Food is always delicious, and the staff, so we'll trained and friendly. There is always a good amount of laughter heard in the dining room. Good vibe there and tender moist chicken!

Good food, reasonable prices, OUTSTANDING service. I don't know what Chick-fik-a does to their employees or puts in their water cooler, but whatever it is, it works. The Customer Service here is over the top good. I know that it is not accidental, because it has happened more then once, at more than one store. This is NOT what would would expect from. Fast Food restaurant. Had a chicken sandwich, which was good, and very reasonably priced, (under $9 with a drink and frys) Chick-fil-A, come for the chicken, stay for the wonderful customer service

Chick-fil-A is nothing short of AWESOME at all levels. The people working there (taking our order, making the food, keeping the place clean, etc.), food quality, friendliness of the staff, and everything inbetween. Absolutely love Chick-fil-A!!

Great and warm service. Danny (the operator) only hires and keeps the people who are determined to work hard at this Chick Fil-A location. The premises are well maintained, the environment inside the restaurant feels like a fine diner rather than a typical fast food location, the employees make you feel happy at the counter, the food is usually consistent, the restrooms are clean and tidy, and the food is brought to your table rather quickly. Any problems you have can be taken with any employee and they will cooperate with you until your problem is solved. I am and will remain a regular customer here. Everyone DROP the contreversy the head of Chick Fil-A has caused with homosexuals and what-not. NONE of that discrimination takes place anywhere on the grounds and people who gave this place a bad review without even visiting, I suggest you change your review until you've actually tried it.

The food was made correctly, plus fresh and hot. All the employees were very friendly and helpful too. I had the sweet tea this trip but it didn't taste like it usually does. They were a little busy so I forgot to mention it but I should have.

Can't say enough about the young individuals that work at Chick-Fil-A franchises, always friendly always helpful and polite. If you dine in there's always a clean table to enjoy your meal at. Restrooms are always clean.

Honestly, I know this is fast food...but it doesn't feel like it...the employees here are like the best...not just one...all of them. We go here as a treat like one or twice a month - but seriously, the thing I most like is that employees are polite and they care (and they show you they care) about your dining experience... And all I'm doing is getting one of their chick-fil-a sandwich (it's a chicken sandwich ...pretty good by the way). But seriously, 5 stars doesn't do it justice. Just go.

Chick-fil-A is perhaps one of few fast food restaurants in America that is consistent with food quality and order accuracy. The staff are friendly, and the ordering process is easy and timely. Not to mention, Chick has a great rewards program too. The food is always tasty and I never had issues with my orders (dine-in, online, or drive thru).

And finally, the food was pretty bomb - I got their Spicy Chicken sandwich, which was delicious; so flavorful and well-cooked, and i was even quite happy with their criss cut fries. All in all, really wish they had they had these in Canada!

This is far from my home but very close to my job so when I started coming to get lunch and breakfast from this place the employees were very kind every time I showed up. I do not prefer that breakfast at all but that is just a personal taste bud problem. I prefer my English muffins and my tortillas to be a little more moist and soft otherwise I love coming here

We ordered take away lunch for a group of 30 kids at tge Novato, CA location. The manager, Shino was exceptionally helpful in allowing us to place our lunch order before lunch hours. The staff helped carry it to my vehicle, and they provided enough condiments for us.

Quality chicken, grilled or fried on buns, strips, nuggets in many dipping sauces. This place is fast with a drive thru or walk in. Service staff is friendly. Price is moderate and a good place to get chicken. Not open on Sunday's. I recommend trying the frosted lemonade. Like a milkshake but lighter and lemon taste. I go for these sometimes. The place is clean and restrooms are clean also.

Nice! I'm astounded by the caring & thoughtful service Raphael gave my family yesterday. He noticed someone coughing & gave her honey to calm it. He recommended a new sauce that was excellent. He stopped by our table twice to check in. And, the restaurant was beautifully decorated with flowers on all tables & a nice bookshelf. Children's play area was clean & fun.

Clean Comfortable and food is actually not bad for fast food. More healthier options than I expected. Try the grilled chicken club sandwich and chick n strips and nuggets. My favorite sauces were the honey BBQ and the ranch. Love the fact that they try and make everything in house for freshness. Employees are nice and friendly. The only dark cloud I see with this chain is that the chicken is highly processed with antibiotics but they are trying to change that. I will definitely be back ! Thanks

So excited to get drive thru during a rainy day road trip. The food was popping hot and stayed fresh as we drove nearby to charge the car. The line was moving smoothly with an attendant outside, near the board but before we ordered, it was odd that he moved away, and into the rain For me, it makes more sense to be next to the menu so I can know exactly what I want and have an easier time if I add on more items Instead, it seems he was told to stand in the rain but there was no backup flow of cars or anything. It wasn’t ideal for us ordering and I don’t know why anyone would force someone with no rain gear to stand in steady rain fall.

Chick Fil A in Novato has a smaller parking lot adjoined to Moylans. During peak hours, parking could be difficult. Drive thru is easily accessible from entrance, staff are waiting with tablets to take your order. Friendly and knowledgeable about all items on MENU. No hassles when asking for a reasonable amount of extra sauce or other condiments. I ordered Parfait with granola, fried nuggets, Cobb salad with grilled chicken (substituted for fried) and a berry frosty. Everything was delicious.

Never did I think I could be "blown away" by a fast food chain but I'm glad I made a point of seeing what all the hype was about whilst on my trip. I'll say this - THEY AIN'T LYIN'!! Well, I've gots to admit that, it wasn't, Salty like 1 of their competitors ‼️‼️ Let's face the facts.... It's, chicken & there's lots of ways to serve chicken. What I did set these guys from the others is that you can, Substitute the "Meal" fries with other choices. Such as... Mac & Cheese, Kale, (if that's your thing) & sorry but I've forgotten some others. My boss got a, sandwich meal & said he got very full to the stomach. I went with sump'in smaller but, I was satisfied. 4 Stars because... Dining inside was still unavailable. (may be under County regulations) I simply dunno 🤷‍♂️⁉️🤷‍♂️

They are very slow. The drive through took thirty minutes and we were trapped so we couldn't back out of it. The food however was good. I don't know if it was worth waiting thirty minutes for though lol. I like their sauces.

Though I think they are pressured to be over the top friendly and it comes off that way. I hope their corporate team relaxes a little bit. Their employees take pride in their work. I had concerns going here because of the company's stance on LGBTQ+; however I was overruled. The grilled chicken sandwich deluxe is the way to go. It was moist and the calorie count is better compared to the other sandwiches. I also had the grilled chicken tenders which was also delish. There is on room dining so we had to eat in the car. My lunch companions were all over their ice water which apparently is the best.

I'm not big fast-foodie but I needed a quick bite. Stopped in their drive thru for chicken strips. Not sure who I had the pleasure of speaking to on the intercom but she couldn't have been more pleasant and seemed all around happy. That's not something you come across these days and certainly not working at a drive thru. The guy at the window was great too. A+ for customer service! Especially when that line was out the parking lot. You guys are doing a great job. The chicken was pretty good too. ☺

Great Cobb Salad with a variety of dressings. A meal provides a generous portion to share. Recommend you check your lemonade for the appropriate syrup. When super busy, often the sweetener is left out for a very tart drink

So first time at Chick-fil-A ever. 10 year old pleaded and we were in a hurry. We ordered an 8 piece nugget and a #8 meal. There was a bit of a snafu as that was interpreted as 2 8 piece nuggets. But quickly solved ,they left the extra nuggets in the bag and we were out the door. Glad the mistaken nuggets were left as my wrap sandwich, the number #8, was dry and blah. Even when I used the avocado ranch dressing. Kept getting a mouthful of wrap. The nuggets however were very tasty and juicy. They were quite salty and balanced out the not salty at all waffle fries. So, service quick and on it. The nuggets were very good. Will pass on the wrap. Of note the building itself is a LEED certified green building. That is nice! The dining area was clean and full, but still had a table or two.

Chick fil a always has great service and this place was no different. The employees were nice and as efficient as they could be given the high traffic. My only complaint is that their drive through is not designed well. Because of the way it's laid out, there's high traffic and it moves VERY slowly. Other than that, everything else was great! Would recommend.

I like Chick-fil-A, I love the Breakfast biscuits with Chicken 🐔. I have been eating them since I was about 14 years old (I am 42 now). The main complaint I have regarding the Novato CA franchise, is the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get through the drive through. They have such a line, that the. Original entrance to the drive 🚙through has been 🚧 blocked off!? Cars must now enter from the next business, where the line (from my experience), is most definitely 5/8 cars 🚙🚗🛻🚐🚛🚕....long. To put it simply... Don't go if you are really pressed for ⏳time. Even ordering ahead isn't much help. However if you want a tasty alternative to Mc.or 🍔👑 and your not on a short break. Then your in luck❗ 💰 Prices are not bad either.,, 🙋 .

I ordered a grilled chicken burger but the bun kept falling apart, I didn't want lettuce so I got charged extra for a small tomatoe slice & 2 small pieces of round pickle. Got a fruit cup. Tender sweet chicken. Just a little too oily. Hot criss cross cut fried potatoes just not totally cooked crisp as to be soggy. Sweet tea as ordered food. Try as I may I think the 4 piece strips meal is really over priced (just under $10.) for what you get. Service was quick and efficient. Order taker was hard to understand as he was muttering when I walked up and during the process. Order should be repeated back to customer. Because I ordered a 3 piece of #4 meal. I paid for a 4x4 and that is was what I recieved. I stuck my credit card into machine and had already paid, when I realized it was for a larger meal. Be careful when ordering as this was the second.

I went into the restaurant - not the drive thru. Great chicken burgers, good fries, tasty shakes, clean restaurant. Overall good service. I ordered online on the app. Two issues: Issue 1: they did not add my requested sauces to the order. Maybe they put the sauce on the burgers when they made them, but I would have wanted them separated out in the order in their containers. Issue 2: on the app they promoted a free burger to get me to use the app. At checkout, on the app, when pre-paying - I could not see the free burger offer anywhere. Felt like a bait & switch. One of the servers did help me bring my food out to my car.

It's always yummy but they keep messing up or orders. We went through the drive tru and ordered a couple of sandwiches (one gluten free) and 2 salads. They gave us our order and we were about to leave when noticed the 2 salads were missing so we had to go back for those. We went back home and for the gluten free sandwich they only gave bread and the chicken, and nothing else to assemble it.

Frustrating to have multiple staff milling about the registers but not taking orders while the one open register had a very slow customer. Also frustrating they hide all the condiments behind the counter. Otherwise food was consistent.

I've been to this location a few times and it's pretty inconsistent. Some days it lives up to the Chick Fil A reputation but other days it does not. There is always a long line, and you'd think that means you'd get fresh hot food but nope. This latest visit my fries and chicken sandwich were both lukewarm and clearly sitting out for a while. I've been to several California Chik Fil A locations and this one ranks the lowest, in my opinion.

Today must have been an off night. First of all, it smelled like wet dog when walking in. We admittedly walked in at 9:55pm when they close at 10. They took our order for take-out only. No sooner had we walked to the car and sat down when realized we had fried chicken nuggets when we asked for grilled. They did answer the door and offered to check if they had some grilled chicken left and the kitchen was closed. $20 for a check nuggets meal that my kid won’t eat because it is fried and too salty. Normally we love Chick-fil-a bc my other kiddo has celiac and they have a dedicated fryer but today was a massive disappointment on many levels.

We love breakfast at CFL, but this store has no outside seating (Starbuck's .3 miles away does), they won't let you add extras like honey on the app, and they are not friendly. Don't bother going to this store.

If you are doing carry out make sure you check that you have the correct amount of food before you leave. They have completely forgotten multiple items of mine back to back. They do then give you the correct amount but it really shouldn't be the customers job to make sure they get all of what they paid for. Plus it just waists the employees time and your own time.

I’ve eaten at Chic Filet ,Novato Ca several times in the past. Satisfied with the quality of “fast food” chicken sandwiches. However,this time the chicken sandwich was very dry. I have to smother the sandwich with mayonnaise in order to eat and swallow the dry chicken. Perhaps I got the dry one at random. I paid for the sandwich and left. It will be a long time before I eat here again. The service was good. They bring the food to your table. Unusual to bring sandwich to you at a fast food restaurant.

They were so slow at getting out orders... It was silly. They messed up literally every order before us, which was making other customers really agitated... And then they dropped out milkshake on the ground -- so it had to be remade. It took us almost 20 minutes to get a small milkshake. It was terrible.

It was 9am, was told lunch menu would 15 min to make. So I just got breakfast. 20 min later, my food came out? This was my first experience with Chickfila, and the food was bland. The sauces they offer are nice, but don't make up the lack of flavor. They seemed really concerned with getting Doordash orders out, but me, no sorry, or a hey your food will be out in a minute. I just keep thinking, oh this is my order, as they would just keep passing it to people who literally just walked in the door. Poor service, poor food, and was a complete waste of my time. There are no shitfila's by me so that's good!

I have been a regular here for the last year. And when I say regular I mean at least once a week. Tonight was the first time I was disappointed. The kid at the drive-through was bad. Wasn't paying attention, wasn't nice. Forgot stuff I asked for. Even the manager or lead looked at me at some point when I was talking to the kid and he wasn't paying attention. I know I came at 9.47pm and it's close to closing time but you are open til 10pm and this means you offer good customer service til 10pm. And it wasn't even a busy night. And then the food. I was impressed by how fast my order was ready. Chicken was dry and coldish. It's been clearly sitting for a good amount of time. It looked and tasted like Kentucky fried chicken. Salad was ok. But the kid forgot the dressing that I asked for when paying. Sad to have this experience and to loose time leaving this review.

We’ve now been to this location four times. Each time, the garbage cans are so full. You can’t throw anything out. The kids play zone smells and is dirty. But the real kicker is this- we found hair in our food (for some reason it’s always the salad) twice in our four visits! Sometimes I get my children macaroni. The portion size is laughable. And then I have gotten the scramble bowl in the morning and it’s not even half full. Portions need to be proportionate to the price that we pay as consumers. I like Chick-fil-A as a company, but I will go elsewhere from now on because this location is the worst managed location I’ve ever had the unfortunate pleasure of supporting.

Great food and it always comes out fast. I've been here 4 times and have never gotten everything I ordered. It's printed on the receipt but not physically on the tray every time. Also I've been asked to get up and move twice at different visits so the employees can clean my table or window. It's super weird and makes you feel gross so I just leave.

I've done mobile order several times, and always seem to get small servings of fries. It's too late to do anything because you've already left and gotten to your destination. Check out the photo. That's before even eating one. When you go inside they can't get away with ripping off the customer because you're right there in their face. Other Chick-fil-A locations don't seem to have this issue.

Every time I have been here in the last two years, they have been slow and gotten the order incorrect. The tables are dirty, the bath room is dirty. Trash is piling up. If I was the manager, I would like to know that things are not getting done at this location. The soup was really thick and salty like it had never been diluted. Yuck.

Their bread is crumbly like corn bread with no taste. it fell apart before I could eat it. My tomato I had a woody core. The sauces were weak. $30+ for 3 people too much for this meal. Not going back

Extremely disappointed with the new hours. I ate here religiously (food is great) but reducing service by two hours has made this restaurant COMPLETELY inaccessible for me. Hopefully this is a lesson for them. 8 pm close in their industry is absolutely ridiculous.

Won’t ever come back to this location, it’s very unorganized and for the forth time I think I need to just Learn my lesson and drive to a different location. They always either forget fries or a drink or even one time a whole meal. I earn rewards on the app and always have points the third time I used two of my rewards for a cookie and a median fries, I NEED TO CHECK MY BAG BEFORE I LEAVE! I got home any messing both, then I have to be on the phone with there corporate number to get my points back, it’s a waste of time! I will just be smarter and choose a different location and make sure to double check my bags. You even ask for condiments when you order they ask you, but when you go to pay they don’t put them in the bag then you have to ask again! This location is just a big mess!

We called trying to find a play place open for our 3 year old and we specifically called because we know how much stuff is closed with Covid so we wanted to be sure. We’d already been driving around looking for something for a long time so before we drove the twenty minutes we wanted to be sure. Once we got there it was closed. So we ordered anyway and I told the guy hey like someone that answered the phone is telling people this and he basically told me he literally didn’t care. I said well you just might want to let your team know that it is closed in case they are telling people it’s open. He didn’t say anything just sat there silently till I ordered. No my apologies or any empathy for the situation. Just nothing. Trash piling up, worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. They are known for their customer service and this was worse than McDonalds.

This place used to be great but the service has become terrible! Half the time lately I get the wrong drink. Today I ordered a Cobb salad and ended up with just lettuce and dressing - no chicken! I drove 20 minutes each way to pick up my food. Worst of all, the teenage boys working there were downright unfriendly - borderline rude. I tried to call about my order, but of course nobody is answering the phone. So disappointing.

Worst place to eat in marin the customer service is okay and the food is good but it always smells gross in the dining room. I ordered a spicy sandwich no pickle and there was pickle in my burger so I was disappointed. Another reason why I am giving this a one star review is because the employees in the front at night were just standing around and were on their phones. I feel that employees should not be allowed to have their phones on them while on the clock because it makes it look bad on the restaurant.

Normally we love ChikFilA, the food is good and they are impeccably clean. This location however was filthy. The parking lot had litter everywhere. We went inside to wash our hands before eating and the toilets were clogged, out of toilet paper, and had unknown sticky things inside the toilet paper dispensers. The lobby had trash on the ground that employees were kicking to the sides of the room. We cancelled our order and went down the street to InNOut. If they aren't going to keep the restrooms clean, an area where they know customers will be, why would we think the kitchen would be any cleaner?

Worst chic fil a I’ve ever been too. The place smelled like puke, and the service was terrible, food was cold and stale like it had been sitting on the shelf all day. Never going to this location again. I would leave negative stars if possible.

Please do a better job next time I ordered a chicken sandwich and they didn’t give me no cheese no tomato and lettuce and I wanted it with everything on it and it was plain nothing I even asked for ketchup only and gave me chick fil a sauce not worth paying $20 if they don’t give you what u want !!! Do better next time people drive far away just to get a messed up order like wow ridiculous

Probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever been served at Chick-fil-A. Not sure if it’s just this location or if the entire chain has gone cheap on their chicken but 15 bucks for this completely flat chicken patty is sad

Sad sandwich. Went to try their new Honey Pepper Pimento and was underwhelmed on all fronts. The chicken was flat and small, the peppers were small and sparse, and the pimento was too soupy and barely any of it was on there. It's like they said, "Don't make it like the advertisements at all, we need to stop selling this asap." (The picture of the peppers is after I asked for extra and they gave me 3 more tiny ones, these were the smallest jalapenos I've ever seen!) As usual for this location the employees were super friendly, but the tables weren't clean.
