Great, friendly service. I like the modern items such as the big order display board at the drive thru. They seem to always make the coffees just right - I never need to add extra sugar or anything.
It took me almost 2 months to write this because I was torn between The positive things I wanted to say about the Starbucks manager vs., the sad observation I made about our “community“ that day. five stars for the compassionate manager working the afternoon of November 12, 2021 for being thoughtful and conscientious even though she didn’t know what was going on with me. See, I literally stumbled into Starbucks barely able to walk and bought myself an orange juice just before almost passing out at a table across the room. The young lady who took my order looked completely unfazed but she must’ve either call the manager over or the manager noticed and called 911. I was having a very bad physical reaction to having too much blood drawn at Kaiser, literally across the parking lot. Technically I was going into a prolonged fainting spell. That is scary if it is ever happened to you. A low blood pressure crash can potentially lead to a heart attack which is what it felt like on that day.. I have hypotension (extra low blood pressure ) but for some reason my doctor thought it was OK to let the phlebotomist draw 6 vials of blood (not related to Covid btw). I’m 108lb. Long story short I sat in my car a few minutes after the blood draw, felt OK but decided Drive over to Starbucks for something sweet before heading toward the freeway on ramp, then the world began to spin. Although I did have a mask on I can only imagine what The manager of Starbucks must have thought Considering Covid, so I am extra thankful that she came over! I Stress this part because of what happened before I walked through the door. Id staggered out of my car because I didn’t want to pass out alone and I knew I needed something sweet to drink. As I made my way across the parking lot my knees started to buckle and cannot make it to the front door, so I got myself on to a chair at an outdoor table to catch myself from falling. literally right next to a group of people, must’ve been at least 10, talking laughing having drinks. There was no way to miss me I was breathing heavily, bent over, head on the table nearly collapsed. I was dizzy, nauseous, flashing hot and cold and For whatever reason I couldn’t speak, I couldn’t breathe right and my chest hurt. Not a single person in that group came over to see if I was OK or even call over from a distance to ask if I was OK. It was scary and I felt so totally alone and helpless. I clearly was so not OK. I knew I needed some thing to drink immediately some thing with sugar so I lunged for the door, bent over, knees weak and nearly tripping and go inside. I reached for the first thing I saw which was an orange juice on the refrigerated wall section. I just chugged it before laying my debit card on the counter. The girl at the counter rang me up without batting an eye (how do you do that????). Maybe she thought I was drunk? Longer story short, 911 dispatcher asked the manager to stay with me which she did. It calmed me down which helped my chest to stop hurting and my head to stop swimming. Paramedics came, I was OK, it was embarrassing but that group of people were still there - gawking now. Even if I may have looked like I was intoxicated, no one was curious enough to say “hey are you all right?”. After the paramedics determined I was OK and left. I sat there waiting for my husband at same outdoor table as before, near that same group as before. None of them said anything to me even after watching me get rolled into an ambulance. So If you were at Starbucks 1315 Pinole valley rd., with a large group of “ respectable looking “ people sitting outside at approximately 2 p.m. in the afternoon on November 12, 2021, you’re all real pieces of work.
Excellent customer service! Pay special attention to preparing your beverage correctly! I go there frequently! The manager must be special the crews do a great job!
Besides my drink being absolutely delicious I so appreciate the staff holding up the mask protocol. I witnessed a very rude customer refuse to put a mask on and curse out the staff. The staff kept their cool and even refunded the guy before he left. Thank you for keeping it classy and keeping everyone safe :)
Allllll the Baristas are very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, stylish as ever and down to earth! The place is a great size with lots of indoor seating as well as outdoor seating! It's very clean and they have a nice orderly system for the mobile order pickup as well as a drive thru! An excellent location to say the least, this is a great example of what a Starbuck experience should always be. Keep up the great work guys, we appreciate all you RockStars!!!!

Pretty good service. I come in most mornings to get my coffee. It's never a long wait, and the workers are friendly.
This is a drive thru which is awesome when the baby has fallen asleep in the car. I also pay with my app on my phone and load money fast and easy with the cashier. They will make your coffee for you with sugar and cream if you ask.
Probably the best Starbucks service I've gotten within a 10-mile radius! The baristas are just on top of it and makes your drinks really quick, either drive-thru or walk in! The location's ambiance is really chill too!

I like this location. I've come in from another SB in a different town and asked them to remake my drink. They did. No questions asked. They have always made my drink the way I like it and they are usually pretty fast as well as friendly. I only stopped coming to this location because I moved. It's also clean and roomy.
What can I say, it's Starbucks! Excellent coffees, and non-caffenated drinks and some really great tasting treats. Tis' the time of the season when they bring out some of the tastiest goodies ever. If you haven't tried them please do get one of their Cranberry Bliss Bars or a whole tray of them for the family, they will thank you for thinking of them.
Awesome, were are carmel fraps. I always ask for extra extra extra carmel telling them to put as much on as humanly possible. They never put enough on. This time they did. They made our order better than I ever imagined. It took a little longer than it should have cause for whatever reason instead of making two at the same time he made one put it out then started doing something else and then made the second one. I'd definitely recommend this location
Starbucks is always great expect it was peak hours and there were pretty less staff so we had to wait 30 min for our 2 drinks!

It's a typical menu.A Starbucks but a small place, limited seating .looked clean . Needed help with their Wi-Fi employees knew nothing about WI-FI. Another patron helped me.
Lately some server have had some issues since I personally have experienced that the order product was not delivered accordingly. I think has happened more than twice and honestly they have to review who is doing what and who is working on getting this issues resolved. The point is not to get something free. If you messtop my order and I am not able to get back because whatever the reason might be then on the next visit fix it!!!! But do not argue that you were not in that shift, your name is not here, state that you are sorry but....... The right thing to do is re-make the order (drink) and if the customer is investing more time on waiting for your mistake then accept the write up. We should be passing the claim to the store manager not expecting a remake but, may be a write up for the employee. Is not a better thing to do? Since lately after they messed up my drinks they direct me to say ma name on my next visit so they will make me the right one free but it has not worked at all!! I am tired of playing their game!!! So, let us began the new strategy and see if the owner would like the turn around!!!! Keep checking...... I will be back....
Expediently got our drinks, and the staff was friendly and respectful. A little confusing that this is a location though. Given that it's in a Kaiser parking lot, it's a little farfetched that instead of using the limited space available for other much needed medical specialties, it is leased instead to a company that doesn't really run parallel to the ideologies of western medicine....would be a 4 star review if not for the location.
Went through the drive-thru The person and the window didn't seem to be paying terribly much attention Then when we got our order a whole drink was wrong. A coffee was ordered in a hot chocolate was given. We had to park and return to get the replacement
This is a very convenient location but I almost never have a good experience at this location. Drive through is the worst in respect to customer service and just getting the drinks right. They are always out of something (food item, sweetener...) Hercules San Pablo location or Pinile Fitzgerald drive through are much better options.
Only way this one got 3 stars was the very nice lady that took my order and help me figure out what happen to my drink. This was a nice set up and staff moved fast but the disconnect was way to many people. And my issue is with to many people will cause mass confusion. Order waited there for a good 10 mins.. finally went up and got my drink by asking now I would assume is the management..do better.

Beautiful, elaborate display of pastries that they do not have in stock. I asked the clerk if they would be taking the out-of-stock pastries off the display, and she said she would. Then, she did not. Recommend skipping this Starbucks.
Came to pick up my app order, arrived at 7p. Door locked! The girl in the gray shirt with cat eye liner on proceeds to try and talk to me through the door yet you’re next to the counter… how can I hear you! She then goes to the opposite door on the other end and proceeded to yell at me that I need to go to the drive-thru because their closed. Why couldn’t you come to the door where I’m standing at and tell me that. So, unprofessional and lack of customer service skills! I guess it would’ve been too much for you to go get my one item of coffee and hand it to me through the door. So, I had to go through drive-thru where you don’t even verify through anything other than a name that I’m picking up a order. Again, I’m trying to figure out where is the customer service skills that! So, since you wanna be rude to me I’ll do the same! If you’re gonna have management in these establishments please make sure they are trained and they understand what customer service means. Apparently, this is new management because I have not dealt with this level of unprofessionalism at this location. By the way the app says you close at 7:30, update your app so therefore it says in store closes at 7p and drive-thru closes at 7:30 it’s not rocket science!
Absolutely too slow. It doesn't matter whether you use the drive-through, mobile order, or walk in, this is one of the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Today, after not using this Starbucks for over a year, I placed a mobile order. I couldn't remember why I stopped using the Starbucks that is, literally, on my way to the freeway. I placed my order at 8:55am, drove down the street, and went inside. At 9:10 they still hadn't even started the order (it was 1 Americano... probably the simplest drink to make aside from a regular, drip coffee). I'd been standing there for 12 minutes, watching new customers walk in, place an order, and leave with their drink/food while my order hadn't even been looked at. There was no one in the drive through and no line inside. 2 other mobile customers were standing there for close to 15 minutes until we all started asking if they were going to make our orders. I asked, the barista had no idea what I was talking about, so I left. As I was leaving he barely mumbled my last name (I guess he didn't really want to make a drink for me) and I kept going. At that point I remembered why I stopped going to a Starbucks I can actually walk to from my house for over a year. And I won't be going there again. Asinine customer service, to say the least.

The guy was very rude ... when I placed my order I had asked for a venti iced macchiato and usually they ask if you want hot or cold and which he didn’t ask also I had forgotten too mention and he made a hot one . When he was about too give it too me , I was like oh I wanted a iced one and he was showing me so much attitude! I was even going too take the hot one but then made me not even want too buy anything! I've been going to this Starbucks now for over four years, 5 mornings a week. The drive-up teller even know what I order most of the time. This morning I showed up and no one answered the drive-up menu. So pulled up to the window and honked my horn. A young girls opens the window and says, we don't open until 4:30. I look at my watch and it's 4:27. I said it's 4:27, you can't start me a coffee 3 minute early? She said no, we don't open until 4:30, then proceeded to say I need to continue opening up and closed the window on me. Well, I'm sure I can find some where else to start buying my morning coffee.
Poor customer service. It wasn’t packed at all and still made my drink very poorly. Hardly any whip cream and I received half of my drink. They even forgot my drink in the blender for over 20 minutes after waiting. They’re very lazy when it comes to making the drinks especially when it wasn’t even packed. They forgot about my drink and I received it all watered down.
This review is based on two different experiences a week apart: 5/8/25 and 5/15/25. For some reason I got very poor service on both visits; I am openly gay, so I suspect that the barista is homophobic. On 5/8 I watched the barista make my drink and then pour it down the drain! I just could not believe it! I thought maybe that was someone else's drink, so I waited and waited and waited. Finally an employee asked me what I was waiting for, and I told them; they had to look up the order in the computer, and then the barista seemed to argue about it (I could not hear what they were saying). The barista finally made my drink, but he acted like he did not want to do it. On 5/15 I had to wait an unusually long time for my order because the barista was not doing his job -- he was gossiping with the other employees; it seemed that he purposely turned his back to me, so he would not see me trying to get his attention; I finally got the order about 15 minutes later than usual.
This place need new management. I should have paid more attention of more than 10 people standing around waiting for coffee. 20 minutes of wait for coffee in the lobby!! And when I finally ask for my refund the barista inform me it's 27 min average time for coffee! This WA customer made other customers want their money back, well???
Horrible experience! Customer service was nonexistent, after waiting 30 minutes for coffee,I checked to see what was going on. After a few moments of checking white lady with glasses and brown hair said she is making my order. Everyone else got their order even after me. When I asked her again she was so rude and said she even don’t know my order. Such a racist lady I have ever met.Quite possibly the worst Starbucks location I have visited.
Horrible experience! Customer service was nonexistent, after waiting 10 min for breakfast sandwich, I checked to see what was going on. After a few moments of checking they said they were out of what I ordered. I chose the replacement as “double bacon” but was served undercooked bacon. I had to remove and throw straight into trash was able to eat the egg. Quite possibly the worst Starbucks location so have visited.
Just went through drive-through on a busy Sunday late morning. Placed an order and got to the window and it was wrong. She was very rude and told me what she heard but it wasn't what I ordered. She was defensive and offered no apology. I didn't want to argue and just took the drink but I will use my mobile app from now on or go to a different Starbucks.

The coffee making is great. Baristas are friendly. But this is the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I don’t think they even own a broom/mop. The floor is disgusting. The store has spiderwebs everywhere (inside and outside). I think they gave up on cleaning. Even though they’re closest to me, I frequent a further Starbucks because of how dirty this one is. Update: Even now when they have less tables out (pandemic) and the floor is seen more, they still won’t sweep the floor. It’s gross to see.
Yeah I don't feel like paying 7 bucks for half a beverage anymore it was like 2" of cold foam. Just going to leave this reminder to go to Pete's from now on. Save your money people.

To help my wife pay I gave him a gift card worth $3.30 and a five dollar bill to cover the rest. He said thank you for the tip, threw the five into the tip box and demanded $2.45 more to cover the cost. What a way to treat an elderly couple. After leaving the drive through we saw no straw even. I had to go inside to get a straw and my wife insisted I not start a ruckus. Wish I did, because the dragon drink marked grande was regular and mostly ice. BEWARE this awful location.
