Fig tree! I come to SoCal just for you!!! The people, the service, the kindness, the warmth, and THE FOOD!!!!!!! Yum!! All of it!! I can never decide. And I usually take one or two items to go! Or go back twice in a day! For a sit down and later at the bar! I love getting to know the servers and the bar attendants! I’ve lived all over California - born and raised, and this is definitely a top favorite of all!!! Thanks for being so kind, friendly, warm and phenomenal food and service!!!

Fig Tree on Venice Beach is a gem! I had the Tomatoes by the Sea and it was absolutely outstanding, fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. Every bite hit the palate just right, refreshing and delicious in every way. I also had a green tea, which paired beautifully with the meal. Beyond the food, the service was wonderful,attentive, warm, and made the whole experience even better. With its beachside atmosphere and amazing flavors, Fig Tree is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

Breakfast between 8-9 am is half off. The blue indigo smoothie was excellent and breakfast was delicious. We went jogging early in the morning and stopped by here on our way back to have breakfast. Service and food were great.

We really enjoyed lunch here on father's day Sunday. The patio was great- ocean views, people watching, and big umbrellas to keep shaded. Our waitress was friendly and checked in on us regularly and the food and drinks were very good. Would definitely come back.

Great pancake spot during my transit! I had a layover at the airport and wanted to try pancakes in Los Angeles. I found this place online—it was the top choice, and it absolutely deserves it! The pancake was delicious and generous. Great view and super kind staff made the experience even better.

Awesome restaurant with super nice staff. This is a great place to have good food while enjoying the ocean view and contemplating the lively beach front crowd. I had grandma’s granola - which was great - flavorful and just a hint of sweetness. Another time I had Steak and Eggs - delicious. Yet another time I had the avocado toast. Really good too. This is clearly a place to come back to many times.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Fig tree and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy yet modern setting that instantly put me at ease. The staff greeted us with bright smiles and made us feel welcome right away. I went to thick tree Venice on Sunday afternoon around 1:30 PM. The service was great and we were seated immediately. Every one was super nice and gave us plenty of time to look over our menus. we ordered quite a few things on the menu. But our favorite definitely had to be the herb pasta and the green beans with figs. The food is like art. It is smaller to medium size portions but the flavors are outstanding. When you are seated, you can ask to sit inside or outside and the ambience is very cute yet modern. It feels like you are transported to a different city. This is actually my second time going and I really enjoy it here, I would recommend it. I usually bring friends from out of town and they all love this place. Parking is not the best but if you are lucky, you can find free parking on the streets. If you park on rose near the creepy clown cvs, there is a public lot that was pretty cheap. We paid $20 for the whole day but if you go to the parking lot directly behind fig, it’s around $45.

Went for breakfast and loved our meals. Cute and relaxed atmosphere as well. My only complaint was that the service was SLOW. We went early enough for breakfast that it wasn't too busy, but still took quite a while for someone to take our order, to get our food, and to pay our bill. Could have been a fluke though. The food was good enough that I would try it again.

This spot has a little bit of everything on the menu. We sat on the patio and loved the cute, relaxed atmosphere. I ordered a smoothie and a half dozen oysters with lemon and vinaigrette. They were creamy, slightly salty, and delicious. For my main, I had the steak frites with chimichurri and aioli. The steak was perfectly seasoned and the rosemary fries were a standout. My sister ordered the pasta del mar, which was buttery and well seasoned, though a bit spicier than expected which we didn't love

The food was great!! The table setting needed to be a little more space between each other. The waiter seemed like he was bored or he was new came late to get our order and we had to call him over through our meal for water refill

Nice breakfast spot with biiiig plates. We were stuffed. While the spot is small, im sure the employees make due with that they have available to them. The food was really good, I just think that an upgrade to the furniture and some decor, this could be the top if not 1 of the stops spots on Venice Beach front.

Had high hopes for this place as everyone who I spoke to said that it’s a great spot to visit. First off we went 2 times because the salmon tostadas were amazing a must get when you are there. The spicy margarita is a bit above average tasty but nothing to write home about. Now for the discrepancy both times we went we had the same hostess who treated us/made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. A bit snarky for no reason! Again only reason we came back a 2nd time was the food because the initial service was not it.

Old, decrepit exterior. The bathroom is difficult to access. Experience with a waiter was unpleasant as he was rude for no reason. Small food selection for breakfast, especially if you're fasting. They automatically added a 20% tip to the bill. Also a 2% charge for "benefits"? Overall an unplesant experience. Will not be coming here again.
