La comida es realmente deliciosa y un muy buen servicio al cliente. Mi esposo y yo siempre compramos comida aquí para llevar y en ocasiones hemos comida allá mismo.

Me parece que el precio es muy razonable, las porciones que dan son buena cantidad. Y la comida es rica. Me gusta este sitio.

My partner walked all the way back and they basically said that I never specified the request which is absolute bullshit. Please just take accountability, you ladies weren't listening and can't even do a basic part of your job.

Really. I asked for extra sauce/ gravy. The rice taste like plain white rice because there’s not enough sauce. I was given 2 pieces chicken ( equal to almost one piece of chicken) and one piece of potato. So bad, unacceptable. Oh and nothing is really seasoned. Please do better.

I gave it two stars instead of one simply because it is a big sandwich for the price. The ingredients are not listed online and a traditional Cuban sandwich comes with mustard not Mayo so I did not write in the notes not to put mayo although the lady was assembling it as i walked in there and I told her no mayo. She did not listen. Probably because she didn't even understand what I was saying to her in english. I asked for mustard she did not know what mustard meant I showed her a picture of the mustard and they don't have any mustard I said okay that's fine just don't put mayo I get my sandwich leave get in my car only to see that they put mayo on it anyway so now I can't eat it. Waste of money.

Usualmente no acostumbro a dar malos reviews, pero esta vez lo tengo que hacer. El martes 8 de julio pedí una orden para delivery de un pollo completo con arroz y habichuelas. La muchacha que me atendió me dijo que mi delivery llegaría en 30 a 45 minutos y resulta que mi orden se tardó 2 horas. Y cuando por fin recibo, mi comida resulta que ya estába bien fría y el pollo casi quemado y muy seco. De veras que tienen que trabajar mejor en no quemar el pollo y en que los deliveries lleguen a la hora que nos dicen.

Ok compre la porción de pernil mas cara de la historia. El pernil entero en los supers cuesta de 20 a 30 la porción que me vendieron costo 24 dolares que locura .. en otros sitios eh comprado mucho mas barato.. no vuelvo mas aquí. Con razón estaba todo lleno que caro

It is a huge difference between them and the older owners, before the food was delicious the chicken was the best, but now the food is so bad and also the attention is the worse they have no varieties of food, I am not going back there, there is so many other opcions around.

Purchased a chicken soup this morning and found a black hair in it. It truly turned my stomach. I called the restaurant and surprising the manager is not in. I did noticed the lady behind the counter was not wearing a hair net.

If I could leave NO stars for a rating I would. The service for this place is horrendous. EVERY TIME I’ve attempted to order the food is either made incorrect or they don’t have what I ordered. This last one they canceled the order entirely without notifying me. The reason was that they did not have anything on my order to make so instead of CALLING and asking if I wanted something they DO have they took it upon themselves to cancel forcing me to place another order while I wait 5-7 business days on the refund for the canceled order. Very unprofessional. Save your time do not order here. EDIT: You stated that I ordered the from you, ate the food and then canceled. You are MOST DEFINITELY mistaken. IF you are not aware GRUBHUB does not let you make any complaints to correct any issues about 15 min after delivery to avoid and mitigate false claims. SO! your lack of owning up to YOUR ERRORS are what caused this. As a business you do have a responsibility to your customers and when that is less than satisfactory, Yes the order gets reported. Why should I not get what I want if it's on the menu? The order in question was NOT what I requested. I informed GRUBHUB and THEY as a third party issued the refund. Now if you wish to continue your less than stellar reply I can go further into details about how your Delivery man also asked me why he does not receive his tips. I too had to call and ask! I always leave the man a tip. He tells me you do not pay out the tips and your wishy washy explanation as to how the tips work there was also less than stellar. I understand we are all going through inflation but don’t be dishonest. I ended up canceling and asking for a refund, which was also a hot mess. Be wary of this place.
