The Hampton Social Rooftop

The crab/shrimp appetizer was excellent and among the best as the dish could be. The lobster roll was great but on the expensive end. Over all I very much enjoyed the food, which rarely happens in the food desert called USA. So this is a rare 5 I give. The sliced shrimp was soft and sweet — happens really too rarely in this country. The olive oil sprayed was also high quality - I could taste the Mediterranean sun.

Such a charming spot! We loved the cozy ambiance, great music, delicious food, and attentive service. Our server was wonderful, and the tempura fried fish sandwich was outstanding. The polenta and beet salad are definite must-tries. It’s also a perfect place to capture some cute photos! Just a heads-up—an automatic gratuity is included in the bill.

First time in Nashville for a birthday and had a group brunch. We were sat 25 mins late past our reservation but the staff was very kind and gave the table a few plates of appetizers as an apology. It was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated as we were all very hungry. The croissant egg sandwich with pork belly was amazing - highly recommend. Large portion of pork belly. My husband ordered the wagyu burger which tasted good as well. I would come back as the food was good and the staff were friendly and hospitable.

First time here. Wonderful experience, location, venue, service, and food were all outstanding! Our one less than perfect score is attributed to the dining room was exceptionally cold with air blowing on us when we first arrive. But once we said something briefly to the staff, it was immediately corrected! Great service will definitely be coming back.

Came here for a relaxing Monday lunch with mom. We weren’t really hungry and started with two rounds of drinks. Highly recommend the Hampton Frose. Our server was nice and attentive. For food, we both had the lobster roll manhattan style, which had really good flavor and very tasty buttery bread. Overall, this is definitely one of the top three dining experiences in Nashville.

My daughter and I always enjoy having brunch here! The prices have gone up a bit and there is automatic gratuity but I still recommend as a Nashville Native. We had the calamari 9/10. The Brussel sprouts 10/10, the lobster roll was 7/10 it wasn’t as flavorful and we ordered manhattan style and it was like warm, the Parmesan struggle fries a 8/10 as they weren’t very hot either but good in flavor. Expresso martini was 10/10!! I got mine with tequila.

I can’t recommend The Hampton Social in Nashville enough. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was gorgeous and welcoming. What truly made our visit unforgettable was our amazing waitress, Kamryn S (aka Kam). Kam greeted us with the biggest smile every time she came to our table. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs throughout the entire meal. She went above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations not only for the menu but also for fun things to do around Nashville during our trip. Her energy and kindness truly made the experience special. And the food? Absolutely incredible. We tried the warm lobster, crab, and shrimp rolls and they were all perfection. Rich, buttery, flavorful, and cooked to excellence. It’s the kind of meal you don’t forget. Between the delicious food, beautiful ambiance, and Kam’s exceptional service, The Hampton Social has definitely become a must visit spot for us. If you go, do yourself a favor and ask for Kam. She’s a gem!

Lobster roll was incredible. As were the crab and shrimp apps. The monkey bread was amazing. Staff was awesome. Highly recommend!

Came for dinner while in Nashville. Our server was great. Very friendly and attentive. Weren’t really hungry. Got martini, flank steak, and spicy pasta in vodka sauce with added shrimp. Spicy pasta in vodka sauce was the best. Steak frites were a bit over cooked from medium rare. I get it though, too thin to get it right. Overall great location and service was great.

We were celebrating a bday. They only had one waiter for the out side we patio, it toke a while to get a drink and they were not food end it having a beer. Went we wanted to pay the tablet was changing and extra fee. We asked the waiter for the bill to get it right. We made it fun with other table that was there and they were also drinking beer.

The food was really good. We got a Cesar Salad and added chicken to it in addition to the calamari. Calamari was really good and fresh. I appreciate that within the calamari there were some tempura of vegetables and lemon. The tempura lemon slices were a surprisingly nice touch and tasted very good with the calamari. Additionally, the Caesar salad was really good. I will say that adding Chicken was quite overpriced in my opinion. It was about $8 to add 1/3 of a chicken breast to the salad. The $8 would have been justified if it was an entire chicken breast, but the amount of chicken was not worth the price in my opinion. Our server was extremely nice as well. I wish I could recall his name, but he was a slightly taller than average white guy with a tattoo on his left arm.

I dined on 1/8/26 at the bar on the first floor. I forgot the bartenders name but he was great and very attentive. His bar back was also very sweet. Kudos to them! Food was delicious but they made my experience so pleasant!

Went for my sister’s birthday. We liked the new experience. enjoyed the rooftop its loud but fun if you’d like to go to the main restaurant that would be downstairs it’ll be much more quiet and calm. I’d that what you prefer it all depends on the mood your on. Enjoyed the drinks Bloody Mary was all right but we had fun which that was the main reason we had went

The food was amazing! The service left a lot to be desired. The server took our order, stopped by once to ask if things were alright and didn’t come back until she saw us gathering our things to leave. We could’ve used refills during our meal and a to go box but we did without both because she was nowhere to be seen. That being said, I’d still go back again because the food was that good and the ambiance was very calming and elegant.

My first time here and I loved the atmosphere! So cute! Just an elevated casual spot. My waiter was so nice and helped recommend food and drinks. I had the salmon and it was delicious!

One of the best restaurants in Nashville. It is a very versatile establishment. We were seated on the ground floor which had a more relaxed atmosphere with chilled live music. However, the rooftop is more lively with a DJ if you want that vibe. The decor was very pretty in a classy coastal style. All of my friends really enjoyed their food. I had the Maine lobster roll with truffle fries. The roll was garlicky, buttery and soft with tender lobster. The fries were flavourful and had just the right amount of crispiness. Everything about the meal was perfect. The cocktails were unique and special but all delicious.

Everything was so delicious and our sever - Cassie was very sweet, helpful and punctual. We had a blast!

I came to Nashville on a trip and this restaurant called my attention. The service was great, the food was excellent with great flavors and the drinks were amazing as well!! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to visit

The Brussels sprouts were not like pictured. It did not have the goat cheese like in the photo looks like we had a small smear of it. But the rest of the brunch was great the service and atmosphere.

Lunch time for a relaxed bite. The menu all looks delicious hard to choose,I went with the lobster grilled cheese and tomato soup a staple favorite of mine. So delicious! The inside was just such a cute experience

the hampton social was by far my favorite experience in a restaurant! my twin sister and i have a severe seafood allergy and our server was super accommodating to us and reassured us many times about the food menu! Josie asked all the right questions about my allergy and made us feel comfortable and aware about cross contamination. she’s the first server in my life that made me feel this way and it’s greatly appreciated we got to order our food and we’re very satisfied!!

Might wife and I had dinner at Hampton Social prior to going to see Teddy's Swim's concert across the street at the amphitheater. Hampton had live music, delicious food, good drinks, and fast/friendly service. It was a great start to our date night. We started off with the Brussel sprout appetizer which was amazing. Crispy, well seasoned, and paired with delicious warm goat cheese. My wife ordered the warm lobster roll. She really enjoyed it and I enjoyed the bite she gave me. LOL. I ordered the steak and fries. The steak was little overcooked above the medium rare I asked so it was a little tough but still flavorful. I will be back with the rest of my family at some point.

Absolutely stunning space with even more incredible food. I got the smash burger and truffle Mac and cheese and it was divine. Nice and air conditioned for these crazy summer months and their rooftop bar was exquisite. I also got a blue raspberry sprite mocktail which was delicious. I highly recommend coming here for dinner time but definitely make a reservation as it’s very popular (rightfully so!). I will absolutely be coming back here on my next trip to Nashville.

Coming for music and happiness. Encountering the free white sailing style. Interior design expresses minimalism with rich design elements. The sweetness of crab meat and the freshness of salad blend with the softness of bread. With one bite, it felt as if a tired person had instantly fallen into a comfortable sofa. Tuna provides ample room for both salty and light seasonings. Prawn cracker are crispy and powerful. It's hard for you to stop. Beef can be softer. Clams soup can be less rich. In short, if the air conditioning wasn't too cold, staying here that afternoon and admiring the riverside scenery outside the window, everything would have been beautiful.

Ciera was our waitress and was great. I gave her three options to select for me for brunch and she Surprise me with the spicy vodka pasta, and it was delicious!

Lovely lunch at the Hamptons Social. The server was personable and available. The restaurant is clean and the food was good. The restaurant is a bit loud. They also held our luggage for us while we ate. The restaurant has a split the bill QR code that was incredibly convenient for our group. They have a gluten free pizza option as well. Went to the rooftop after lunch and had fun relaxing on the couches with cocktails!

Fantastic all-around - from the chic atmosphere to the food and drinks, everything was spot on. Service was attentive and friendly, and the vibe makes you want to linger. Definitely a place I’d return to again and again.

Beautiful experience for visitors. A bit pricy and on the higher end, but the food, views and environment made it a great way to start our Nashville visit. It was all exceptional! We celebrated a family member turning 21 and this was just our first stop for our mini vacation. We all would highly recommend it.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a very enjoyable dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a meal. The menu offered a nice variety of options, and the food I ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was served on time and that I felt well taken care of. Overall, the restaurant provided a satisfying mix of good food, pleasant ambiance, and reliable service that made the visit memorable.

Great service and food... the tuna tartar is really good for a couple to share, a party of 4 would need 2. Nice taro chips were good on their own after the tartar was gone, steak frites was very good but they do slice the steak which cools it down so ask for it kept whole to maintain any heat. Lots of fries with that too but no veggie so the sweet honey Brussels appetizer made a good side for 2. The shrimp tacos were good soft flour tacos. Jalapeños and chili sauce were requested to be on the side. Service was attentive and friendly for a busy Friday night. Nice coastal ambiance but does get noisy when busy. Steps only to the 2nd and 3rd floors but does have an elevator for handicapped, which I needed. Will return again!

A bit noisy, but it's a social. Good food, ok service, if not a little slow. The chicken and waffle was great as was the avocado toast. My partner enjoyed the mimosa. A little confusing at the beginning when they asked what drink we would like. Two different people did this and apparently we ended up with sparkling water. Good thing for them I actually like sparkling water. It's $9 ,btw. The best part is you can pay your bill without waiting for your server. So, you can leave when you want. We didn't have to wait for a table, but it was pretty packed. You probably want to get a reservation.

This place is absolutely adorable in the way it’s decorated—from the pink floral wall downstairs to the lights and streamers upstairs. The food was really good and the staff were very attentive. My only critique is that the prices were a bit on the higher side

food was really good and the place was very nice! definitely lived up to our expectations. the only critiques we had were the lobster roll bun was just a little too oily and the calamari should have came with a bit more calamari than veggies for the price. other than that the service was decent, it did feel like it took a while before our server took our order but once she did she consistently came back to check on us and bring us more water. i would definitely recommend the salmon and the lobster roll. also note - there is a parking garage next door (no signs for restaurant parking) and they will validate your parking so it is cheaper.

I love their holiday movie series. We went for Halloween and Christmas, and can't for the Valentines series. Food and drinks are pricey, but the experience makes up for it.

Don’t believe the hype. We had quite an underwhelming experience here. We got here on a Friday evening around 9pm and was pleased to get sat down immediately. Our waitress allowed us to have the cutest booth. It wasn’t packed at all. I had the salmon dinner for $30+ and my partner got the steak and frites for $40+. Both were just ok at best. Nothing life changing and the portion was quite meek along with the flavor. I appreciate them accommodating us without a reservation on a busy night, but I can see why people weren’t fighting to get in. You can get a more delicious and economical meal at the food hall down the street or perhaps even a food truck on Broadway. The highlight of this place is the nautical decor. I’ll never be back. Our waitress being so nice wasn’t enough to look past the lackluster meals they offer. We felt like this meal wasn’t worth our money. Way overpriced to be dissatisfied. This is perfect for a bachelorette party for the decor and generic American food options to satisfy a group with various tastes.

Parking garage is located next door. After you scan the QR code in the parking lot, proceed to the hostess table to get your 50% discount before completing your transaction. We were here on a Sunday afternoon for brunch. It was packed and extremely noisy- you could not have a conversation and the waitress misunderstood our order. A musician was performing and it made it even more noisy. The fish sandwich was swimming in mayo. The chips were crispy but not made fresh today. The crab avocado stack with taro chips was delicious but it is back on the menu for a limited time. They automatically charge 18% gratuity. When you scan the QR code at the table to pay out, you must also add an additional small tip before proceeding and then you are charged a fee to use that platform. This is more of a trendy place to drink chocolate martinis and be seen rather than a place for a meal. If this is what you’re looking for, then you might like this place.

The design of this restaurant is gorgeous and our waitstaff was pleasant. The amount that you are paying for when it comes to the food is my only concern. My Lobster Roll and Parm Truffle fries, along with a sweet tea ended up being $65. That is overpriced for the value. Additionally, there are additional charges for paying via a QR code which adds to the cost. I don’t mind paying for fine dining but these are fine dining prices for mid-grade food. Just a very honest assessment.

Atmosphere and drinks were great! The food was just meh. We got the burger with fries. Burger could use some pepper or seasoning and fries were boring. Additionally, I've never been to a restaurant where they pre-apply a 18% service fee (for the establishment/waiter) and expect a tip on top of that! Like why? Raise your prices if you can't afford to pay expenses. 🤷‍♀️ Was excepting better based on the 4.9 review on Google.

Beautifully decorated with live music that was not loud. There was no one at the host stand and it took a little bit before someone arrived. The Parmesan truffle fries were amazing, but the lobster roll was super fishy. The server didn’t even acknowledge that something was wrong with it. She asked if we were done. We told her we did not want another one. There was not much of an apology. The server was friendly though. The drinks are a little small for the price, and are overloaded with ice. The old fashioned had small chunks of ice instead of the one block cube like it’s supposed to so it dilutes the drink.
