Baja Fresh Porter Ranch Location. Wanted to specifically point out this location After avoiding this Mexican Food themed fast food restaurant from a number of not so spectacular experiences, I tried the Porter Ranch location & was blown away by the quality of food. After many disappointing or mediocre experiences at this popular chain, the Porter Ranch location reminded me of why I initially enjoyed the food here in the first place. I must assume it comes down to the management and the quality expected of a food services business. The prices are fair for the food quality & portions. Major Kudos to this particular location for fresh quality food. Please keep it up & thank you.

Really friendly staff who greeted us warmly. The food was also fresh and carefully-prepared. Our interaction with everyone was top notch, a very refreshing experience as most restaurants just aren’t delivering a great experience anymore. This Baja Fresh deserves credit and recognition for this!

I remember when Baja fresh first opened here in Los Angeles. I've been going to Baja fresh since 1996! I'm glad there's still one available in Porter ranch. Not too far from me. I love the Baja burrito. Always have and always will. More people should come in and try this place so they can stay. I hate to say goodbye to a loved franchise.

The service has gone downhill and the prices have gone up, but the Baja burrito is still one of my favorites. Steak, salsa and guacamole. You can’t go wrong.

last week I went to the one in Northridge Chips were staled but food was fresh and good I Notice something Weird I think the chef stealing the food 🤭 I saw him walking out with some bags I think he’s selling the owners food 😬

As far as fast food, quick bite eats, in the Mexican food category go. Baja Fresh ranks pretty high. They make a pretty tasty burrito. It sure as hell beats Taco Bell. The tortilla chips and salsa bar will keep you occupied while waiting for your food. Buen Provecho!

The food was excellent and the cashier was very courteous and friendly, The place was clean and pleasant atmosphere.

Great service, very friendly staff and foot is prepare in a timely manner. Great fresh salsa selection makes me want to come back whenever I feel like not cooking at home.

Food is ok. Not really top class considering it is a fast food, but service is really good tjere. Also they have a nice salsa bar there. Took like 10 cups worth of it. Haha

This is a good local Baja Fresh. They have friendly staff members and the place is always clean. There is a good selection of different Mexican food options to fit your own tastes, as well as a salsa bar if you want some extra spice. I recommend getting the Burrito Ultimo, and also try it "Enchilada style"!

The chicken in Chicken Fajita plate was Cold. Also the Green sauce & Red sauces were Watered down & pico de Gallo was stale

"Mexican" food..while it is clearly better and healthier than say Taco Bell, it is still churned out fast food. Seating is genuine plastic seats with melamine tables. Service is fairly friendly. Tables are actually cleaned pretty quickly here.

Friendly service but the salsas were so watered down. The black Baja salsa was literally water.

It was ok. The wait was a little longer than expected and you could tell the cook was having a bad night bit the cashier was really friendly and apologized for the long wait

Self-serve area was in disrepair. This location definitely could use some improvements and management attention.

Cold burrito only thing warm was the tortilla wrap only so it could be rolled not a salt shaker in the building finally they were able to give a small plastic cup w salt and whats with cilantro???? they had to go find some sorry disappointed

The place is dirty. I ask for a chicken burrito with guacamole( extra charge), and there was no chicken, guacamole maybe a tea spoon. The cashier was nice. But this location is terrible compared with others.

I ordered online, I got confused on the address and I tried to call and cancel. Their phone numbers isn’t current they have no line. That is so unprofessional! Restaurants should have a working number.... I had to pick up and my food was already so cold

Dirty. The fried Fish was old in taco and not edible. Both tacos had a bunch of salad dressing poured into them. They don't even come with salad dressing. The children's quesadilla was good.

Terrible customer service. I ordered online directly from there website and asked for delivery. We were notified the food was delivered, but nothing was received. When we called Baja Fresh to find out where the order was they said it’s not there responsibility and cannot do anything to help me. So I had to track down the delivery company we did not choose only to be told they would not replace the order and we have to go through Baja Fresh’s corporate office to request a refund... Terrible management at this establishment, I won’t be ordering from them again..

Food Poisoning Alert!!! I am still sick and I ate there 6 days ago. I have never been that sick in my entire life!! I have been going to baja fresh once a week for the last 19 years. I will never eat the again. I know it baja fresh because I got hit with a horrible illness not until after I ate there and the is only food I've had and I still can eat and I have been bed ridden ever since! Never eat the again!!

Very disappointed and on top insulted by crew members commenting that use their tomatoes salsa and jalapeños on top of my chips I will not come back to this location and the salad was very poorly made

I ordered the steak fajitas plate and was served cold. I told them the plate was cold and it was given back to me as if the plate was dropped and and still cold. Victor the cook would not stop yelling, never going back there again.

I was asked to place an large order. I got there a little early. The door was open. The only employee I saw was yelling from the back room and I couldn't hear what he was saying. It was horribly rude and I will never go back ever

I got a Baja steak burrito and the chunks of steak were so big you had to pull them out to bite them! I didn't bring my steak knife so that wasn't working!! I will never go to this one again!

No cheese on the "3-cheese Ultimate " burrito. Medium roasted salsa is spoiled, and I like salsa on my burrito. No-one answers the phone when I call.

Went to pick up a quick bite . Server there clearly sick with flu like illness coughing over the food without mask . Left without ordering the food . Absolutely infuriating.

Tried to over charge us at first. Then when we got home there was only one set of silverware for 3 meals. Then the meal it self was not that good at all. The meat was dry. We will not be going back to that one at all it was over all not a good experience.

Ordered a golden state burrito today. It was awful; it's supposed to have fries but there were no potatoes. I ordered it with steak and they gave me 1 piece of meat the size of my thmb and a few smaller pieces. The entire burrito was a blob of queso, guac, and raw onions and peppers. It cost me $16. I'm done with Baja Fresh, many locations are closing and it's clear why. When I walked in there were 2 ladies waiting at the counter, a line cook carrying on like nobody was around, and me. I was hoping to pick up my online order, which was ready, but the line cook said to wait for someone else to come. A few minutes later a lady rushed to the front from the back area and gave me my food. Horrible food and bad service? no thanks.

I love Baja Fresh and this location got me very sick, I was very reluctant on leaving a negative feedback but I have to because I was so sick after eating a chicken burrito. The chicken was not well cooked, I ate half of it and the other half I saved it in my fridge. I ended with salmonella and the doctor at the ER asked if I had chicken earlier and I said yes. This place was the only place where I had chicken in the last 48 before getting super sick!!!! They need to take their time to cook the freaking chicken completely!! I will never go back and tell all my friends and family not to go there. Shame on you for not following safety rules!!! You rush the cook and the workers! No wonder there is a lot of people sick after eating here!! I know so because I know them but they won’t leave a negative review!

I have worked in the food industry, and if I WAS THE OWNER I WOULD BE APPALLED AT THE WAY MY EMPLOYEES WERE TAKING CARE OF MY PLACE. Shame on management 😕 😪

Over the past five years the quality of food has diminished noticeably. With that, so did the portion sizes. Last time I ordered from them, the clerk was incredibly rude and argumentative!!! She wouldn't acknowledge her mistake, and continued to blame the mistake on me, even though I just wanted to move on and pay for my order. That was my wake up call. Will never return to do business with that chain again!!!

second time i came in here there was no ac at all inside. just the portable ones but it was still hot. i was so hungry, i was gonna get my fav burrito enchilado style but come to find out they ran out of chz. i said screw it cuz this location was closer than the one at warner center. this last time i came here, i ate inside and the tables were dirty, counters dirty and still no ac. im an agm myself at jersey mikes, i always prioritize getting those tables and chairs wiped down. if my employees can’t do it, i will. anyways, instead of buying portable ac’s get the actual unit fixed. the food was mediocre at best, the chz on my burrito enchilado wasn’t even melted. it did kinda mess up my stomach. but it’s wtvr. i thought coming to this location would be better since it’s closer to where i live. HOWEVER, making the drive to the location at warner center is sooo worth it.
