Absolutely delishous as always! Great atmosphere and the food is always 11/10! We love The Banc and can't wait to come back. I highly recommend the Dynamite prawns, this is my favourite, they have the recipe down to perfection. Also must try the steak, delishous!

Had an incredible dining experience here! The food was delicious, but what really made the night was the service. Our waiter, Gada, was attentive, professional, and gave us the perfect menu recommendations. It’s rare to find such high-quality service—Gada truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

I’ve been to The Banc before in Dubai and now again in London. And it didn’t disappoint!! The ambience is warm and stylish, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed evening out. The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. The service was friendly and attentive, which really added to the overall experience. Great atmosphere, great food, and definitely a place I’d love to come back to!

We have had a fabulous meal! Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We were served by the wonderful Meridian who was extremely attentive and polite. We will be back here again and highly recommend!

I had an amazing dining experience at The Banc! The food was absolutely superb and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. We started with the chicken lollipops and dynamite prawns – both were 10/10. The flavours were spot on, and the presentation was just as impressive. For the mains, we had the steak with mushroom sauce and lamb chops. Both dishes were cooked to perfection – juicy, tender, and full of flavour. The staff were friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. The staff were absolutely spot on!! Overall, The Banc is a fantastic place to eat and I highly recommend it. Can’t wait to go back!

They were short staff so the service was a bit slow. Great food, good quality alcohol, good atmosphere. Definitely worth the drive from South London over there

Food was great and service is very fast and Claudia was very attentive. The steak was cooked really nicely and I love the Mac and cheese sides. Dessert was also great though the sorbet is quite tart. Music is super loud however and makes conversation difficult, would appreciate it if it was a little quieter next time to better suit the rest of the atmosphere

The food was incredible and the service matched it. A special mention to Amelia and Miro – they were absolutely amazing. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service in London. Highly recommend!

I came here for lunch and ordered padron peppers, hummus, prawns, chicken, sea bass and baklava! Everything was so delicious, a very elegant decoration and the staff were also very kind and attentive to detail. I really recommend this restaurant I will come again!

The service was great from Claudia and Cam. The food and drinks were really good. Great tasting options all made very well. I would recommended the arancini. Also the atmosphere was a lovely vibe with a fantastic live violinist. The front off house were slightly standoffish but the high standards of everything else more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend going here.

The Banc in London is a top-tier spot. The food was absolutely amazing and tasted out of this world every dish was full of flavour. The shisha was great and really added to the overall experience. The atmosphere is perfect, especially for a date night, with a stylish and relaxed vibe. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food, great shisha, and an all-round quality experience. Would definitely visit again.

Every time I’m looking for a great atmosphere, I come here. The food is absolutely delicious, full of flavor and beautifully prepared, the cocktails are really good, and the staff is always kind and attentive. It’s one of those places I genuinely enjoy coming back to.

Had a fantastic meal and Shisha on a Monday in the lounge area, for a family birthday. Great food and staff. Good music that wasn’t too loud. Our main server Vish was so attentive and friendly, service was smooth and food/drinks were delicious. The restaurant recently removed service charges from the bill as a goodwill gesture for customers, which is lovely, but as we had no cash we could not tip, and felt that was a huge shame, as Vish deserved a good tip for his excellent service. It would be great if the venue made it easier to reward staff like him.

Amazing experience, went for my nieces birthday and we all loved it. The waiter Vish was so attentive with outstanding customer service. The food was on point and so flavoursome, we will most definitely be back. We chose to visit at the lunch time and am so glad as it was so peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We had an exceptional service by Vish today, he was so helpful, kind and attentive. The food was Amaizing I had the chicken burger and can only recommend it. I will be coming back. Try this place out if you come to London you won’t be disappointed. The mocktails are also amazing.

Delicious food, superb service, and chic ambiance! The steak was obviously amazing but the chicken was also very tender and juicy, and the fish!! melted in your mouth!! it was very tasteful 🤤 Everything was cooked to perfection. The waiting staff was very kind and welcoming which made our visit even better. They ran out of spoons by the time we got dessert which was quite odd 😅 but the over all experience was excellent 🙂‍↕️

I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the whole atmosphere was lovely, relaxing, and enjoyable. We went out for Friday night dinner at the Banc . Loved the atmosphere there. The live Dj was amazing. She played some really nice music. The service was great and we loved the picante margaritas . For food - we tried lots of different starters - dynamite prawns, steak skewers, beef tacos , truffle fries, baby squids . Loved every bite and finished the meal with Blanc brownie . It was a fabulous Friday night out . Definitely recommend it. I was told by the manager that they are opening a new restaurant in Enfield ( which is where I live ) . Super excited about that.

Came last night as a last minute birthday dinner , this place succeeded in every department , food was really delicious ( we got prawns , hummus , fries and squid ) the shisha was really flavourful and my mocktail was amazing , and my favourite part was the genre of music playing 🤩 rnb afrobeats hip hop vibe which is my fav ! We had our server Ash be extremely polite and helpful along with the other waiters constantly checking in , thank you everyone for making my birthday special and I will definitely see you soon ❤️

I went to The Banc in London for dinner with my husband. From the starters to the main courses and desserts, everything was absolutely perfect. We were very satisfied and had a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back again!

Suuuuch a beautiful restaurant! The staff are incredibly helpful and the food was delicious! I went for the lollipop chicken and the prawns, I would highly recommend! The sea bass was also succulent and well seasoned! They also have a shisha lounge if you’re into that!

Had such a lovely visit to The Banc with a friend! We started with a mix of Padron peppers, halloumi, and garlic bread - all absolutely delicious and a great way to kick things off. For mains, we shared a bunch of sides and had our own dishes. I had the vegan burger, which was seriously tasty, and my friend went for the sirloin steak, cooked perfectly. I was actually really impressed by how many great veggie options they had! The cocktails were a highlight too - I had the Picante Margarita and the Island Girl, both super well-made and full of flavor. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. Definitely planning to come back soon!

Lovely place to eat and enjoy the music. If you’d like to enjoy the experience more, I’d recommend you book the shisha room for a more lovely atmosphere. Camran was a lovely waiter.

I visited yesterday (27/07/25) and had a great time! The place has a really nice vibe and I really enjoyed the mocktails and food. I especially want to mention the service absolutely top-notch. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Had a brilliant experience at the Banc. The starters were fab especially the beef tacos. Had the lamb chops for mains and they were cooked perfectly. We went for the passionfruit crème brûlée and wow! Never tried that anywhere before but what a unique combination. The service was great - big thank you to Emi who served us tonight. The staff are so lovely in this venue, food was Devine, decor is floral and cutesy, highly recommend the prawns as a starter dish, they are addictive. This is the perfect spot for a girly brunch or cute date if you love princess treatment.

My friend and I had such an amazing experience at The Banc! We were invited and greeted with two complimentary shots, which was such a nice touch. We each had two cocktails, and when we couldn’t decide, the waiter gave us great recommendations — and they did not disappoint! All the staff were so attentive and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. They also kept our shisha perfectly topped up the entire time, which we really appreciated. Both the starters and mains were incredible, but the standout for us was definitely the prawns — absolutely delicious! Amazing experience! The meat was cooked to perfection, the cocktails were delicious, and the shisha made the evening even more enjoyable. The DJ’s music was fantastic and created such a fun atmosphere – I had a great time! Service was excellent from start to finish.

I would 100% recommend this place, the food was delicious we got starts mains and dessert everything was spectacular. The service is amazing everyone’s so welcoming and kind, I felt like I was taken good care off. The decor and atmosphere is so pretty and feels elegant. Overall I will give this place 10/10 would 100% going back. The pricing is fairly reasonable for the quality and taste of the food definitely worth it ❤️

I got to say Waitress Gada went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and right at home from the moment she came to my table. Her warm, friendly demeanor and attentive service transformed the entire dining experience. Because of her outstanding care and professionalism, I’m already looking forward to returning and would highly recommend asking for her section if you visit. The food was great too, but it’s Gada’s personal touch that really made this visit special.

I’m genuinely shocked by my experience here and would strongly advise against coming to Banc, especially if you value good steak or respectful customer service. TLDR: starters are bland(ordered the wings and squid), overly loud music, long waiting times for food, and poor customer service, and the whole experience was ruined by being gaslit into believing a rump is a ribeye and that medium is medium rare (even though it was actually medium well). I ordered a medium ribeye, a cut I know very well and order regularly across many reputable steakhouses. What I was served was clearly not a ribeye. The meat had no marbling, no fat eye, and the texture was tough, dry, and chewy- far more consistent with a rump steak. To make matters worse, it was cooked medium-well, despite being ordered medium. When I raised this with the server, I was told flatly that it was “definitely a ribeye” and “definitely medium,” and that nothing could be done because the steak wasn’t undercooked. In other words: if it’s overcooked, that’s your problem. I was essentially told to accept and eat a dry, incorrect steak. The situation deteriorated further when the manager became involved. Rather than listening, he argued with me, contradicted his own staff, and confidently pointed at the steak claiming it was “definitely medium rare.” So which is it medium or medium rare? It can’t be both. Regardless of temperature, the core issue remained: the steak was tough, flavourless, and unenjoyable. I couldn’t even finish it, which says a lot considering how much I love steak. After prolonged back-and-forth, I was offered a £10 discount, which didn’t even come close to 10% of the bill. The dismissive attitude throughout was honestly more disappointing than the food itself. This visit was meant to be a celebration, and as someone who lives locally, I had hoped this could become a regular spot. Unfortunately, that won’t be happening. Bottom line: Banc is not a steakhouse, and it shows in both the kitchen and the attitude. If you’re coming for steak, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
