Super friendly staff. This is one of the busiest locations I’ve seen but the staff hustles and the line moves fast. I go here most weekday mornings on my way to work. Yesterday they accidentally handed me the wrong order and I didn’t realize until I had drove away. They had never got my order wrong before this. Well, this morning the lady at the window remembered me, apologized for the mistake yesterday, and gave me a free donut. She really did not have to do that, it was so kind. One mistake out of dozens of time ordering there…not bad. I really didn’t care and didn’t expect anything but just her remembering me was so sweet! Great place, yummy treats, best staff. Thank you!
Came in for a large order with my parents and everything was perfect and if there was a miscommunication or anything it was resolved by Samantha and the manager , in which who have great customer service
I came through the drive through looking for donuts because couldn’t trust myself to go inside lol I ordered 1 filled donut and 1 munchkin (just a little something something to get me through my long drive) and was pleasantly surprised. It was late in the evening and the donuts were still fresh.
Had lunch here with my son a week ago ! It was my first time here. My son had burger and fries and I opted for the fish and chips which was the closest I’ve come to match the taste to what I had in London. My brother recommended it and it was spot on . The only thing was the music was very loud could not have a conversation without being loud . The ambiance is great love the fireplace, Arelly was super nice and was extremely courteous and patient with us . Going back tonight to celebrate our brothers birthday so looking forward to a great evening hopefully with background music 😜.
1st time here today - went light with a salad + shrimp and chicken skewers. Salad was fresh and crisp. Shrimp/chicken were both seasoned & cooked perfectly. Server was very friendly and attentive. Inside was very nice and clean. Zero complaints…will definitely come back.
I felt transported to the UK while I was there. Good selection of English beer a long with local favorites. Menu selections was top notch with some fantastic options on offer. I settled on the fish (cod) pie with peas and it was simply awesome. There was some great desserts available too but I was stuffed!!
The Red Lion Pub is a cozy, friendly and lively atmosphere for a pint, or two ! English atmosphere with great food - from traditional fish & chips, to curry and steak dishes. I have been visiting the pub for nearly 20 years on a WEEKLY basis with my mates. Parking is not well lit and we have had a few incidents. But all in all it’s a great place for us. TV location and programming is not great, and it loses the draw as a sports bar. But what it lacks in sporting interest it makes up with food & drink. The outdoor seating is fantastic and generally quite crowded. Suggest reservations if one prefers outdoor seating.
We went here for Sunday roast. I had the beef and my wife had the lamb. Both were excellent and went down well with the Strongbow and Guinness we ordered. We also got the blackberry apple crisp and the bread pudding. The crisp was taken care of at the pub and we took the bread pudding home to add some whiskey to it to soak because that’s how it’s best. It was our first time here and we were very impressed how authentic a pub the place is. The minute you walk in the door, you get transported across the pond. If you have not been here you must go. If you have been here you must go back. I know we will!
I stopped by this spot on a whim, and it quickly became one of my favorites. The service was excellent; our waitress was friendly, attentive, and quick with recommendations, and the bartender knew their beer selection inside and out, offering great pairings for our meals. Speaking of beer, what a selection! From local craft brews to international favorites, there’s something for everyone. Perfect for sipping while catching a futbol match. I ordered the full English breakfast, and it was perfect, savory, hearty, and delicious. Everything was cooked just right, from the sausage and eggs to the grilled tomatoes and beans. Honestly, the best I’ve had outside the UK. My friend got the fish and chips, and it was equally impressive, crispy, golden batter, flaky fish, and perfect fries on the side. We were both seriously impressed. The atmosphere was electric, especially with the Chelsea FC match playing on the big screens. A home for Blues fans, full of energy, camaraderie, and cheer (and maybe a little chanting!). If you’re looking for great food, better beer, and a fun vibe, especially during match day, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!
I have been coming here for good English food since they first opened. Great food great decor and ambiance. The service is always good the food always comes out fresh and hot. I love their daily specials especially the steak night and fish and chips night. And i would come here for sunday roast and English breakfast every Sunday if I could.

I love their Fish and Chips 1/2 price nights on Fridays. Music and fun decorations throughout.

The early morning shifts, opening at 5 am, are angels! They are on top of drive thru and mobile orders and incredibly nice. I have not had too many bad experiences in the afternoons here, but the location is inconvenient for the condition the roads are in as well as the parking lot. I'm glad they moved the drive thru menu close to the main window turn because it was awkward to drive on and by. During busy times, exiting the drive thru can be an absolute pain, especially if someone is going left through all the traffic. Other than that, it's a great location in the inner loop. I always go for the original Blend iced coffee and dare I say that Dunkin coffee is leagues better than Starbucks that just win in marketing.
My latte was perfect. Luis & Samantha were very friendly & personable. I would return to this location. Taking off Star ⭐️ because the doughnuts are uncovered and right by the bathroom door where the public to walks by. Parking is a little.. meh. I went in the afternoon, I couldn’t imagine what it’s like in the a.m.
It was my daughter's birthday today. She wanted DD, so we drove 15 mi to S Shepherd DD. We ordered through the app and went through drive thru. By the time we got through the drive thru and picked up our order the food was lukewarm, the hash browns were limp and not even warm. Sadly, her birthday breakfast was sub par at best. Thank goodness her coffee was good, which you guys do well
Review: The Red Lion Pub – Classic Comfort with a Spicy Twist The Red Lion offers a wonderfully comfortable and consistent British pub experience that manages to surprise you with a unique culinary flair. Stepping inside, the atmosphere is immediately cozy, often charmingly decorated to match the current season, making it a great spot for both regulars and newcomers. Food: Unbeatable Fish & Chips and Indian Infusion The standout meal here is undoubtedly the Friday Fish and Chips special—it truly cannot be beat in terms of quality and value. Be warned: the full order is absolutely massive, so ordering the half portion is usually more than enough for a satisfying meal. What makes The Red Lion truly interesting is its subtle Indian flair woven into the British menu. While it remains a pub at heart, the flavor tones often carry a hint of South Asian influence, providing a delicious and unexpected twist to traditional fare. Beyond the specials, the overall menu boasts a good variety of satisfying options. Service and Practicalities The staff contributes positively to the relaxed environment; they are consistently friendly without being overly attentive, allowing you to enjoy your meal and company in peace. When it comes to practical matters, parking is plentiful, which is a huge plus for any popular spot. However, if you are expecting deep discounts during Happy Hour, you might be slightly disappointed, as the savings tend to be minimal (around $1 off beers). Overall, The Red Lion is a highly recommended spot for great comfort food, a warm atmosphere, and that subtle, intriguing Indian dimension that elevates the standard pub fare.
first time here esp first time at a British pub but came during lunch time and on a weekday and had the lunch specials which was half order of their fish and chips which also came with peas. fish was flaky and good but the fries aka chips was not my cup of tea, I like my fries crispy and thin. but overall good for and service
Always looking for good fish and chips. Read reviews for The Red Lion and decided to give it a try. Nice atmosphere with music playing at just the right level, not blaring like some places. Were seated quickly and waited on quickly. Both of us had the fish and chips. 1. The fish - Amazing!! 2. The chips (fries) would have been better if they were double fried so they would be crispy on the outside. 3. The peas - Yum! Pretty sure they were garden fresh. Our food came out quite quickly (the place wasn't very busy though). Unfortunately, once out waiter brought out food we didn't see him again during the meal. Not for a drink refill or even so much as to see if the food was okay. After we had finished eating we waited and waited for him to bring the check. We ended up having to go find another staff member who got the waiter to finally bring the check. Other than that it was a great experience and we will definitely be going back.

Was expecting fresh early morning donuts but these were like day old. Coffee okay. Service super slow.
The young lady working the drive through window was rude, I mean very rude. However the young man taking payments was very nice and made the experience better. The drink is 4 stars before my iced coffee was not accurate but it didn’t taste bad :)
Great atmosphere but the fish and chips were soggy and the peas were just, well, peas. No seasoning at all. The house salad and Heineken were great. My bill, just me, was over $50, including tip. I think they could do better. I drove from Magnolia to eat there.
The food was great. Loved the batter for the fish and chips. Tables seem unkept. Service was a little slow.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent visit to Dunkin’, and unfortunately, it was not as satisfactory as my previous experience. Upon placing my order, there was a mix-up, which, initially, I did not mind. However, the process of correcting the order proved to be a bit challenging. My primary concern revolves around the hash browns that were part of my order, intended for my daughter. To my disappointment, the hash browns were served in a condition that was not in line with the usual standards. They appeared excessively burnt and greasy, prompting me to question whether this is a norm in your service. I appreciate your attention to this matter and kindly request clarification on whether the presented condition of the hash browns aligns with Dunkin’ Donuts’ quality standards. Additionally, any insights into the steps taken to rectify such situations in the future would be greatly valued.
I ordered the brown sugar, shaken espresso I ordered a large every day and usually I’m OK with a good amount of ice but the ice was all the way from top two bottom and he told me that’s how he normally is and I told him no it’s not, i come here 5 days a week. i don’t like leaving bad reviews but it’s only when the older gentleman is there
I have given this location several attempts to be decent at representing the Dunking Donuts franchise. This is the only convenient location on my way into work and every single time it's a miss. They take too long, there are always different workers which lead me to believe it's not a great place to work, young kids who must not know what they're doing because the food is poorly put together and my drink is NEVER right. They have managed to make me dislike french vanilla iced coffee, as they never put enough or tooooo many ingredients. I can literally see the sugar and syrup sitting at the bottom and they put so much creamer that the coffee is almost white. I about choked on the first sip after ingesting large chunks of sugar. The bagel sandwiches are falling apart and the hashbrowns are a soggy mess. Do better!
Definitely in need of refurbishment, the outside area is dilapidated and brings the area down quite a bit too. British barman was friendly, but had issues getting football on. American employee shrugged it off and didn’t even want to try. Strange she has not yet figured out football is important in British pubs. I’d asked a while ago if the Sunderland and Newcastle games would be on, and was told all games were on if they were during opening hours. In reality, not the case. They couldn’t get either game, and then as they got a handle on the tv (took almost half the game anyway) - they defaulted to a request by customers who came in later. While I’m sure they were probably regulars the business wants to keep sweet, just be honest and say you don’t show North East games and that you’re not used to setting the tv up for live football. It was awkward, and honestly a bit rude: you don’t get new regulars this way. The beer was pricy ($8 for a bottle of brown ale) and the fish oil needs changing as the fish batter was too dark. Overall, not somewhere we will try again which is a shame as the pub is well located for the river oaks area, but sadly did not deliver and caused my dad to miss over half of his game. I’m left feeling embarrassed I sent my dad to this place, made me look like I have no quality control. Lesson learnt!
The server was super kind. The sausage rolls appetizer was so dry we couldn't eat it. The Pork chop was very tender but the glaze tasted odd. The fish & Chips looked amazing but had some sort of hot seasoning in it that completely threw the whole dish off. The prices were quite high for the quality. Maybe Tuesday is a bad day to go.🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️

first of all , I have came to this location often since it’s the only one on my side of town. I have also , let go of the facts that sometimes they misread the label either give me the wrong cup size or food isn’t properly heated up. No biggies ! But today was so chaotic. the floor was mopped , their donut rack is out in the lobby and I placed a mobile order ahead of time so I went in seen on the screen my order was still in progress….ok while there’s 2 working the drive thru & one was doing the drinks but NOBODY asked if I placed a order or the deal was for be being in their establishment. Finally asked for my drink still wasn’t done…..BRUH…..ima assume he was new whoever did my drink because he just sat my drink down didn’t call my name didn’t say one single word which I couldn’t believe was my drink because it looked NOTHING like the app picture ! Basically this whole rant is about how unprofessional and unqualified this Dunkin’ Donuts is to corporate standards. See below for my proof i ordered what I wanted and what i received.
Me and my wife we been discriminated at this dunking donuts, they been laughing about my accent. (I was just trying to get breakfast to everyone on the company that I manage) well my dad was a us consul at the us embassy in Argentina for a long time so I don’t have they’re accent, looks like that’s enough to keep on laughing and making videos with their coworkers, what they didn’t know it’s that I’m a social media influencer, have a YouTube channel, Instagram and TikTok and a whole crew that will post the videos and pictures that I take with my dash cam, as soon as they see my devices they close the window and they don’t even open it to get the others costumers orders. And they’re right. I’m gonna post it everywhere in the world, I’m gonna even send it to the Argentinian consulte here in Houston. I am really gonna make a big deal about it. I’m gonna let a few pictures of the restaurant in case you need it.
Literally horrible customer service, when I first walked in they didn’t even acknowledge me. Also when I had a question about one of my drinks they turned around and walked off as I was speaking. I recommend just not going to this dunkin donut.
Terrible experience. The donuts were clearly stale—dry, hard, and tasted like they were days old. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow. I waited way too long for a simple order, and the staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated. This location really needs to step up its game. Definitely not coming back anytime soon.
Placed a mobile order at 7:57 p.m. (store closes at 9). Waited at the drive-thru speaker for about 10 minutes with no response. Pulled to the window to let them know I had a mobile order and waited another 10 minutes. Completely ignored the entire time. If mobile orders aren’t going to be honored close to closing, the app shouldn’t allow them. Basic human acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Left without my drink, out $5, and a really bad taste in my mouth for a place I go 4-5 mornings a week.
Hello, I am writing to share a recent experience at your location that left me very disappointed. I completely understand that businesses can get busy, and I am always patient when that happens. However, basic acknowledgment and communication with customers should still be expected. I stood waiting for over five minutes while two employees clearly saw me but did not greet me, acknowledge my presence, or say a single word. They continued working without any interaction. Another customer entered and experienced the same treatment. When I eventually decided to leave, there was still no apology or acknowledgment. What made the situation more concerning was that one of the employees appeared to be in a supervisory or managerial role, as the other employee was asking her questions. This suggests a lack of proper customer service standards and training. A simple statement such as “We’ll be with you shortly” would have made a significant difference. Ignoring customers entirely creates a very unwelcoming environment. I strongly encourage additional customer service training for your staff, particularly around communication and professionalism. If employees are unhappy in their roles, it unfortunately shows—and that directly impacts customers’ experiences.
I ordered a large hot chocolate and drove back to my hotel room. By time it cooled enough for me to even try it I was so disappointed. It literally tasted like water with a hint of chocolate. I took it back to them to see if they could fix it. I talked to one person who had to talk to another person who then had to call management to see if they could even fix it. They finally agreed to remake it. I take the new cup that is once again blazing hot (not complaining about the temp at all) back to my hotel just to try it and it tastes like water still. Tastes exactly the same. This place is an absolute joke. No one knows what they can and can’t do. It’s pathetic.
The employees are awful, rude, and so arrogant during the night shifts. People are fine during the day, usually. There have been a few times when they will close earlier than listed times. And they do not list items as unavailable on the app, so I have had several problems when mobile ordering and going just to have them tell me they don’t have my order because the machine is broken or they are out of stock. Annoying and irresponsible.
This is not the first time the employees have an attitude and be rude with me. Every time I go they get my order wrong or give me cold (hot coffee) but it will be the last time I step a foot in their
