and are working on the line. I was ordering a kids meal with two sides of white rice and wanted extra corn. The guy who was preparing my food was nice but the same girl as soon as I mentioned the extra corn said”you better charge her extra for that!” I was like wow besides not handling food properly her customer service was awful. I was not talking to her and if I wanted something extra I am aware there is a charge for it. I do not know her name or what position she has but I would never go back to this particular chipotle. Also, the white rice was not very good. The rest of items were good per my daughter.

8pm no line. the kid with glasses doesn’t listen. i said bowl with white rice twice then he looked at me and said white or brown. i already knew it was gonna be some bs. i was asking for side queso and he was already trying to put it in the bowl so i had to raise my voice and make a cup motion. the brat gave me half me a half scoop of my protein didn’t give me extra lettuce like i asked. so much space in my bowl this shit is light and a waste of $20. train them better

Save yourself from the AWFUL service at this location and just go to the one on Euclid. I'd rather drive a little further than deal with the employees here. 10/07 @ around 12:45 pm - Wish I would've gotten the guy's name because he was the worst person I've ever encountered at any Chipotle location. He said that he was the top manager at that time. I ordered the same thing I ALWAYS order: white rice, steak, and everything but corn and sour cream. First thing he did was go for a scoop of corn and I said, "No thank you. Everything BUT corn and sour cream please." Because I didn't order exactly how he wanted me to (never been asked to list every condiment by any other location), he demanded I list everything. I decided to get out of there and went to the Euclid location where they had no problem whatsoever with my order (just like every other location but this one apparently). To the hiring manager: Please look at these Google reviews. What they tell me is that this location needs new staff or extra training. Horrendous service. Worst attitude. Awful awful awful

I never ever go this place , Saturday 11/1 at 8:00 pm , I ordered chicken bowl , no beans , I was so surprised with the size (portion) of the food , it was so little , very small , like a plate for 8years old kid , I asked if this is a kid’s size ? the guy told me no , if u want more we will charge extra , so ridiculous, I am wondering what they do will all the food left over , do they sell it next day or the employees or manager take home ? They charge me $15 for the food size must be $5 I wish I did not buy the food & left the place . Specially the employee was so rude & disrespectful . I have no stars , zero this was my last time .

Horrible service, I see why this place is empty, employees are super rude chip on the shoulder, we will never return to this Chipotle, mssg to the one employee in the cashier if you do not want to work here pls go home stop ruining people's days you practically begged for the job, my girlfriend was with me and got so disgusted by their sour attitude that she asked me pls take me to eat somewhere else, so sad. 527pm 9/22/25
