Literally I always go for them authentic Mexican restaurants and this is basically one the closest one to my job so went ahead and gave it a shot. There fries are so good and mid crunchy with good seasoning, there quesadillas are amazing all on the menu. There lemonade taste like real lemonade no (Minute Maid). I love this place!!! Y’all keep it up who ever is cooking all this good stuff does a good job

I tried this for the first time yesterday. It was a tiny bit pricey however I had a quesadilla with extra queso in it which cost a dollar extra. However, it was worth it. I had a cheese chicken onion quesadilla with black bean spread and queso. I got the fresh red salsa for dipping on the side. It was packed pretty full, and very tasty. It was a good hearty meal for the money that I spent. I got that and a small Coke which after tax came to a total of $8.10. But the extra queso in the quesadilla drove that up by a dollar. So it would have been about $7 for the quesadilla and small drink. The staff were well-educated and new the tastes of the different meats and toppings, as well as what might go good together and what might not. It was clean and comfortable wistful drink lids ketchups straws condiments napkins. Really hard to find anything difficult to say about Dilla's. So, needless to say, I enjoyed it and I hope you will too.

Omg I LOVE YOU THIS PLACE!!!! Their quesadilla’s are amazing!!!!! And the Cashier Angie is so nice!!! And the cook A.D is very accommodating and awesome!!! I recommend this place to everyone!!! Also I'm a vegetarian and it has a black bean spread very filling!!!

I built my own dilla and glad I did. This quesadilla was one of the best I've had. It wasn't greasy and soggy but crispy and full of all the flavors I added to it. Don't forget the hatch queso and fries. Fry seasoning is awesome.

Nice tacobell size dine in place with drive thru. The menu is simple and the food is good. I ordered the Lone Star, Hot hatch for her and pizza Dilla for my 10yo son. Everything was good, hot and fast service. Cashier/ manager was friendly and gave my son a welcome cookie for first time dining. My son tried the Lone Star brisket Dilla and liked it too. We ended up ordering another. Will definitely be back.

I can't believe it took me and my family soooo long to experience the food here. We just kept driving by and then one day my son brought it home. OMG. Absolute greatness has found its way into our home. 3 trips so far, and definitely more to come

Normally the drive through cashier is a lady who is very respectful and nice! She provides direct eye contact, and repeats orders with great customer service! Today she was taking the orders while a different person takes payments & had wonderful service as well. He repeated my order back to me before payment, took payment, eye contact while handing drink back making sure it was on my hands to eliminate spills & and respectfully reminded me of the survey at the bottom of the receipt. Food is always great and fresh & drinks always quench my thirsts!

If I could I would eat this for the rest of my life. This has to be the best quesadilla that I ever had. I always end up getting the gorilla Gordo combo(which is huge). It has ground beef, pico de Gallo, bacon, seasoned fries and that delicious cheese! You can’t forget that jalapeño ranch that the give you on that side it’s very addicting with the quesadilla and fries. Their sweet tea and limeade is a must to drink. I definitely recommend coming here!

Food was really good and the service was great! We got our food quickly and noticed that as soon as people got up, the tables were immediately cleaned. We got the founder and hatch quesadillas. The green chile on the hatch was spicy and what this New Mexican wanted! 10/10

My first time at Dillas and we've lived in Carrollton since 2014, so, I'm late. But, I'm so glad I finally tried it. I ordered the Founder quesadilla with steak, medium chips and queso and a medium drink. The queso was so tasty with pieces of hatch chile and garnished with cilantro. The chips are dusted with an orange spice blend which was good, even though some of the chips were a bit salty. The quesadilla was the star! Grilled steak, portabella mushrooms, cheese blend, chopped onions and peppers grilled to perfection with a side of creamy churri for dipping.Yum! I can't even show you because I ate it before taking pictures. 🤣 If there were any negatives, it would be the music was a little loud for conversation but that's a personal preference. Some of the chips were too salty for my taste and had quite a few tiny pieces. All in all, my total was $13.81 which included the free queso and chips for joining the email club. So, expect to spend between $12-$16 per person. You can order from popular quesadillas or build your own. I'll definitely be back to try everything else! I love Dillas. They make something as simple as quesadillas taste so gourmet. I was introduced to Dillas from a co-worker on my first day at my new job. I ordered the Black &. Blue. It was so good. The steak mixed with blue cheese and red onions was bursting with flavor. I also like this location because they are very quick if you don't have much time for lunch.

We just came here for lunch. I was craving quesadillas and we wanted to try a new place... so we looked up a few options and settled on Dillas! We were warmly greeted the second we walked in the door. The man ringing us up even thanked us and said/waved goodbye as we were walking out after our meal which was a nice friendly touch. We ordered the chips and queso (small). We appreciated that when we ordered it, he showed us the two sizes just in case we wanted the larger size. We still went with the small since it was our first time visiting and didn't know if we would like the queso or not. Note that although the small cup looks tiny compared to the medium, it is plenty of queso for 2 people... especially with how filling the quesadillas are! The queso was much better than was I expecting. I like that they put seasoning on their chips. Was it my favorite of all time? No but it was good and I would order again. Now on to the quesadillas... I got the Fluffy quesadilla which has steak, fries, bean spread, pico, bacon, hatch queso drizzle, cheese blend with a side of jalapeno ranch. I opted to not have bacon on mine. It was SO GOOD. Like the type of good where I was already thinking about when I could come have it again even though I wasn't even finished with my meal yet. My husband got the Hot Hatch w/ chicken which comes with your choice of protein, hatch green chili peppers, bacon, cheese blend, and a side of jalapeno ranch. He said he enjoyed it. He wasn't super enthused but he also just doesn't love food to the extreme level that I do. I secretly think he would have enjoyed mine better. Overall a great experience and I can't wait to come back!

The beautiful blue the restaurant is painted made me come here on a whim. It has a convenient drive though and you can create your own quesadillas if you want. The quesadillas come with a sauce to dip and I did enjoy the limeade ($2.19 for regular size) it wasn't too sweet and was refreshing. I thought the two piece regular size ($6.29 for the chicken founder) would be enough but it was so good I wished I had gotten the bigger one. Will return for sure to try different combinations and highly recommend.

Better than I was expecting. The quesadillas were really great and the fact that you get 2 sides and a drink with your combo really makes this a good deal and filling meal. For two combos, my wife and I spent $21 (rounding). Service was pretty good. Music was a little loud, so we had some issues while ordering, but nothing major. Definitely will be back.

Jon is the best! We cater with them to our office at least 2-3 a month and not only are they prompt and friendly, but will make last minute changes due to allergens and preferences. They are the BEST!

First tried the Denton location and Dillas has been a favorite place to eat ever since. Love the hot hatch chicken quesadilla. Have had a great experience at this location on multiple occasions.

Hands down the best Dillas store around. When you go there, you can actually tell their team members ACTUALLY care about providing good service, including but not limited to placing a sufficient amount of food within the quesadillas. I have been to another location of Dillas that fails to do this basic task. That Dillas location should come take a training day from this location.

Michael was my driver, was a huge order taking multiple trips to 4th floor from parking lot. Michael had incredible attitude and great service. He also helped me add more the order and expedite the food to make sure it came in on time. Truly a great experience, thank you Michael and Dillas!

I have eaten here a few times, and it is consistently good. I mainly get the Buffalo Bacon because it is so delicious! If you aren't too hungry, you will be fine with the regular size. If you're looking to fill up a little more, the gorilla size is where it's at.

Huge fan of Dillas. Nice change of pace - not a burger, not Mexican, kind of a nice combo of both! From the plain chicken and cheese to BBQ or the Fluffy, they even have one with Portobello mushrooms - dips are great, seasoned fries are awesome and the queso is actually really good too. And don’t forget their sweet tea is incredible! If you haven’t tried Dillas, give it a shot - you’ll find something you’ll like!

Had a great 1st time experience on a Monday evening. The drive through seemed busy, but inside only had a couple of other guests. Food was great, served quickly, and service was good. The Gordo was good, as was the build-you-on that my wife had.

We absolutely love Dillas. They have a new item called the "Double Dilla". That is the best quesidilla I have ever had!!! The large size was really big, so I usually reheat it the next day in my air fryer. I very highly recommend Dillas. Also, get the Primo Queso. It is so good too!

Went here for lunch today with my colleagues. I’ve always loved Dillas but this location was the best I’ve been to! Great service from Greg who was a new employee and already knowledgeable and from the other two behind the counter that I didn’t get their names. So friendly with smiles creating a great atmosphere. I cannot believe how DELICIOUS this was!!! The double dilla was LOADED and so freaking good. We shared a large combo and it was very filling. Kiddo got bean & cheese quesadilla and she said it was the best she's ever had! Chips & queso was good, but not much queso, we were left with a lot of leftover chips and that's my only complaint. The man running the front was super cool, the bathroom was clean and my family left happy and will definitely be back!

I come here during my lunch break all the time, and I always love it. Staff are friendly and the food is great and at a good price. Their new salad is fresh and tastes phenomenal. Restaurant is clean but the only complaint I have is the music is usually pretty loud. Nevertheless I enjoy eating outside when the weather is nice, and its great they have some outdoor seating. Love it and highly recommend!!

Visited this location and had some good food. The employees were friendly and made some recommendations. We even got a little history lesson about the location. We paid for our food which the Mrs. and my son was both impressed. The food tasted great and the recommendations were on point. I'm currently on keto and my meal was adjusted accordingly. The price was perfect and matched the food we had received. The location was clean and well kept with plenty of parking while being handicapped friendly. We were even advised of another location closer to where I reside.

I got a chance to meet one of the owners so I had to come by and check this place out. The food is fantastic! I had the brisket dilla and I highly recommend. I don't think there's a better combo than the dilla dunked in that special jalapeno ranch. Also, the owners are locals which is a big plus for me.

A few years ago when I worked out this way I visited this location plenty of times but now I’m not sure what’s going on. I ordered the cheese dip with meat and only received cheese no meat no guacamole or anything. The fries were barely good like they used to be. For my cheese dip, they gave me the bottom of the bag chips with the small pieces of chips. Then my chip container also included pieces of burnt fries and some meet. Disgusting and disappointing. The lady at the window was nice, she didn’t make the food but she didn’t check it either

We had a great experience dining here. The restaurant is small but clean and comfortable. There are a few outdoor tables to eat at. This was my first time here. The cashier was nice and helpful with ordering. The food was very good and affordable prices. The restrooms are nice and clean as well. I will definitely eat here again!

This was my first time to visit this establishment and I am not disappointed. One downside I have is, I do not feel like the speaker on the drive thru was not quite load enough. Aside from that the service was great; to the point it took longer for my card to be approved than it did to have my food ready. The taste shows that the food is made fresh and it has clearly not been sitting in a hotbox waiting to be ordered.

Would be 5 stars if they didn’t always forget ketchup with the fries. So close!

First time here. Not from Texas, visiting from Florida. First I’ll say I ordered a regular size founder dilla with steak. Also ordered chips and queso and a side of corn salsa. Good amount of food for $15. Service was friendly in the drive thru and my food came out pretty quick. Chips and salsa- 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 queso was really good and the chips were fresh Quesadilla- loved it. Packed with meat and toppings Corn salad- this is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5 stars. It tasted bad. Like… sour. It is super important for managers/shift leads to do quality checks on the food that is on the line. If someone quality checked the food prior to shift, they would’ve known that it was time to throw the corn salad away and make fresh. A bit disappointed in that. Overall, I’d try again.

The staff was great, the food was pretty good also. My only reason for 4 star us the price to proportion for certain items is kinda bad. Almost 2 dollars for a ketchup cup with of corn, the queso is a good size but there wasn't enough chips and some were stale. Overall it's a decent place to grab a bite to eat.

The food was really good with a great aftertaste. I was not a huge fan of the corn salad,but the other items were delicious. They are fairly reasonable with the prices,it is pretty standard for the portion size. Customer service was good,the food was prepared in less than 15 minutes. I plan to return soon whenever I’m back in the area.

My family and I went here for the first time. We used the drive thru. The service was bad. The person taking the drive thru orders was rude. The food was decent. They almost messed my order up at the window by forgetting to give me all the items I ordered. Thank goodness I asked where my chips were because it sure wasn’t in the bag.

Basically a Chipotle style Quesadilla place. Lots of options, nice theme and not bad prices. It’s like any other drive through place with regular seating. Music is a bit loud and annoying but it’s fine. I got the Veggie Quesadillas and it didn’t disappoint. Loaded and great. The sauce on the side is average.

Our experience from the time we walked in was pleasant! We were greeted by Cecilia and she thoroughly explained the menu and their most popular items. We had the Founder (chicken), Lone Star (brisket), the Fluffy (steak), fries and the primo queso. They were all delicious. Cecilia made suggestions as we ordered, so we could try a little bit of everything. Cecilia also gave us a cookie to try. The manager came by the table to check on us and offered us more cookies so we could each have one. Delicious goodness!!! We will definitely come back when we’re in this area again! First time to Dillas. Store is inviting as you drive up. I had the brisket which was very tender and good. The Fries were also very good. My wife had the steak which she said was dry. Also the chips were very hard, possibly overcooked. The atmosphere in store is good for qsr. Store was busy when we were there but the staff did a very good job handling the crowd and were friendly. Price is slightly high in my opinion, but with all that said, I'd say it's worth a try if you like quesadillas.

Though there wasn’t much interaction because I had a pick up order, customer service was still good. The food was pretty decent. My quesadilla was soggy on the bottom and a lot of the ingredients fell out, but the steak was tender. Seasoning was okay. The fries sucked honestly, no disrespect. They could’ve used another minute in the fryer. And the limeade was solid. Could’ve used more lime though. My first time here and it was pretty good. But not good enough to go back. I encourage others to try for themselves though. You may have a different experience.

I genuinely try my best to be objective when I write a review, I am also in the quickserve space. The service was acceptable although the greeting on the speaker is cheesy, I am old school and do not have much appreciation for the new customer service style chains like Raising Canes or Dutch Bros are employing but I digress. The food was the least desirable part for me, the queso was exceptionally bland and very thick, almost to the point of not being able to swallow it. The quesadilla had very little meat or cheese and in fact only covered half the tortilla. The chips and fries are covered in a seasoning that is very overwhelming, it is borderline too salty to even be edible. The speed was the highlight, they were very quick. Definitely not a fan, i believe Chipotle or Oscar Delta are a better choice if you’d like Tex/Mex.

Not all that impressed but definitely come check it out. You might like. Shared the lonestar and the fluffy. I didn't like the fluffy because I forgot about the bean spread. Probably wouldve liked it better without it but my friend liked it better than the lonestar and I liked the lonestar better than the fluffy. I liked the cilantro and bbq sauce in the lonestar. Their Gorilla chips was the let down for me. I added ground beef and pico de gallo on the side but they put it on the top. The first order came out and within a couple minutes the queso on the chips was cold. I sent it back thinking maybe its the pico making it cold. Nope the remake was cold again within a few minutes of it hitting the table as well and this time I made it clear put the pico ON THE SIDE and they did but it still got cold quick. I don't get why. Maybe the queso in the container they pull it from wasn't keeping it hot enough. I'm not looking for the cheese to burn my mouth but I still want it hot enough to where the cheese is not thickening up into a mass on the chip. I want it still runny while I'm eating it. Oh well. Oh and they don't have actual guacamole here that's also a little odd to me. They call it guac Sauce so it's a mixture of some sort. I decided to skip that when it was described to me.

Not as good as the Preston location, this location has great service but skips on food and seasoning. If you don’t mind a further drive, I would recommend, great chain decent food, but disappointing in some ways to expectation.

I came in to try out Dillas Quesadillas on a Saturday night. There were no customers inside and nobody in the drive thru so it seemed like a slow night. I approached the front counter ready to order, and I saw three staff members standing in the kitchen area. They were all talking to each other and they would occasionally glance over at me. None of them spoke to me or acknowledged me. Finally after a few minutes of waiting, a nice man in a red polo came and took my order. The man was nice, but it was upsetting that there were three staff members who refused to help me or even say “sorry it will be a minute.”

I have to drive about 30 minutes because I live in Dallas and the Midway Rd location is the closest. I ordered the Gorilla like my friend did and when I got home. There wasnt the normal jalapeño ranch dipping sauce which I love as a good compliment to the quesadilla. I was VERY disappointed to have not received it with my order & wouldnt had thought something simple like that would had been excluded.

The food was surprisingly really good but for the food it is very overpriced For 2 gorilla quesdillas( which is 4 slices each) plus a medium hatch queso and chips with 2 drinks was almost $50. The food was very good but the price just makes it a hassle to want to come back.

I honestly love love dillas! Been going here since I was a student, but kinda sad that I got this when I ordered a meal ): the fries just look so sad and I was hoping for more. The employees were really nice but I didn’t wanna be a bother and ask them for some more.

I'm really disappointed with my visit. I don't know if the guy taking my order has hearing loss, or if the speaker/ microphone at the drive through doesn't work well. I was practically yelling, and he still rudely asked me to pull up to the window to order, bc he couldn't hear me. Then it's as if he didn't understand what I was trying to order and didn't have much patience with me at all. He still managed to mess up my order, and I ended up paying about $20 for a meal just for myself. I feel their meals are ridiculously expensive. As the icing to this lovely experience, I had to ask twice for my receipt to see what they'd charged me so much for. The first time he actually offered, and then acted like he forgot and never gave it to me. When he gave me my food, I asked for the receipt, and he had to get another man to print it for him. This man opened the window to hand it to me, I said Thank you, and he glared at me and didn't reply. The chips were stale, the brisket in my lonestar quesadilla tasted old. I don't see any reason to ever return here.

I’ve been coming to this location for 10 years. The service has always been bad, but it wasn’t too expensive and the food was good. Well the cost has gone up and service is just as poor. I can no longer justify going here anymore. Sucks cause I like their food.

The online ordering process for pickup was difficult and extremely annoying for no reason. There was no option for a quest checkout. The application kept prompting me to sign up for a membership to order a pickup. It’s like this place doesn’t like making profit or money. In the end I decided to just go to Trader Joe’s and make my own Quesadillas.

Thought it would be a great experience. My wife found them in IG. Tho the cashier Sheynne was the Sweetest. The cook Jamarcus “JAM” was so rude we asked for ranch instead of churri sauce. Food is amazing but the pricing transparency is nonexistent. The drive thru price do not match the final receipt price. I ordered a Lone Star and realized that the prices had a difference in cents at the checkout. Also, I was never informed that an addition bbq sauce will be 50 cents beforehand (I thought that i would get a packet of bbq sauce since this is my first time). The associate didn’t hear my concerns and automatically swiped my card. Dillas Management needs retrain and update their operations. I will be getting my food from Canes for the future. Overall, you should expect to pay more than the menu prices.

2nd time eating here and I’m not impressed for 15$ a quesadilla you wud think it wud have more meat so I take it back to get more meat and this lady wanna just drop my bag on the counter with a attitude like I did somthing wrong the second picture is the one they did over so u don’t get meat just a lot of toppings

Food was soggy in grease, inconsistent (every bite tasted differently with the ingredients & sauce distributed). Ordered chips and queso/salsa and got soggy fries instead of chips. This has been one of our go-to gems in the area, and just really disappointed. May have just been a bad day, but this is one of the steepest quality drop offs I've ever seen. Unsure if we'll go back.

Update Received a email from Kyle stating that Jacob would reach out to me to correct this. Received email from Jacob saying he would put $20 on my phone to use for future purchase. I tried several times trying to order using my phone number and the credit was not there. So I reached out to both Kyle and Jacob and as of today have not heard back from nor have I seen the credit. I was a frequent customer to the Frisco location but this was the first time at the midland location. But if this is how they treat their customers I will no longer be a customer. Placed order online for pickup order was Gordo extra bacon with chicken and 2 fries with light salt. Order was completely wrong. Due to them rushing because of company Christmas party. Tried to get them to verify order before I left but was told everything was correct. Get back sandwich was wrong and fries were extremely salty.

Just went here and tried to use a coupon they gave out last month. When I took it to scratch off manager said I could come back at a later date and use. I came today and my coupon was denied even though it was signed by the manager. Then they forgot to give me my drink….ughhh nobody on their lunch break is going back.

I have always driven past this place and never tried it. In the spirit of Cinco de Mayo my husband and I decided we’d try it! We were in a hurry and there was no one in line the drive through. Now I know why! My husband got the Chicken buffalo and it was disgusting! There seemed to be a funny after taste that we were not a fan of. This thing was drenched in buffalo sauce and we think they even put blue cheese on it. I have never heard of blue cheese on a quesadilla! I got the Loan Star because how could you go wrong with brisket?! You really can’t right?! Wrong! So the quesadilla itself had almost no brisket in it at all. For $10 all I got was bbq sauce, onions cilantro and a very minuet amount of brisket. The fries we ok. Those were also super salty and the queso was average. Overall we spent almost $40! We could have went to a sit down restaurant for that price! This place is NOT IT and definitely NOT worth the money!

Ordered two quesadillas at Dillas in Plano, and both were wrong. One was supposed to be a build-your-own steak with peppers, onion, pico, and jalapeño ranch, but I got a plain chicken and cheese instead. And steak is an upcharge—I paid extra for it and didn’t even get any. The second was supposed to be a Plano chicken and cheese but ended up being another incorrect combo with chicken, pico, and green onions. To top it off, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes after pulling over. Really disappointing experience.
