Heard Burger has one of the best burgers I’ve tried in London really delicious and flavorful. The fries were just okay, and the price is a bit high but still reasonable considering the quality of the burger. It’s better to book in advance, as I waited around 30 minutes for a table. Takeaway is a faster option.

One of the best burgers I’ve had, truly! I tried the truffle burger at Heard in Soho and honestly, it blew me away. I came back the following week because it was that good. London has no shortage of burger spots, but this one really stands out- the flavor, the quality, everything was spot on. I believe the chef (or owner) has two Michelin stars, and you can definitely taste that level of care and creativity in the food. Also, our waitress Karen was so lovely and attentive, which made the experience even better. Highly, highly recommend!

I’ve been a fan since their first days at London Bridge, so returning to their new Soho location was a must🫶🥰 The classic Heard burger did not disappoint: crispy, flavorful beef with just the right hint of spice. Still as incredible as I remember🍔 And the staff- Keren is really nice and always take care of my needs. Happy to see their launch in Soho!✨

Unreal burgers. Went to the borough branch and had to come back to the soho one! Smoke stack is my fav. 1 chips between 2 was enough for us and we eat a lot! Didn’t rate the ice cream that much, only let down - bit too frozen you about needed a chisel to cut it 🤣 and cookie a bit thin but meant it wasn’t sickly! Super friendly staff and great service. Also great cider choice!

The best burgers I’ve had in London. I tried both the heard and the truffle burgers, and they were absolutely amazing and outstanding. And the staff were very friendly 👍🏼

Had an amazing time at Heard Soho. I was so excited to try this one after bring a big fan of the Borough site. Really enjoyed the Vegetarian burger, fries, orange wine, and the ice cream sandwich 🤤🤤 a great time for drinks and food if you’re ever in the area!

These burgers are insanely good! The Smoke Stack is a must. The meat is sooo tender and packed with flavor, cheese melty, bun was pillowy and everything just worked together!

Everything is very good but a special thanks to Keren G and her sweetness, she made our night perfect! She introduced us to the menu and gave us advice on the best choice, absolutely 10 out of 10! We will be back, thanks Keren ❤️

I had dinner at The Heard tonight and absolutely loved it. The burgers were incredibly tasty, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. I also have to mention the fries — crispy, delicious, and definitely a must-try. A big thank you to Johnny, who was extremely friendly and took great care of us throughout the evening. I had a great experience at this burger restaurant. The burgers were absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. What really made the visit special, though, was the manager herself. Heard Burger Soho is one of the best burger spots in London 🍔🔥! The quality, flavor, and balance of ingredients are simply top-notch. I tried The Heard burger — the beef was juicy and perfectly grilled, while their signature sauce added a unique, rich flavor. The bun was soft and lightly toasted, giving the perfect bite. I also loved the variety on the menu — the Truffle Shuffle and The Soho are must-tries for those who enjoy bold, gourmet flavors. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the milkshakes (especially the banana & almond butter caramel) were fantastic. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and flawless execution. This is actually a late review from last month, but the burger was so delicious that I definitely had to come here and leave my testimony. My cousin and I wanted a quick lunch, and I had been craving a juicy burger for a long time. The problem is that London has a huge number of places to eat, and finding truly quality spots can be very difficult. After seeing some reviews about “Heard Burger,” I started wondering if it was just another social media hype with a perfect aesthetic because sometimes you have to be careful trusting TikTok suggestions 😕. Nevertheless, I truly enjoyed it. Heard Burger gave me everything I needed. The burger was juicy, the cheese sauce was mmmm… delicious, the bread was fluffy, and the fries were perfectly fried. The burger itself is the SPOTLIGHT and truly deserves the attention. It’s not super heavy, and I don’t know if this is a bad thing or just psychological, but usually when you eat a burger, you feel extremely full. That didn’t happen to me. When I finished, I was like, “Hmm… I might even be able to eat another one.” Or maybe I was just being greedy? The atmosphere of the place was nice as well. I think the aesthetic and the colours chosen for the space are very appealing definitely what influencers love (you eat with your eyes first). The service was great too. When I arrived, it wasn’t very busy; it only started getting crowded when I was leaving. Thank you, Su and Sandish, for helping me decide which burger to choose you were both so lovely!

Heard the buzz about this place and decided to check it out. I went in the evening around 1730 and was seated straight away. They didnt seem too busy. And as I was alone I enjoyed their japanese like individual seating. Their menu is simple with just 3 burgers in their halal offerings. For a slow period I was surprised at having to wait for almost 15min for my order. I tried the heard burger and the truffle burger. Both of these were very decent, smashed thin with the iconic meat lace and sear of a smashed burger. The hot jalapeño honey really came through in the Heard burger and left you with a really sweet tasting burger. The caramelised onions and everything else going on in the burger meant that this was abit of a saucy and messy affair. I enjoyed the truffle burger alot more as the beef came through a little more and wasnt completely overpowered by the sauces. Their balance of the truffle in the truffle sauce was pretty good also, not too subtle and not overpowering. It would have been nice to try the 'soho' burger which is their thick patty offering but alas this wasnt available in the halal range. All in all, a decent burger place in Soho with central london prices but nothing to write home about. The 2 burgers and a can of drink came upto an eye watering £36 inc the service charge.

Visited heard burgers in soho today and this time we were lucky as they had halal burgers in stock. I visited them couple weeks ago and they ran out of halal burgers within 90 min opening on a Sunday, not sure how that happens but it did. The burgers & fries were brilliant, I preferred the OG burger over truffle shuffle. We ordered the milk chocolate milkshake which was excellent, after a looong time I had good quality shakes at a burger joint. I definitely recommend sharing one as its quite heavy. While the food was good something about overall experience didn’t feel like it’s a restaurant run by 2 Michelin star chefs. Charging 50p for ketchup and mayo is just ridiculous. You are a premium burger and fries joint and if you have to charge for basic condiments that doesn’t speak very highly of a premium restaurant. Its expected for any burger place to provide ketchup and mayo, charging for special sauces is understandable. Secondly I felt the service was very lazy and lacklustre, we made a booking for 1pm but arrived 20 min early and we were asked wait as table was not ready, which is completely fine. After waiting for 15 min the host informed us table was ready and asked us to follow him. We were walking to our table and he tells us its a 5 seater table which he cant give and we need to wait for some more time till our table is ready. How does one not which table is ready before seating the guests? While these things feel small when you are a premium restaurant run by 2 Michelin star chefs and you charge 12.5 % then you need to ensure you provide the right kind of service. I hope they can work on improving the overall experience.

Good london burger, above average but not the best. Ordered the heard burger, some people complain about the grease, it is on the fattier end but nowhere near as bad as people complain, it's a burger at the end of the day ??? Flavour profile is nice, subtle and not overkill where it drowns out the burger, bun is also quite nice. Price is fair and competitive. Got it quick and service was no issue. I'd happily revisit, but I still can't say its amazing nor the best.

Tried Heard Burger, as I’d heard really good things about this new Burger restaurant. As you’d expect a modern stylish interior, with an open kitchen area, as you walk in. Limited seating space upstairs and room for around ten to twelve people downstairs. Ordered the banana and caramel milkshake, which was tasty, but with a slightly salty taste. Smashed Truffle burger and regular fries. Burger was tasty, but I could nearly taste any truffle. Fries were way too salty, which everyone else in my group agreed on. Will I go back again? Maybe in a few months time, when it’s had a chance to “bed in”

Absolutely smashing the smash burger! I've had a lot of smashburgers but this one (The Heard) knocks it out of the park! Incredibly crispy edges combined with tasty toppings and a delicious bun. Every bite was delicious! Also ordered The Soho Burger. This one was not a smashed patty but it came with a little peppercorn dipping sauce. Not only was it fun to eat, but it was quite reminiscent of a peppercorn steak because the burger patty itself was quite meaty and juicy. I appreciate it that the fries were crispy and served piping hot. The two options for the dipping sauces were also really good and with the Heard one being slightly more tangy and the truffle one being more of a mayo. Staff is quite attentive and when I asked for a recommendation our server's eyes lit up! You could tell there was a lot of genuine love for the food and actual engagement with the diners. The venue itself is clean with a couple of small bathrooms downstairs. What I really appreciated about the bathroom was the quality of the toilet paper. This might seem like such a small detail, but I feel like it's such an important one and I appreciate that they picked a thicker ply. When proprietors take attention and care into every detail including the tiny ones. That's how you know that they are good.

Went here on a Friday evening to take advantage of their Soft Launch offer - 50% off food. I got there a couple of minute shy of our 7pm reservation. Had to wait a couple of minutes for the host to acknowledge me and invite me in, as she was setting up another table. Once I confirmed my reservation, she showed me to a table downstairs and brought 2 menus each - one for food, one for drinks. The stairs were a bit slippery from wet shoes, as it was pouring outside. The staff seemed attentive, however quite new to the job, judging by their slow movements at times. Once my wife joined, it took 5-10 minutes for the host to come and take our order. We first went for 2 burgers: the smoke stack and the heard, both with heard fries. For drinks, we got a can of Sprite and one of Fanta. The order came within 10 minutes. Burgers were delicious, however on the small side. Fries were very nice and fresh, but again, on the small side. We also asked for ketchup and mayo for each of us, but the host brought 1 cup of ketchup for my wife and 1 cup of mayo for me, which was a bit weird. We thoroughly enjoyed both burgers and as we were taking advantage of the offer mentioned above, we decided to go for another burger for myself and a portion of fries for my wife. I must mention that during our dinner, we did not receive a check-back, however the table next to us did. Normally, if that happens, I ask for the service charge to be taken off, as that, in my view, is the minimum for the extra charge to be justified. This time, I didn't notice it was included and mistakenly paid it. The interior is nicely decorated. The toilets, however, are quite small. I went to go wash my hands and I struggled to open/close the door, as it opens to the inside of the toilet. It was nice to have a good burger and visit a new place, however I don't think we'd come back, purely because of the price. Most burgers cost around £15 and they don't come with chips. Those are an extra £6. So £21 for a burger. I understand the place is the idea of a Michelin chef, but I cannot say I was blown away by anything. Our bill, with the 50% discount was £39. So a regular bill for 3 burgers, fries and 2 soft drinks would be £78-80. I'm sorry, but I cannot justify spending that much for 3 burgers and fries. I wish them good luck and success.

Why not 5? Fries were forgotten, they didn’t mark us as attended on OpenTable so we got a £20 fee and our soft launch promotion wasn’t applied…. That aside - burgers were very good and the fries were well cooked (but a bit salty as other reviews say).

It was a decent burger. I enjoyed what I ate, but didn't blow me away to say I'm coming back. Price was certainly very reasonable for what was delivered. Restaurant atmosphere was fine, was surprised at how small amount of customers could be served. Staff really unfriendly and just an air of not wanting to be there.

The food is good, the burger is juicy but it doesn't match the price. 4.5/5 If they did include fries, I would have had a different rating. But, 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 soft drinks for £40++ is a bit too much. Still, atmosphere and the people are amazing!

Burgers & chips were nice, but I am not sure about the ice cream sandwich. I didn't like the texture, it was too chewy & sticky. That's just my taste though.

Good burger, well made and a decent price for London. The service was very lack luster and slow in the soho location which was a bit of a shame. But it was very clean!

Smells good, quick service, overall the taste was not bad, but a) the bottom bun was completely cold, 2) the patties are thiiiiin, intentionally pressed on the grill, and 3) the burger was unnecessarily oily. Overall nice to grab and go if you’re in the area, would not travel specifically for this

Strong American influence in the menu (milkshakes as no starters / small plates), suitable for takeaways, walk-ins will be unsuccessful in Carnaby. Very good burger & fries, whereas the ice cream sandwich is poor in comparison. Room for improvement: starters or small plates for eat-in customers; a more powerful extraction fan needed, clothes will be smelly after half an hour dining in.

I didnt have a booking i assumed a burger restaurant wont require booking ! Although the place is too small so better to book I ordered heard burger and house salad and fries it was delicious but heavy and oily

Overall decent. A little confusing with wait times as we were initially told 2 hours wait time (which is understandable), then 3 hours, then told we could eat immediately 🤷‍♂️. Food was really tasty although the burgers were not very hot. The fries were the stand out - amazing!

Tried the Umami Burger. Was expecting a lot more from thks burger. It was very greasy. The patty fell apart very quickly. It tasted okay. The fries were nothing special. The truffle mayo was nice. Overall the meal just wasn't that enjoyable to eat.

Another Tik Tok hype Speciality is the truffle burger and they don’t have Small burgers, normal chips with some powder flavouring on it and very bad ventilation and over priced for an average cheese burger. I would suggest you avoid and go red dog saloon or McDonald’s and get a great burgers and good value for your money

Very very disappointing! Average at best, small portions and super expensive! Get rid of the ridiculous service charge, you are a fast food place not a restaurant and you burger is already priced up around 20-30% above competitors! We went to eat pizza afterwards, this is how bad the portion size!

A big disappointment with this restaurant, even though I had heard many good things about it. Making a reservation is difficult (probably because of its popularity, not necessarily deserved), but we decided to overlook that. When we arrived, the three of us were seated in the basement around a very small table, more suitable for two people (we were two adults and a child). That was still acceptable, but things became more complicated afterward. We ordered halal dishes (the restaurant offers halal options on some items). When the food arrived, only two of the three dishes were served, and one came with fries even though it wasn’t supposed to. At first, we thought it might be a misunderstanding due to a language barrier. While waiting for the third dish, we started eating. Two minutes later, the waitress arrived with three plates, seemed unsure when she reached our table, and then placed them on the neighboring table. After checking her device, she realized the mistake: the dishes had been mixed up. We then understood that we had started eating a non-halal dish. We sent the plate back, and the waitress brought us a dish that she had placed a few moments earlier on the neighboring table, which we found quite unhygienic. Mistakes can happen, but the situation was handled poorly. In addition, service charges were added for what we found to be very limited service: we had to ask for napkins (only two napkins for three people), and even getting water was difficult. Finally, the non-halal truffle burger that we tasted by mistake was far more generous in sauce and truffle flavor than the halal version. I’m not used to leaving negative reviews, but I felt this one was necessary to warn people who eat halal that the halal options may be less flavorful. Too pricy for the taste... Overall, a very disappointing experience.
