Very clean walking in. Again the smell of fresh bread in the air. The restroom was clean and smelled clean as well. Cookies are always good too.

I understand it is Christmas Eve but to leave a man to work alone and the manager not answer their phone when he needs their help Is ridiculous. I applaud this man for handling himself well while still showing respect and kindness in this very stressful situation. Whoever the manager is, shame on you for your idiotic decision to leave this man alone on a night that gets busy with business.

I know the reviews on this location look bad, and honestly that has been my experience with most subways. However, my husband and I came in tonight while Annette was working and had by far the best experience and food we have ever had from a subway restaurant. She took her time making our sandwiches absolutely perfect. They could have been used for a subway commercial. Plus she was so nice! Subway needs more Annette’s, and Annette needs a raise.

My "Grumpy Guy" was there, I'm going to get his name. He is the Best! I haven't seen him in a while but I love it when he works. He is so funny and works so hard. He also makes the best 🥪 sandwich 🥪 ever. I like going to Subway to get lunch and dinner. A footlong 🥪 sandwich is enough for me and my family. I usually get the 🥓 Bacon 🐣 chicken 🥪 sandwich, with Baja sauce. It's so good with the Baja sauce. I love that sauce.

Everybody I’ve come into contact with who works there is unprofessional and dysfunctional. Everyone complains about everyone else, especially the men about the women and the women about the men. The way the woman who I assume is the manager speaks to her employees just blows my mind. Extremely dismissive and disrespectful. Every time I’ve been there the employees are airing out their dirty laundry right in front of me. They all treat me fine, but I would personally hate to work there and I’m surprised they have people who still show up to work.

I have had great experiences at this location until today. I ordered my meal and was instantly told "NO" you can't get extra meat. I had to ask why before it was explained to me. But to tell someone "NO" is not the way to go about it. Very unprofessional in my opinion. This guy must be new. Lost my business moving forward.

I was really hungry after a day of wine tasting so I stopped by this Subway for a quick snack. The signs said it close at ten but it was not ten yet as notated on the picture. There was a guy who told me they were closed as he walked around eating a sandwich. There are not may other eateries in this town so this was very disappointing.

The old lady there named Tonya is rude. I ordered my food Friday afternoon online and due to an emergency they closed so my order was not made. I called Saturday and spoke to Ashley she said my order was going to be refunded. Waited 4 days no refund so that’s when I went in person and when Tonya just caught an attitude for no reason. She wouldn’t even let me speak and was rolling her eyes as if it was my fault they had to close the day my order was canceled. She said she couldn’t do anything to call them. Call who????? She didn’t tell me who or offer a number to call. As I was leaving the store she was still trying to go back and forward with me. I have called my bank to file a claim and contacted corporate with a review on this restaurant and staff.

I am a local resident and have frequently patronized Subway. Any organization is as good as it's leadership and that brings me to the unprofessional, rude, biased customer service of this establishment's general manager. I asked her for her boss's name and she told me I would have to find that out myself. I hope the owner of the establishment reads customer reviews. Not only is the customer service substandard, the establishment is dirty and lacks appropriate food handling protocol. There seems to be high turnover of employees which is understandable if the GM treats her staff the way she treats her customers.

I was waiting about 40 mins for a subway. There was a female and a male working today. Thursday April 7th around 3 :30 pm. The people didn't know how to work the cash register for a gift card, really? The female was talking in the back really loud like she didn't care that everyone can here her. Saying when I start complaining then it's time for me to quit the job. Saying curse words as well in multiple sentences. Yelling at the male to take the customers orders. The food is really good, but the service.... Should be worked on.

Hey Stacy maybe it time to stop screaming at your employees while there helping customers. You are a disgrace nobody should talk to people like that then argue with the customers. I will not be returning as well the rest of the people behind me. Thanks for showing your true disgusting colors. Ps I really hope you get fired. And clean up nobody want to get food from you. Stay off your phone quit complaining about customers. Do you job you are paid to do. This is not the first time this has happened I was going once a week until today. This has to be the worse subway in the area starting with manager who's supposed to be a leader to an employee who should have good people skills the manager along with the employee who gave me an attitude from start to finish and a manager standing there you're not doing nothing at all . Subway should be a closed asap

Staff is awful. Female staff was on her phone talking to a friend, man at register wouldn’t listen to me at all, and new employee kept kissing his boyfriend. I’d come back for the food but the staff is unprofessional

The worst subway I’ve ever been to. The staff yelling at each other. They let a new hire make my sandwich that had absolutely no idea what he was doing while no other worker was there to help him. Unprofessional all the way around.
