She made sure that everything was ordered correctly, our drinks were never empty, and even took time out of her shift to create conversation and connect with the customers. Came in last night and the food was very good. The whole staff seemed very welcoming and friendly. Alex was our server and he took care of us real good. We got peach cobbler tea and he suggested we get peach cobbler for dessert to keep the theme going. Will definitely come here again!

From the moment we walked in it was very welcoming. Hayden s. was awesome. Great service from such a young lady. We really enjoyed this location very clean. I tried the grilled shrimp 😀 it was delicious with a baked potato 🤤. My Husband got the chicken fried chicken, and my son the triple cheese bacon burger. Zero complaints and for dessert we got funnel cake fries with melted white chocolate 🤤 we loved them. I definitely recommend this location.

What a fun place. I had their under $10 lunch tilapia with mashed potatoes and cinnamon apples. So filling, they give you 2 full filets, blackened over a good quality rice, and offer cream or brown gravy for the mashed potatoes. It was very good and very filling. The service was very courteous, and he really watched out for my coffee to make sure it was full. So glad one of these in near my new home. Very comfortable seats too. Their chicken crispers with honey mustard looked so good I may try that next time.

I downloaded the app about a week ago and created an account, a day or so later I received an email with a free appetizer so I decided to redeem it. When I got to the restaurant with my girlfriend we decided last minute to eat there since we where already there (the appetizer can only be redeemed online). We mentioned to the waitress when she asked us if we would like an appetizer that we had already ordered one online. She looked confused so we explained we had a free appetizer coupon. She then went over to her other coworkers and started talking to them about it. Once I got the notification that the appetizer was ready this is what it looked like. Very small portion and looks nothing like the picture, there is very little breading and looks burnt. Shockingly enough when we received our dine-in order everything looked and tasted amazing. When we were asked how our meal was we asked to speak to a manager and told her that our server was great and we cleaned our plates the food was so good. We got the Tuesday deal for steaks and got two bacon wrapped sirloins that were amazing! She looked at the mushrooms and immediately said sorry those are not supposed to look like that and said she would replace them, when we got the replacement they looked and tasted great. 5 stars! Great service and great food!

Went here with a few CP afionados. I ordered the chicken fried steak which imo should be a no-brainer here. They did not disappoint! The table rolls are plentiful and they don't need any butter at all. Too full for cobbler - I'm sure it would be fine though.

Haven't been to Cotton Patch in a while but it was very good. Had the salad and it was good except the bacon was burnt on both salads that we ordered. Other than that it was more than enough salad. Next time I will just ask for the bacon on the side.

I have been here twice and they could do better with the food, is a hit and miss, first time it was good, second time wasn’t as good. It lacked the flavor and also was warm. The waitresses are easily distracted and will forget about you. I might give them another chance.

Our server was Hailey. She was very responsive and friendly and took great care of us. She made a point to thank my dad for his service in the US Navy (Vietnam veteran) and talked him into the peach cobbler - which he enjoyed very much. The Cotton Patch Cafe is one of our go-to spots for a good meal.

Abundant seating arrangements, to-go order was ready and the staff very pleasant to talk to. Perhaps when I'm passing through again I will stop by for a longer pit stop. Didn't realize that I had been missing an above average dining experience.

Amanda was very welcoming and has a great staff. She arranged for Makala to be my waitress. Ordered the fried fish combo. No lunch menu but ordered the small and it seemed like a lunch portion. The filet was served with French fries and a delicious jalapeño hush puppies. The tea was good and they made me one to go ! Nice home cooking establishment with a loyal following.

I was acknowledged and seated quickly. My server was great. He was attentive and courteous. My ordered was prepared with minimal wait time. The Caesar salad was really good. I asked for additional croutons and my server brought me plenty. The chicken fried steak was delicious. The gravy was flavorful. I wasn't a huge fan of the mashed potatoes. I didn't mention it because I didn't want to wait for a replacement side. The carrot cake was good as well as the Arnold Palmer. Just all around good experience despite the less than stellar potatoes.

Overall decent food and good service. The chili was a bit greasy and not the best overall..my wife's salad was really good though. The place needs a good upper level cleaning for all the dust on the fans and ductwork. I would try again I think.

This location used to be great. Then Covid hit. Service has not been the same since. It is not unusual to see only a couple of servers. We have waited at least an hour for our food to arrive almost every time we have come. Unfortunately, it is disappointing that they have let this location go down this way. There was very few times a waiter ever came and checked on us or let us know when we were getting our food. No one has time to wait over an hour, especially with young children, to get their dinner. This is the last time we will be coming here.

We stopped here to get dinner, our first time and our last. The food was horrible, I had turkey and dressing, broc / rice casserole, and mashed potatoes. Omg it was not good at all the only thing that was good was the cranberry sauce and the rolls except for the first one that I spreaded with this cinnamon butter thinking it was a savory spread like garlic butter, well that cinnamon, that cinnamon O boy it just wasn't suppose to be especially if you don't know. Our waitress was very nice. Like I mention before we won't be returning ever. It was a nasty experience.
