Came here for a few beers during Monday Night Football. Lots of good draft beers on tap. Carol, our bartender, was a doll. She was very kind. Pizza and wings were great. Good specials for football games (see photo). Prices were very reasonable. Lots of TVs and one projector for games. Would definitely come back for a Sunday game.

Valentino in the kitchen was awesome - he took the time to have a conversation with us & other guests as they came in. They also made it a point to check on us shortly after it was brought out to make sure it was right & good. Bartenders were attentive as well, but we dealt mostly with Valentino.

Merchants grill had an unexpectedly beautiful rental room with a private bar and bathrooms. Perfect for a baby or wedding shower. Aside from the room they serve brunch on the weekends, and have awesome wings at decent prices.

They food and people are great. “Your pets aren’t allowed.” Why is this matted thing barking for treats at the bartender? Dude with it called it Rustie but is looked more like a filthy floor mop. No service dog acts or looks like that, .That bartender brought it a treat before refilling my drink or taking my order. Now imma concerned I have pet hair in my food.

Walked in with my girlfriend to get lunch and got aggressively stared at by the customers and ignored by the bartenders and left. 0/5 dont go there

Slow service, slow food when only 2 tables were open. Slow server. Miserable looking server. We didn't feel welcome. This place looks and feels ran down.

Lack of organization would be my biggest complaint. Upon entering and seating myself at a booth I and my companion patiently waited for our waitress Karen to make her way over which never happened. So I decided to go on up to the bar and order the boneless wing platter. He quickly tells me to go back to my table and wait for Karen. Ok??? Now I'm back at the table still no service. So I finally flag down Karen who is totally oblivious to the fact that we haven't been helped. She says oh well I saw you go to the bar so I thought you were being helped. Whatever... So I ask for the boneless platter and before I can finish my sentence she cut me off and says we don't have platters. At this point I'm feeling like twilight zone. I had to show her on her own menu the boneless platter. I'm ready to just say forget it and leave at this point. She tried to patch it up by being super nice but the damage was done. To top it all off they charge extra two dollars for garlic parm wing sauce that the wings are tossed in and it doesn't say it on the online menu. The catch is when you look at the physical menu it says otherwise. I stopped coming here awhile ago because of the bad energy coming from staff and I see things haven't changed much. The wings were overcooked and the only good thing I can say is they have I good variety of sport events on the different screens throughout the establishment

I ordered some wings for take out yesterday & when I got home I saw that there was a hair in my food. I called & was told I had to speak to a certain person for a refund & she's only available between certain hours. I called back twice today during them hours & she apparently wasn't there. I will never order anything from here again.
