The deal is good. It is easy to place the order on line. The order is ready for pick up on time.

Cashier was quick and knew exactly what I came to pick up my order. Much appreciated.

I ordered some pasta and cookie from doordash. The food was excellent but the driver did nit put my order in a plastic bag for protection nor included utensils or napkins which i thought was unprofessional as well as unsafe considering the covid virus is still a threat

The food was great as always and satisfied my cravings for pizza. I really appreciated the fast delivery time and how the driver maintained social distancing by leaving my food in an area where I could pick it up easily.

Ordered a pizza on the phone. Employee was direct and efficient. There was indeed cheese on my pizza, and also sauce -- lots of it. Never had a problem with this location. Will continue to go there for another decade if possible.

Even though I still enjoy the food and will continue to order my pizza and pasta there, I wish that the pasta dish would fill up a bit more. I do occasionally get the pasta pans; however they are never filled up to the top. This last visit was the worst the chicken Alfredo pasta was very shallow and mostly sauce. A bit disappointing.

Chicago pizza was not like I expected. I liked it from previous years better.

More sauce and cheese, we ordered 5 pizzas. Where was the sauce and cheese ? You could see dough on 90% of the pie. And there was more cheese on the Parm crust than on any of the pizzas. Quite dissapointing for 56.00!

Part of my order was not delivered. I had to call and tell them that I wanted the extra breadsticks I ordered. At first they wanted to give me store credit and I said no and again they wanted me accept store credit. I insisted on getting my breadsticks and they said there would be no delivery charge and I told them that there should be no delivery charge because they forgot them.

I tried to order a pizza wrap, and a Specialty pizza using my rewards. The total comes to over $15 yet that isn't sufficient to complete the order due to a $12 minimum? This is woefully poor customer service for a 'loyal' customer!

My son who autistic went to buy a large pizza, he doesn’t know much about the extras and said sausage pepperoni and pineapple which was ok but the price of the pizza was $30.49 is way too much and what is this service fee of $2.20 since it wasn’t delivered. Not going there anymore.

People always place order for delivery and never go inside. Well... I went inside. It smelled like nothing but COW MANUER! DISGUSTING! I'm a customer at this place and order many times in here.I know what i order and the price of my order not a first time, but when come back today... They give me a M pizza with 3 top-ping same order before. They said for $18 dollars for that cost more than before haft price. I feel so bad for this place and the people whom order for me. Pizza hut is already terrible fast food pizza, but this place is the worst of all the local pizza hut. Service is horrible, and the pizza taste worse somehow compare to the other pizza hut places. I rather drive 2 extra mile down to the one on goldenwest then order here.

This Pizza Hut worker when I called he didn’t understand English or a thing I said and he was the call receiver, but I talked to him in Spanish and put in the order. We kept waiting for the delivery but I didn’t come. So we called again and that worker never put in the order so we ordered again and had to go to the store. Pizza it’s good but the manager is rude. When you walk in he doesn’t greet you or even look at you , his doing other stuff in his computer. Also, when you get your order of pizza he doesn’t give you napkins or cheese .

This was the first and last time I order from this Pizza Hut. I just recently moved and this was the closest Pizza Hut near me. I called them with a simple request. 16 boneless wings with buffalo burning hot sauce. The young man on the phone told me they ran out of boneless. I said ok no problem then. Make it 18 traditional wings then for delivery. I repeated my address about 4 times because they said that they had bad connection and couldn’t hear me. No problem I said. Then they wanted my order and I told them the same thing. 18 traditional wings. And they asked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese. I said no just the wings. They kept asking me about ranch and blue cheese and I kept telling them no, no, no. Then right before I was going to tell them my payment method I asked them if they had any forks or paper napkins that they could bring. Maybe they didn’t hear me or understood me that well but they went back and asked me if I wanted RANCH OR BLUE CHEESE?! I told them no I’m fine Im ready to pay I’m just wondering if you have plastic forks and napkins. They said “ ok” and hung up the phone and I didn’t get a chance to tell them my card information or anything. They gave me a really hard time for just ordering some simple wings. Never again am I gonna order from this Pizza Hut again. I love Pizza Hut , but this one gave me too much of a struggle for simple wings...

Never ordering again. Ordered a pepperoni lover expecting more pepperoni than a normal pizza only to be dissapointed. I've also had a similar issue a couple months ago when I ordered extra cheese. I tried calling and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I e given this Pizza Hut plenty of "chances" it hasn't gotten better. Not wasting my time on them anymore after writing this

I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. I had to pay a $5.50 delvery fee, a service charge of some sort and then tip the driver. I could of bought a whole other pizza for all the extra charges you charge. Times are hard as it is and this is just out of control.

The place is ok. Very small. Customer service could be friendlier and the pizza is the worse I have ever had with pizza hut because it was super dry. It's supposed to be greasy not dry. Will not come back here.

There are 2 different orders for 2 addresses but they tried to delivery to 1 destination to save their time but still charged 2 different shipping fees. And the delivery person said i made that mistake, no one changed it even the 2 confirmations from my email shows 2 different addresses. Very horrible service.

When I called to check on it’s arrival status, I had to ask if it was Pizza Hut. The person answering the phone said it was on its way. 30 minutes later I called back and they said it was delivered, then they couldn’t find it, then order was supposed to be delivered at 11:00 pm. My students donated money for pizza and pasta, and got nothing for their holiday celebration. Not to mention I had some very unhappy parents, that I got to deal with. Would not use or recommend this location to anyone. We were all very disappointed.👎🏻 ☹️👎🏻!

Well the pizza was 45 minutes late how to put that in this perspective I live maybe a mile away 3 - 5 minutes driving and when I order it says it'll take about 30 minutes to get to my house so it took more than twice the amount of time to get to my house by which point the pizza was cold. When I called to complain the manager gives me grief like it wasn't 45 minutes late and that wouldn't make a pizza cold then he reluctantly offers me half of the order as a credit but when I tell him it was $37 he changes that to $15 off my next order this was a month or so ago and tonight when I tried to make an order and use the $15 off they magically can't find it in their system but he definitely remembered me and as a consolation that offer a $5 off my $35 order tonight so guess who's not getting a tip and guess who is never getting my business again Pizza Hut and their driver I wish another pizza hut would deliver to my house but it's against company policy, well I guess I'm calling corporate tomorrow morning
