Great place to eat breakfast food anytime. I’ve never really had the lunch type food so I can’t judge on that. I love the breakfast food though. Pancakes are always good but I always get the eggs with bacon and hash browns. I sometimes add sausage as you see in the picture. After that I always get the French toast which is my favorite thing to eat there. It’s 2 huge pieces with butter and powdered sugar. It’s sooooooo good!! The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They are always good at their job with being attentive and getting you what you need and want. Just an all around good and comfortable place to go. If you haven’t been then you should try it. There are plenty of things under $10 but I always spend around $18-$20 just because I always get basically 2 meals. I eat more than I should there for breakfast but when I do I stay full for most of the day. Great place. Thanks!!

Service was amazing, Katelyn is a fantastic server. Atmosphere was good, 4 stars because the cooks in the kitchen were so loud throughout our dinner service- much louder than the music playing, even louder than my three young children. 3 stars for food because everything was perfect except for some burnt bacon and toppings. I do NOT recommend the mixed berries topping!! Where's the berries?? I've included pic of my French toast and spouses waffle, and menu pic showing what the topping SHOULD be like. Once again, please don't advertise berries if you aren't going to serve any. Katelyn asked the cook for some berries and cook loudly scoffed and sent out a small bowl of more sauce. Alright, now i personally love ihop but this is the first time we have been to this one and the staff were completely rude and ignorant towards my boyfriend (mind you, he literally tipped them and everything) apparently, also told each other “DONT give him sauce” after he asked politely? Didn’t get any containers like usual just the food thrown in the bag.

Well I come in here all the time and eat the avacado toast. I love it. Today we came to eat and I ordered what I always do and the avacado looked and tasted ruined.. I quit eating and when I told the waitress about it and she looked at it and said “yeah” it looks brown.. then asked if i wanted her to bring me another avocado to replace the one on my toast.. I said absolutely not i just ate RUINED avocodo .. so she said ok without offering me a discount or any else and left it in front of me.. then never came back to refill my water that I asked for. My 77 year old father started hollering we needed water and while she was in there chatting with the cook the entire time she was suppose to be working she returned when my father was saying for water and said my cook said your avocado was green when he cut in to it. Without offering me even a discount. Shameful.. i love eating here.. I absolutely do not do bad service and ruined food though. AND THERE WAS ONLY 2 tables in restaurant

My wife and baby girl walked in at 9:30 pm on a Tuesday right after we went to Santaland. We did not get a greeting all we got was “We close in 30 minutes, do you still want to eat here?” I followed up by saying “Do you want us to eat here?” The response is what aggravated me, “You don’t want me to answer that.” She says. With the poor customer service we left and went to a different one. The girl was short, white and had black hair. Working in a restaurant the customer makes you money, not the $2.20 you make per hour.

First we had asked for a specific server by name, Rachel because we have had her before and she was amazing, they refused and sat us with Bryce. They were starting to have others wait and we would have just to have her as our server but they didn’t even ask if we wanted to. Which he was kind but when we went to check out I watched him purposely up the tip amount on the tablet that they use which I found rude then my whole table of food was cold and pancakes were falling apart the butter would not even spread.

Took family there for breakfast. The waitress ‘had a knot’ in her panties as she was so very rude. The steak Tips were burned so bad that my daughter could not chew them. My granddaughter had Avocado Toast and she needed a saw to get the avocado bite size, she actually just left it all sitting. My Eggs Benedict had no sauce on them and the eggs were hard poached. My husband had to ask the waitress FOUR times for syrup! When I went to pay I asked to see the manager. I absolutely died laughing when the cook came out and said he was the manager. It was $79.84 funny! He told me not to leave the waitress a tip. I asked what I was to do about the horrible cook? I promise this is all true! NEVER AGAIN

Came in today to grab an omelet and some pancakes to go. I received the smallest omelet. It was supposed to be a 3 egg omelet with ham and cheese. I got a kids portion. When I went in to check and see if I could get it remade, the girl at the counter was very rude. She said it was perfect because her manager made it. So either the other 15+ omelets I've had from IHOP this year were WILDLY larger than they should have been, or something was wrong. This is the second time I've had a problem at this IHOP and neither transaction was correct. I will happily be staying away from this place from now on. Don't pay $20 for a kids omelet.
