If I could give away one recommendation is to change the light graduation in the lounge and put the music a little bit less loud in the lounge area. I've asked to come to this establishment for years now. It was worth the wait and lane ride of 6k miles. Very good service, and a very good selection of vintage and new cigars.

This was one of the finest cigar lounges that I have ever visited. Rekha made us feel very welcomed. My wife and I spent a Saturday afternoon sampling two expertly recommended cigars from their vast selection. They were paired perfectly with a selection of spirits that were recommended by the bartender, Marshall. We enjoyed our experience so much that we booked a time slot later in the evening that same day. We were able to meet the rest of the family that evening and they only increased our love for this establishment. What a fantastic overall experience.

This is my second time here, I'll be coming everytime I come and visit London. A fully stocked humidor with extremely rare and sought after cigars, in perfect condition. Very knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Drinks are great, bar staff are pro's, all 5 stars. My favourite place in London to come and relax

Our first cigar lounge experience, WOW just an amazing experience with both the cigars and probably the best cocktails in London . The staff are both attentive and informative. I had an old fashioned cocktail of which I had may in the past but this surpassed them all !. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic establishment! Upon entering the electronically locked door I was ataken back by the beauty of the decor. Very very impressive. I was almost immediately approached by a very smartly dressed man, who very politely asked if i needed any help. I said we were just browsing at this stage. After a few more minutes an as immaculately dressed man approached, and introduced himself as the manager. He was polite and very welcoming, and knowledgeable. He explained briefly how the shop came to be then proceeded with the tour. As a newbie to this whole entire concept, I was very impressed with the professionalism I was shown. He patiently went through everything, asking questions to establish the best cigar and whiskey combination for me personally. And also for my companion who drank a fine gin with his. We were told it will take around 50 minutes in total to smoke the cigar and enjoy the ambience. They asked we spend a minimum of £35.00. Which I found very reasonable. The selection of drinks and cigars seemed endless. But he advised us efficiently on which would be best. A great touch. After making out choices we were shown the lounge area. Which was again very impressive and exquisite. We were sat down and our chosen cigars cut and readied for smoking. Our drinks arrived promptly and almost choreographed to the cigars readiness. We stayed around an hour. It was worth every minute and every penny. I loved the fact you could sit there and smoke and drink and socialise, in such a stunning place. I HIGHLY recommend you visit this place you will not regret it. 👏

Amazing establishment, the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Fantastic range of cigars and drinks as well as cocktails. A relaxing place to enjoy some cigars with friends or by yourself. If you are nearby pop in and enjoy the cigar lounge!

As a newbie to the cuban cigar world I walked into no6 cavendish not really knowing what to expect..I was pleasantly suprised. The staff were super helpful and friendly, they gave me really good insight and helped me to choose an amazing cigar. The lounge itself is clean, smells amazing and the decor has been well thought out, there is somewhat of a super filtration system which creates an emaculate atmosphere. The cigar I had was the El Rey del Mundo Petit Cayo RE Andorra 2018 which was an amazing experience, chocolaty and creamy was what I picked up. This was paired with an exquisite Ron millonario XO rum which complemented this perfectly. I will be back for sure.

Amazing staff, amazing atmosphere and amazing cigars

Great first experience at this wonderful venue. I was greeted by the amazing staff and talked through the selection of cigars. This was an amazing help to myself as this is a new hobby. Onto the bar, an amazing selection of spirits available. I was recommended a choice of two single malt whiskeys and they did not disappoint. I am looking forward to my next visit. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars.

This is the first time for me to try cigar, and the staffs were so kind and welcoming, they are very knowledgeable about all their whisky and cigar. Besides that, the lounge very comfy, feels like home. I spend few hours and having a great time with my friends.

First time at No6 Cavendish and what an experience. From the second we walked through the door to the minute we left we were treated like kings. An amazing selection of Cigars on offer and the ones we were recommended were perfect.”, the smell as you walk into the Humidor was incredible (Cedar & Tobacco) The Spirits on offer in the Bar was mind bending and the Cocktails we chose were expertly made. The actual Lounge itself is amazingly decorated with fantastic Pictures on the walls, comfortable leather seats and great lighting. The filtration was exactly right, not Smokey at all but as soon as the door was opened and you walked in it just had that lovely Cigar Smoke Smell. This is an indulgent afternoon out but very much worth every second spent here. If you’re a Cigar Smoker looking for a great place to sit and have a Smoke, this has got to be “The” place in London to go.

Great evening at No 6 Cavendish. We visited on a Thursday evening and had booked a table online. We received a very friendly greeting and were taken to the humidor to choose our cigars. The member of staff was very knowledgeable and talked us through the extensive range making suggestions based on our tastes. We then went though to the bar area and ordered drinks (we had a combination of whisky and cocktails). The staff were attentive and friendly throughout. I look forward to a return visit soon.

I paid a solo visit on my trip to London last week, on the recommendation of a friend. Full disclosure, drinks are quite expensive - but very well-made and with high-caliber spirits. I didn't have a huge budget but I don't regret my little splurge! Staff were excellent at inquiring about my cigar tastes and recommending options that fit both my preferences and my budget. The room itself is quiet, airy, and comfortable. It's well-ventilated but with no loud fans going (this was an issue in another cigar lounge I tried). I really enjoyed just sitting with my cigar and my old-fashioned and taking a break from the busy streets of London. Service was excellent as well. Well worth the splurge!

What can I say about 6 Cavendish. Well, as a cigar smoker I found last night’s experience extremely exciting. The in-depth knowledge of Ajay and his team was exceptionally good and you are made to feel extremely welcome. The selection of Rum will give even a connoisseur a run for their money. The wide range of exceptional and well looked after cigars would be hard to beat anywhere in London. As a cigar man with a humidor I know how hard it can be to keep cigars at their best - this is done with great ease in this establishment. The once a month tasting of a new cigar in my mind is an experience not to be missed. I look forward for next month! Well done all!

It's important to note that this is a sampling lounge, meaning you can only enjoy the cigars you purchase on-site. Overall experience make it worthwhile. Had my first ever experience in a cigar lounge and this place was something else. I can’t describe how nice this experience was and I recommend to everyone. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and the cigar they suggested was 10/10. The cocktails were on another level and nothing like the basic ones you would see at a cocktail bar. Now the actual cigar lounge was very classy with a superb filtration system and the most comfortable arm chairs. I had a grin on my face the whole time I was there. See you again

A great place to buy and smoke cigars in the heart of London. The staff is knowledgable as they are the owners of LCDH Teddington. They have a variety of quality accessories from different brands and also fully stocked humidor with Habanos as well as new world cigars. There is a bar and a quite large lounge at the back, with natural light coming in. They also have vaults for rent and a small section for small companies of 5-6 people to have private talks. If you are a cigar person, donot miss this place. You will for sure like it.

Great cigar lounge with a good selection of sticks and tasty cocktails. Last time we visited Mr boss was very accommodating and educational but today it was was Mrs boss and she was quite abrupt (with everyone) Anyways, still pleasant experience.

There’s a lot of great things about No 6. that keep me coming back. The Cigar selection is excellent for both Cubans and New Worlds and the lounge is spacious and very comfortable. It’s a brilliant place to escape the outside world or enjoy with friends. It really is one of the best lounges in London and yes that does mean high prices, the best is rarely ever cheap. There’s a few areas I really wish management to fix. I absolutely hate every time I walk into the humidor the staff will try an upsell me a Regional/Limited edition. I do not want to spend £150 on a stick and the upsell comes across and slimy, pushy and desperate. It’s reminiscent of a cheaper establishment. Your whiskey selection is impressive but as many have said you are an expensive establishment. You really should offer a whisky menu, I do not want to accidentally order a £100 whisky. Also your wine selection by the glass is VERY expensive and just not very good. There are excellent bottles of wine available for £7-10 wholesale that far exceed what you offer at £30 per glass!

I recently ordered a Dunhill pipe from this merchant’s website and they contacted me telling me they were sending the pipe I purchased to Dunhill for polishing. That sounded fine. After nearly a month I have never heard back from them despite trying to contact them about the order. I have received no further information about my order and I will be forced to issue a chargeback claim now to reclaim the more than $700 I spent on the order. Terrible customer service and communication.

The club offers a nice and quiet atmosphere, reminiscent of a "new rich" vibe that feels both upscale and exclusive. It’s a perfect place to relax with a good cigar if you can find one that fits your preferences, that is. While there is a considerable variety of cigars, I noticed the selection leaned heavily towards thicker options, leaving those who prefer a more slender cigar a bit wanting. One of the first things that caught my attention was the pricing. The maximum charge of £35 per person felt excessive, especially considering that I was there primarily for the cigars, with the added allure of alcohol. The champagne prices, starting over £30 a glass, seemed quite steep compared to what you might find at more prestigious hotels in the area. Given the choices available, I expected a little more flexibility in pricing. I found the payment system somewhat frustrating too. You have to pay for your drinks at the bar and settle your cigar bill at the reception. This split payment approach can be a hassle, especially if you want to keep the overall experience seamless. As for the staff, they were generally professional and friendly, yet there was an underlying sense of judgment in their demeanor that could be off-putting. It felt as if they were sizing me up, which added an uncomfortable layer to the experience. One notable rule was the policy against phone use within the lounge. If you need to take a call, you must step outside, which I found rather inconvenient. It’s hard to enjoy what should be a relaxed environment when you feel you can’t even carry on a conversation without stepping away. Finally, I was surprised by the arrangements regarding entry and exit. Once inside, you sort of feel locked in, with staff waiting just behind the door when you do step out. This gave a rather odd, almost surveillance-like feeling that I didn’t quite appreciate. All in all, No. 6 Cavendish Cigar Club has potential with its quiet atmosphere and cigar variety. However, the pricing, payment method, staff demeanor, and strict policies left me feeling that it might not be worth a return visit. If you're seeking a refined cigar experience, it may be wise to explore other options that offer a more welcoming and user-friendly environment.
